Across the bay from Anchorpoint Wharf in San Sequoia is this cozy craftsman. From the second-story balcony and front porch, you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city that lies just beyond the bridge.

Inside are all the details of the original craftsman, from the stained glass archways and wooden moldings. There’s also a small office overlooking the water and a converted garage for a growing family. Upstairs is a spacious trio of bedrooms and two bathrooms, designed for two caregivers, an newborn, and an adventurous child. For sunny days there’s a garden with a potential treehouse and table for family game night.

This is a 2 bed + 2 bath home with two floors plus a basement. The basement has an office and a bathroom. The top floor is just a bedroom created for a teen, but could easily be used for an adult or child. Be aware the ladder to this room is technically accessible from the outside! Change the downstairs archway to a door and lock it if this causes any neighbor issues.

Landscaping is absolutely not my passion, so I kept that simple. There's a pool and a few plants to care for. It was a toss up between a treehouse base and a fire pit, and treehouse won, but either works!

The new series, Sweet Digs, offers a glimpse into the lives and homes of Sims from the marshy riverways of Willow Creek to the deserts of Chestnut Ridge.

23 Eucalyptus Lane, located in the quiet and cozy suburbs of Hopewell Hills, this home boasts the perfect view of the marina and bay shoreline. Embracing the charming elements of this old craftsman build, the owners have mixed their love of mid century design with pops of color.

For those who may not know, this series highly inspired (aka shamelessly stolen) from Refinery29's (R29), YouTube series, Sweet Digs. I've watched religiously since I started caring about what the interior of my space looked liked. Here's their synopsis: A look inside the homes of millennials across the country and how much they spend on their "sweet digs."

This is also my failed attempts at learning how to use relight. I always use SWRE to take my screenshots to make sure they are HQ, but every time I finished my light placements and go to SWRE, it moves them. Hence the odd placements you see above...

Also here's the apartment that gave inspo for the kitchen layout...House & Garden UK is just chef's kiss for decor inspo...

San Sequoia, once a humble fishing village, burgeoned into a bustling center of the fishing and canning trade under the entrepreneurial spirit of local fisherman-turned-mogul, Bayani Robles. Even as the town expanded, the Robles family's influence endured, aided by the contributions of Gilbert Gilberts. Presently, San Sequoia exudes charm with its quaint streets, serene parklands, and peaceful suburban enclaves—a quintessential setting for nurturing a family.

Our initial destination within San Sequoia is the idyllic neighborhood of Hopewell Hills. Nestled away from the urban clamor, Hopewell Hills offers ample space, catering to those who cherish tranquility amidst suburban bliss. Here, four delightful residences beckon: the grandeur of 7 Eucalyptus Lane and the coziness of 23 Eucalyptus Lane, 36 Bayani Place, and Sequoia Cottage.
