Amazing how far I鈥檝e come in a year. Last year I started cardio classes and was looking to loose weight to improve my fertility chances and improve my health. I had put on weight after my son and never really lost the weight. After joining classes and using a vegan protein shake and wholefood supplements I managed to loose 20lb. A year on I am 5 mths (20 weeks) Pregnant 馃ぐ and still weighing less than the weight I was last year. I can鈥檛 believe I looked 5 mths pregnant last year! Don鈥檛 know why I didn鈥檛 do something earlier but it happens when you are concentrating so much on your family than yourself. This time around I will look after me and make sure I get back myself healthy and in shape. Not just for the sake of my health but also for the sake of my boys.
