I haven’t been to the gym since…sometime in 2018 😬 At home workouts were keeping me in an ok shape, they were convenient & gyms always kinda intimidated me 😅 After losing all my baby weight in about 5 months, I realized that even though the fat is gone - so is a big portion of my muscle 😱 That’s not where I want to be! STRONG IS THE NEW SKINNY Now that I have a gym in my building, there really isn’t an excuse not to go. Love, but at what cost

I have to wonder if I'll ever be enough. For anyone. Even when I'm never physically alone, why is being a mother so lonely? I try so hard. I care so much. And it just doesn't seem to matter.

Who am I now? What is this identity that has overtaken me? Where are my friends and why is no one around?

Has motherhood made me untouchable?

I'm full of so much love and simultaneously so fucking empty. I miss having friends. I miss having A friend. All the people that used to care keep trickling further and further away.

Is this motherhood for everyone?

Love a Wednesday ❤️💪🏻 Today has been a hot, sweat fest and I’ve loved every part of it. I popped down to the centre for the first time since I closed the doors back in March and I got goose bumps! It’s had a complete makeover and we are looking at some big changes when we reopen. Classes will be smaller and precautions are being put in places to protect our members, my clients and myself. I have been shielding since March and have been so worried about how I will be able to move forward with a new normal, but myself and @nuuperformance have found a way to keep everyone safe! We can’t wait until we are given the go ahead to see our clients in person and we will be take our classes outdoors before we return to the centre. We will be keeping our classes live and online too if you can’t make them, or you prefer to do them from the comfort of your home!!
