I will say something that I see on twt occasionally that bothers me about the fanon characterization of Pieck is this idea that she’s physically disgusting/doesn’t shower/doesn’t brush her teeth. Like yes she probably neglects her hair and is pretty rank right after being a titan for 2 months but I always interpreted the messiness as just a 24/7 bed head and her father not really knowing how to deal with her hair leading to her just not learning about the proper care of her specific hair type from lack of a mother figure, rather than “she’s a sweaty and crusty person with bad hygiene bc she doesn’t gaf”. I never saw her as the type to just be absolutely nasty and I wish that wasn’t such a popular take.

I really feel like if she was a titan for months at a time it would be the polar opposite once she got back to human form, and she would immediately shower to the point of rubbing her skin raw. Especially when Hange asks if she brushes her titan’s teeth and she’s upset that they even asked that question. Post-rumbling Pieck to me is the girl with like 5 different perfumes each for a different occasion because now she CAN be girly and pretty and traditionally feminine.

In this version Cinna's already taken a step back from the business - 'Lost on Foggy Shores' was an interpretive dance piece for one of Mags' last performances before she retired (also at this point they're nowhere near rich and famous enough to afford personal stylists lmao). They only managed to get Portia on board bc she's relatively unknown outside D12 and offered to do it at a discount for her portfolio.

Spot on for Annie - she was a really popular child actress until she had a full on meltdown on live television. She still does occasional guest appearances on tv - she actually met Finnick when FOV were contestants on a game show she did a cameo for. She's doing much better now and runs pottery classes where people mostly get tipsy and re-enact That Scene from Ghost (and also writing an obscene amount of Peenick rpf in her spare time, of course)

I just dreamed that there was a newly unearthed music video for a song from soul punk (don’t remember which one; might’ve been partially one my mind made up but also it might’ve been Allie??) where 2011!Patrick was wearing a very 2014 tumblr fae prince flower crown and there were flowers taped to the keys of the piano he was playing, and it was intercut with scenes of him and others at a tea party eating plates of edible flowers and drinking apricot flavoured vodka neat from the bottle (this was all outside in a field btw), and at the end there was a time lapse shot of Patrick wasting away into a skeleton but it also kinda looked like he was made of cake and was being eaten away while a prim british voiceover explained that he died but ‘imagine what he got done that week!’

anyway that sounds almost impossibly #aesthetic but I just woke up and I swear that’s exactly what my dream was. uh. very symbolically layered, submit interpretations on a postcard

so im trying to write annies paragraph for my prject and i cant really write anything else but about her drive at school? like im realizing yhat a lot of her story lines revolve around her love life and it kind makes me sad. like she really doesnt change a lot does she. i dont know guys, writing about annie without connecting go her relationships with everyone in the show is really hard, like its taling so much work for me to think of things to talk about her which is weird

Hello, it's me, again, talking about my Hades x Persephone wip lmao

This time I want to talk about another member of the band and the deity I chose for him in my au.

Today it's Kris's turn!

Kris's deity is Freyja!

There were other options for him before I landed on Freyja.

At first I pictured Apollo, god of arts, music and poetry, light/sun, knowledge, prophecy and healing (and many other stuff) as Kris's divine "guide". He's the inventor of music with string instruments (Kris plays guitars). Kris is the other one in the band who writes lyrics (poetry). Apollo is a healer, and I can easily see Kris as the "healer" of the group, trying to help the others when they feel down or ill (ginger shots?).

The second one was Aphrodite, goddess of love, passion, beauty and sexuality (and some other stuff linked to the amorous/sexual semantic area). We joke a lot about Kris being a princess or a queen or about him being a lesbian, especially after the Stožice outfit that made us go crazy. Giving him a female deity linked to sensuality seemed a good choice.

But then Freyja arrived. She's a female goddess associated with love, beauty and sex, but not only! She's also a warrior goddess and rules over Fólkvangr, the other heavenly field where she welcomes half of those who die in battle. Kris isn't only sensuality, he fought for his identity, both as a person (him accepting his "feminine" side, his longer hair) and as a musician in the band (stepping outside Bojan's and his father's shadow and shining by his own).

Besides, Freyja's animal is the cat, and sometimes I see Kris as cat coded in his behaviour.
