So I just watched the deleted scene from season 1s "what lies ahead" and I have so many fucking thoughts and things I wanna scream about one of them being how I haven't watched it until literally now but the most important one

Basically the only one that matters is that Carl and Rick have the same fucking mannerisms like THEY DO THE SAME THING TO CALM OTHER DOWN WATCH

LIKE SHUSHES WITH THE FINGERS POINTED THE SAME WAY AND THEN THE HAND WAVING AS A WAY TO SAY "calm down it's okay just be quiet" IM LOSIN MY MIND

This chapter is certainly one of those emotional whiplash chapters lol, we go from cuteness to some therapy then jealousy (side not but Soap calling Jackson Roach's leftovers actually made me giggle for like 2 hours after I wrote it) then I take you in a deep dive into the angst train.

Never let yourself fall into a false sense of security with me (except for after this next chapter then you can be secure). Ngl to you guys though sometimes I come up with these ideas in the middle of writing (like the video thing) and get mad/emotional on behalf of the characters as I'm writing like I'm grumpily typing on my keyboard. Never trust anyone, not even yourself guys
