Dante finds a cool, life size skeleton decoration and chaos and fun ensues as Dante makes great use of the skeleton decoration.

You knew that when Dante was helping you decorate Devil May Cry this year for Halloween, he was gonna take the opportunity to have some spooky fun. And when he found your life like skeleton decoration, you knew he had some plans with it.

"Hey Y/N, ya don't mind if I play around with this prop for a while do ya?" Asked Dante. You shrugged your shoulders.

"I don't see why not" You Agreed as you sorted through the box of Halloween decorations you had stored. Dante grinned and took the skeleton with him to god knows where.

And that was where the chaos started.

Dante propped it up inside Nico's van in the driver seat with sunglasses. When Nico arrived back inside, she almost fell back in shock at the sight of the skeleton. Dante was clutching his stomach, tears of laughter streaming down his face at Nico's reaction.

It didn't stop there though. He propped up the skeleton in various spots around the shop, frightening Trish and Lady. Of course he had to dodge a few of their attacks after their scare!

You lost track of how many times you heard Nero yelp as the skeleton would pop up outta nowhere and give the young Devil Hunter a fright indeed.

"Damnit Dante! Quit it with the freaking skeleton!" Shouted Nero.

"Aw c'mon kid! It's October and that means spooky times!" Laughed Dante.

"Grr!" Growled Nero before storming off, making Dante laugh even harder.

Dante even pranked Vergil on occasion, causing Dante to run about the shop, desperately trying to avoid his brother's wrath after the last prank went awol.

"Jeez bro take it easy! I'm sorry! It's just a joke! A joke!" Yelled Dante as Vergil chased him about, using the arm of the skeleton decoration to slap Dante about the head with!

"Is it funny now Dante?" Asked Vergil as he continued chasing his twin about the shop as you looked on, shaking your head at the sight.

I guess Dante learned never to prank Vergil again!

Halloween Day Eight

Because I was out of town for my birthday I missed yesterday, so you get a double event today.  First, we start with one of my favorite spooky cartoon shorts.  That this black and white beauty is nearly a century old amazes me, and the bit where the skeleton throws its own skull to shut of that annoying owl never doesn’t get me.  I love it so much.
