“smile,” james cooed at his son, who gave him a toothless beam towards the camera. “oh, you’re an adorable little pumpkin, aren’t you?” he asks, picking harry up, gently, with one arm, and kissing his forehead.

“obviously,” sirius rolled his eyes, tucking a loose curl of his godson’s behind his ear, “he’s a way better pumpkin than you ever were.”

“i am offended, but you are right. the chubby cheeks really put the costume together well.”

“of course he is,” lily added, stepping out of the kitchen and pecking her son’s cheek, who babbled a laugh and gave his mother a wet kiss under her eye. “he’s the cutest pumpkin i’ve ever seen.”

“and what are you supposed to be, evans?” sirius cocked an eyebrow at her.

“a witch, dracula.” she grinned. “the frank-n-furter costume of last year was so good, too.”

“yeah, well, not exactly appropriate for the occasion, isn’t it?” he asked, nodding towards harry, whose pumpkin bereted head was resting peacefully against james’ shoulder.

“how considerate of you,” she smiled, pressing a kiss to sirius’ cheek, “now come and help me finish those halloween-themed cookies.”

the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?????????? and thus was verbal again

I have been reading too much of what people have been saying about Lewis's move to Ferrari recently. And I can't take this honeymoon phase seeiously at all. I genuinely like both Lewis and Charles but I am gonna root for Lewis first and foremost. He needs to take back his 8th championship more than Charles needing to get his maiden F1 championship. I feel like there's going to be a lot of the Lecfosi who are praising LH now will turn against him next year, regardless of if he outperforms Charles or not.

Living life happily knowing that I love listening to all kinds of music, that I don't restrict my listening experience and try listening to as many artists and genres as I can- Even if I don't know if I'll like it, I still try it because at least then I tried, and didn't back out. There's not a lot of moments in my life where I can comfortably try and not back out because I get nervous or uncomfortable.

#I've been finding a lot of new songs lately and new artists. also have been listening to more artists.#I never listened to Kendrick before but I'm giving his music a listen right now and its soooo good #< Altho I have had “All The Stars” rotting my brain for like 4-5 years now 😭 so I HAVE listened to him b4-#-i just haven't dedicated some time to listen to his other songs #i love expanding my music taste. it feels good listening to new music #also im finding a lot of songs that I've heard before in tiktoks/reels and stuff and its so fun to just go “😨🫵IVE HEARD THAT BEFORE!!!”#“what's ur favorite genre?” All of them. I like music in so many genres. dont make me choose #I also found an artist who resides in Seattle. WA! Which was superrr cool!#I believe you should be open to as many genres as possible. jane eyre (2006) would be so good if it was good it’s crazy. in the last bits of episode four where the dialogue is the most similar to the text of jane eyre it’s so so good and it really underlines how capable ruth wilson and toby stephens are of playing these characters when they’re given a script that actually adheres to the characterisations from the book instead of whatever the rest of it was
