This major update brings you new features and improvements to already existing ones. Now, in addition to the existing method using a picked point and XYZ orientations, where you can change the length after creation, you have a second method of creation using two picked points, where the line will start on the first point and points in the direction of the second one using the length value in the spinner. Also, in this version, you can load 2D shapes from the scene, that have 2 vertices only, and change their lengths, the script will always respect their current orientations. No worry now if you close the dialog, you can open it and load any line, even if it was created by the line tool inside Max. This version lets you have modifiers on top of the Line and continue to modify its length. In the video, I will show you some tricks on how you can use this tool as a helper to adjust the length and orientation of mesh edges. Plus other things, I encourage you to watch the whole video to have a complete understanding of the tool.

Crisps' Basic Blender Plugins
I made two basic Blender plugins, one to easily center objects in the scene, and the other to easily remove and re-add numbering from bone names.
Both plugins require Blender 2.8 or above. They were tested in Blender 2.9, 3.6 and 4.0 on Windows. (Please report if anything explodes so that I can fix it. I've not coded much for Blender before so these are probably wonky.)
Both are found in the Item tab in Object mode.
Basic Move Tool
Save a few clicks sitting objects’ asses on the scene origin.
Sit Selected at Scene Origin Moves all selected Mesh, Curve and Text/Font objects to the scene’s origin, their lowest points at height zero. The objects’ own origins (pivot points) move with them, but keep their relative positions in object space. Sit Selected & its Origin(s) at Scene Origin Moves all selected objects to the scene’s origin, their lowest points at height zero. Their origins (pivot points) are also moved there. ! Apply -> Rotation to your objects before use if they’ve been rotated. I use bounding box information to calculate objects’ lowest points. Bounding boxes are automatically updated when an object is translated or scaled, but not on rotation 🤔
Bone Name Manager
Remove a substring/pattern from bones’ names; save and restore the originals via save file. The default pattern is “#\d+$”: “#” followed by numbers at the end of the name string.
I created this one because the GMDC Import/Export plugin requires the bones to be numbered, but that breaks the symmetry mode for weight painting. I wanted an easy alternative to renaming and re-renaming them by hand.
Use Custom Regex? If ticked, the plugin will use the specified regular expression instead of its default pattern. Only the first match found in a name will be taken into account. Strip Bone Names Removes elements matching the pattern from bones’ names. The original names are not saved. Save Bone Names to File Creates a json file listing and mapping stripped and original bone names to each other. Uses the Save Path. The bones are not renamed. Strip Bone Names and Save to File Creates a json file listing and mapping stripped and original bone names to each other. Uses the Save Path. Removes elements matching the pattern from bones’ names. Restore Bone Names from File From a valid json file, loads the mapping of stripped to original names and renames bones accordingly. Uses the Load Path. Will fail if the current pattern is different from the one used by the file.

Fancy Glowstick time!
well after several SEVERAL! months I have FINISHED the final feature of her rig! (Minus the skinning because my plugin I use is VERY broken and I loathe skinning overall) BUT WE ARE END GAME NOW because my girl can "Fancy Glowstick" ON DEMAND! wish I could have kept her UI colorful but because of my lack of ability to script and Maya's hard limitations on reference or template mode I'm forced to have a monochromatic UI for my sliders.

This plugin works for Rhino 8 only. To use it, select dimensions in the scene and run the command DimToStatic, press Enter, and all chosen dimensions will become static instead of dynamic(the default behaviour). Sometimes you need this for printing purposes or for any reason you have. No need to worry about selecting other objects than dimensions because the script will filter out the dimensions object and will not complain. You can download the script from the description area on YouTube.

The Flowify is the SketchUp plugin which helps to bend components or groups along with a quad surface. The source geometry of this plugin has been related to the projection grid and then the geometry has been mapped onto the quad target surface. The input to this SketchUp extension is the components or groups of the source geometry.
In this conext, a group has been called as the support group. This support group has several following layouts, which include the group with the projection plane, the group with the target surface and the group with the connection edges. The project plane layout is a flat custom-made quad grid or an empty rectangular face along with the topology as the target surface. The target surface layout is a rectangular quad grid, which means the grid requires to have four distinct corners. On the other hand, the connection edges layout helps to connect two adjacent corners on the projection plane layout along with the two adjacent corners on the target surface layout.
The Flowify extension is compatible with the different versions of the SketchUp software, which includes SketchUp 2015, SketchUp 2016, SketchUp 2017, SketchUp 2018, and SketchUp 2019. This plugin only works with the Mac and Windows platform. The supported language for the Flowify plugin is English.
