Can you do some crack headcanons for Obey Me where some accident causes MC to temporary get wings that are not only huge af but also let them fly super fast? Like a singular flap could cause MC to almost bump into the ceiling at Diavolo's castle alone. They can also zoom through the air at high speeds and you can just hear the "ZYOOOOOM"

One thing I can imagine is Lucifer teaching MC how to fly and immediately regretting it cuz he's the only one who can get even remotely close to them when they're flying and MC finds it funny to fly away from him(it's also out of fear of what will happen once he gets them)

after that, he’s much more careful, and once you get the hang of it, he's teaching you his crafty ways

he thinks your wings are so cool but won't admit it

at one point, he takes you diving at Siren Beach for fun since you would be able to move through the water quickly with the large wings. lotan joins and you end up finding lots of cool stuff!

afterwards, he helps you dry off your wings since that wasn't exactly something you thought about before you got in the water

he's quick to ask solomon about how he made the potion out of curiosity

also asks if he can study your wings and watches you as you learn to fly

since he knows how tiring carrying around that new weight must be, so he gives you lots of tasty food to replenish your energy, and offers you massages! (he learnt from simeon, the best)

he will accessorize you even if you run away, so expect lots of him hustling after you with all his ribbons and bows in hand

teaches you all his favorite arial tricks even though both of you realize early on that you don't have the agility required with how large your wings are

quickly introduced you to aerial sports and the two of you find games to play together, even though it's kinda hard considering how different your wings and skillsets are

since they're only temporary, he wants you to make the most of them, and takes you sight seeing!

Hi dream, i have a question about you Swap au tmnt2012

Do the turtles still have their classic weapons or are they swapped? And if they do keep them, do they have any new meaning?

Hi!

So the turtles don't swap weapons in this au actually! It was mostly as a visual cue to show that "hey, these are still the same turtle boys we all know and love, just in a different world and different circumstances."

When it comes to the meaning of each weapon, I had to dive a bit deeper into the world of martial arts. . . and into swap Splinter's teaching methods and intentions with each of the boys.

The katana symbolizes strength, honor and discipline. It's a dangerous weapon that can easily take the lives of its enemies. In the classic, I think that it was meant as a lesson for Leonardo to consider his role as leader. He has to take things seriously, because for him, carelessness in battle, (whether in his orders or in his attacks,) can easily cause death.

Swap Leo is the most ruthless of the turtles; he wouldn't hesitate to kill, though he doesn't like to. Deep down, he wants to honor the Hamato (which he hates about himself.) Splinter's still his dad. Kids want to make their parents proud, and Splinter is all too aware of this fact. By giving Leo the katana, it only wraps him further around Splinter's finger. He's a hot head who defies orders, sometimes on purpose, sometimes on accident, and the honor of the Hamato on Leonardo's shoulders is a weight that helps trap him under Splinter's control.

A japanese bō is often symbolic of adaptability and resourcefulness. In the original, Donatello tends to stick to one way without allowing other ideas and plans even be a second thought. The simplicity of the bō forces him to think outside of the box. Science may be immovable to him, but there's no one singular answer in a fight.

I like to think this was also part of the reason why swap Donnie was given this weapon. Splinter taught the turtles that a fight ends with one victor, and the other dead. At first glance, the bō might be seen as a joke. Enemies would be quick to underestimate Don, and he can use that to his advantage. He was trained to use the element of surprise to his advantage, and the bō he uses, with a hidden blade at its tip, is full of surprises, if he uses it creatively.

Nunchucks are infamous for their complexity, and wielding them is a sign of agility and precision. I'd think that this was given to Michelangelo to help center his mind and to teach him focus, as the classic is a pretty scatterbrained sweetheart. Nunchucks force him not to take combat lightly, and to strike intentionally.

Now swap Mikey is a mad genius, and can easily get lost in his own world of scientific fantasy, sometimes even in the middle of battle. In a life and death case scenario, that can be suicidal. Nunchucks force Michelangelo to stay grounded in the moment, to think about each of his attacks. Of course, the side effect was that it focused his cold-blooded ingenuity into his strikes, since he can't use it to think up of new inventions.

Sais are a weapon that can be used in both defense and offense, and are traitionally used in peace-keeping. In the original, I would think it was more meant for defense, a means to help Raphael learn to control his anger, to learn how to keep the right mindset while in the midst of a fight.

For swap Raph? Offense was Splinter's intention. Raphael is the strongest, the best fighter, the most skilled. Or he should be, if his heart didn't keep getting in the way. He couldn't hurt someone if he was held at gun point. It's not who he is. And it infuriates Splinter. So much potential, completely waisted. Sais are a close range weapon, so if Raphael is going to dish out the final blow, he has to make it personal. The weapon is Splinter trying to turn his son into the killer he wants him to be, the killer that Raph is just too scared to become.

Tech was the straight A student who drove his teachers BONKERS.

But it wasn't because of any disruptive behavior in class or anything (Tech learned early on to save his more interesting experiments for after hours, and he was most talkative when he was just with his brothers with whom he is most comfortable). Wrecker was the most disruptive one, Crosshair was rebellious but was quiet about it. No, Tech was actually pretty quiet in class, sitting in the back with his datapad and engaging in his own research, not paying the slightest bit of attention to the lesson at hand.

The first time a teacher realized he wasn't engaged in the lecture, the teacher pop quizzed him with the intent of embarrassing him to teach him a lesson. This plan backfired spectacularly when Tech's answer turned into an info dump covering all the material planned for the next three lectures.

Later, another teacher confiscated Tech's data pad in an attempt to get him to pay attention. The data pad was returned within fifteen minutes when the teacher got fed up with Tech interrupting every thirty seconds with a factual correction ("Technically...")

After the first semester, when Tech passed all his written exams with a minimum score of 150%, the teachers gave up and left him in peace in the lecture classes.

Some of the teachers secretly harbored hopes that Tech wouldn't be quite as brilliant in the practical/physical classes. These hopes were dashed within the first day, when Tech knew enough about ships and piloting to be placed in the fifth level (out of seven levels) on day one, proved to be an expert at dodging hits given how agile he was (and given how many times he'd had to dodge the reg cadets aiming for his goggles during fights), and started giving the instructors tips on how to more efficiently handle their blasters.

body & his hair

Sheik is an average build Sheikah (and half-Hylian), being only a couple inches shorter than his mother (who was a bit unnaturally tall). As his training was primarily agility and dexterity rather than strength, he’s quite thin and flexible but does have clear muscles that are easily seen with his suit. Sheik is incredibly pale, nearly unnatural as someone who rarely sees sunlight, works from the shadows, and keeps ninety percent of his body covered. His eyes are a bright, ruby like, red color and his hair is a very pale blonde, which he gets from his Hylian half but clearly has his Sheikah heritage in it making it paler.

After years of playing the harp continuously Sheik’s fingers are incredibly rough and calloused, even when wearing the suit he doesn’t keep the tips of them covered for easy use of plucking the strings of his harp. Post his journey with Link, the most defining scar Sheik has is a perfect sword slash across his back from the top of his right shoulder to his lower left hip. He has smaller ones that he got from training and making mistakes as he’ll word it. On his chest over his heart Sheik has the tattoo of the Eye of Truth.

Sheik started growing his hair out when he was young. It was one of the few things Impa actually let him have control over. As long as he did what he was supposed to, trained as hard as he was supposed to, she didn’t care what he did to his body (piercing, tattoos, hair). Although she did try to talk him out of growing it out, warning him it could (and was) used against him, she never actually told him to cut it. Which started as the reason why he didn’t bother with it. Then, when going through his lessons, through their history, he learned it used to be tradition for the Sheikah to grow their hair out. As a way to honor their ancestors.

From their, growing his hair out became less about defying his mother and more about honoring their Tribe

Sheik was named after his Tribe, as a reminder of a legacy and a reminder of what he was supposed to be. He was the last Sheikah born to the Sheikah Tribe after the Great Betrayal, and he was supposed to have an incredible destiny so Impa named him to remind him of where he came from and what he was going to be. A Sheikah. A Shadow. A Protector. And no matter how further he goes in his life, he will always carry the weight of that. Giving everything he has for The Royal Family, for the Hero, without even the slightest bit of hesitation. He honors the traditions of his family, he grows his hair, and he is nothing more than a shadow.

When serving under Ganondorf, although his eyes were often a target for the man, usually as an insult though sometimes an actual target, his hair primarily was the thing used against him. It’s long, almost like a rope, and often enough he found it grabbed in various ways. To either yank him around, keep him from running off, or forcing him to look or kneel at Ganondorf. There were certainly times where he considered chopping it off, but it almost felt like a part of his identity and struggled with the idea of losing more of himself than he already had serving under the Evil King. So he didn’t, and he simply tried to keep more distance between them.

When his hair is unbraided it reaches the lower half of his back, slightly above his tailbone. When braided, Sheik binds the ends of it with a wrap and then places the weight in it to keep his hair from flying in his face. The braid reaches about the middle of his back. His bangs are a bit out of control, covering too much of his face and obscuring a lot of it. It’s the only part of his hair he’s really considered cutting at this point.

Verse specific.

In his time guiding Link and directly after, don’t pull his hair. Be it for sexual, fun, or even life saving reasons he won’t respond well to it. It’s practically a trigger for him and will send him into a panic, being right back in that place with Ganondorf. He doesn’t mind his hair played with, he actually enjoys having it brushed and braided by other people, just don’t yank on it. (Guide of Time verse)

Any other verse after that and he’s a bit more mentally stable and can handle having it yanked on. Any reason outside of the bedroom is just likely to piss him off.

In his time as a Sage Sheik is even less likely to cut his hair, simply because he is now the ancestor and the only Sheikah left from a time well loss where those things actually mattered. (Sage of Shadows verse)

Staying sharp as an entrepreneur isn't just about knowing the numbers or staying on top of market trends. It's about cultivating a mindset that pushes you to grow every single day. As someone who has spent decades in business—with both wins and lessons under my belt—I've learned that the habits you develop are what truly define your longevity. Here are three core habits I rely on to stay mentally, professionally, and emotionally sharp as an entrepreneur. 

1. I Start Every Morning with a Tactical Review 

One of the most powerful habits I've developed is dedicating the first 30 minutes of my day to a tactical review. I don’t jump into emails or phone calls immediately. Instead, I look at three things: what I accomplished yesterday, what my non-negotiables are for today, and what could become a roadblock. 

This process isn't about micromanaging my day—it's about sharpening my focus. With so many distractions in the entrepreneurial world, this morning clarity routine keeps me aligned with long-term goals while remaining agile to make short-term pivots. I use a physical notebook for this exercise because writing by hand helps me internalize my objectives better than digital tools ever have. 

2. I Surround Myself with Real Conversations, Not Echo Chambers 

There’s something dangerous about always being told you’re right. Whether you're running a one-person startup or leading a growing team, echo chambers can form without you even noticing. That’s why I regularly schedule time to talk with mentors, fellow business owners, and even critics. I ask people to challenge my thinking—respectfully, of course—and point out blind spots. 

This habit keeps me honest. It forces me to confront areas where I might be slipping or getting too comfortable. I don’t always agree with what I hear, but the variety of perspectives helps me make more informed, balanced decisions. And as someone based in Salt Lake City, Utah, I've found that building a circle of grounded, experienced professionals has been essential in staying ahead while staying true to my values. 

3. I Protect Thinking Time Like a Business Asset 

Most entrepreneurs fill every hour of the day with tasks, meetings, and output. But here’s the truth: If you’re not creating space to think, you’re probably just reacting. I block out at least two hours a week just to think—no emails, no distractions, just a quiet space and a blank page. 

This thinking time is where big ideas are born. It’s where I re-evaluate strategies, brainstorm future products, or analyze what's not working. Some of my best pivots and breakthroughs have come during these quiet, uninterrupted sessions. 

It might sound like a luxury, but it's not. It's a necessity. The habit of thinking strategically, instead of constantly reacting, has helped me weather unpredictable markets and reinvent myself more than once.

Being an entrepreneur isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about staying sharp enough to ask the right questions and build systems around your strengths.
