I couldn't resist imagining what little Vi & Pow would look like as mini gods with their adult tattoos like Atreus. Also me being delusional imagining Warwick protecting them as part of Vander's shape shifting ability--

Also headcanon that Odin/Silco has mind control powers, hence Vi and Powder vs Warwick rip. He tears their family apart even in this AU 🫠

As they sat down to eat, Thor noticed something wrong with Modi. Where once he would swat Modi, he now gently placed his hand on his son's shoulder. "Something the matter, son? The food bad?"

"No, Fadir. It's just I feel sick. I think it's the mead. I can barely drank any, " Modi said back.

"Then don't drink," Thor said, sitting down next to Modi, calmly so as not to trigger Modi's past trauma with him.

"But we always do," Thor's son said with an unsure voice filled with unease.

"Maybe not this time?" Thor offered his cup of berry juice.

"Yeah maybe not this time" Modi discarded the cup of mead and took Thor's.

God I hate my coloring so much. I'm trying to learn but for some reason coloring is harder than drawing for me lol.

Welcome to the Actors' AU: Record of Ragnarok!

Honestly, I know this AU is going to be a lot of work, but I love the idea of having these characters interact with the OCS behind the scenes and seeing the oddities that will result.

one problem with getting into Fiction Franchises like, oh let's say the MCU, long after they started is that 1) there are things that refer back to things I don't know about and 2) i don't know what i don't know about, and in a way that latter is more of a problem at least for me.

i managed an episode of wandavision and was left thinking "this seems like it's good, but i have no clue what's going on here so it's not going to work for me is it?" and i am reliably told it's supposed to be Mysterious Mindfuckery but i, a noob, was unable to work out without external clarification what i wasn't supposed to know. if you see what i mean.

i notice the mcu movies (at least as it progresses?) don't have numbers on them, and we know when they're direct sequels because there's a subtitle. and if you come at these later you need to get a chart to work out whether you should watch thor: ragnarok before or after thor: the dark world. which is easily done if i am determined to get things in the right order, but any effort is too much for someone.

so while i am willing to consider the idea that the later mcu films/shows are just Less Good than the early ones (personally Doubt so far but I'm not opposed to the idea) it's very easy inside a fandom to lose sight of what your thing looks like to the casuals who make up most of an audience, and frankly the mcu is currently Very Large and confusing.

who are all these Mrs/Captain/Miss/etc Marvel ladies and which of them have already been in films I might or might not have seen? how many ant men are there prior to this one? am i supposed to know who the baddy in this or that film is? which of these side-characters are from something else?

doesn't-seem-related-but-it-is: i was surprised to discover that the general mcu fandom view of the loki series was not that it was some sort of AU situation that could be thought of an entirely separate from the main series of films. because that was pretty much why it was the one to hook me, i think - it explained the relevant backstory with clips and yet also this is a different loki so if i don't want to go and watch however many films he was in i don't have to. i would expect him to be to some extent "out of character" because it carefully explained to me that this is not really the same character as that identical guy with the same name who was in some number of films. there's a woman one and an alligator one but don't worry they're all from AUs anyway.

The rest of the pantheons take notice that there is something wrong with Heaven and Hell, souls ars ending up in places that they shouldn't be and souls that they have no jurisdiction over and ending up there. So they decide to investigate, but they know that they will have to be careful. If they are going to take Heaven to court then they will need as much proof as possible. What Heaven is doing is beyond the realms of negligence and that they had been able to get away with it for so long is worrying and concerning in many ways. Firstly it means that they aren't being governed. Secondly whoever has been left in charge has no idea what they're doing. Third the delicate balance of the universe is at risk and unless they want to piss those higher up than them? Then they need to fix it and quickly. Which means that they need to find out what happened and what went wrong. But they would have to be careful if Heaven found out that they were being investigated? It would make everything far more difficult and they would have a chance to hide anything that hid their guilt. Which is something that they cannot allow. So they will have to use stealth and who better than use the Ragnarockers? They have already proven that they can hold their own, they had battled against Gods and won after all. They had the power to protect themselves should the need arise and they knew that they would look out for each other. As much as the Ragnarockers didn't want to leave their hard-earned paradise, they knew the importance of what they had been tasked with. They also knew that what they found would determine how the investigation would go. However, having Buddha with them? He would be difficult to conceal and they had all been made aware of what would happen should Heaven find out they are being investigated. But nothing can move Buddha other than Buddha and so the God ends up coming with them. They had known beforehand that going to Hell wasn't going to be easy or pretty, but they had underestimated just how bad it would be. The way Buddha frowns as he looks at the souls around them doesn't mean anything good, it also made them wary, if Buddha was upset? Then it meant nothing good. It was then they stumbled upon the hotel, that claimed to redeem sinners. It had been Jack who had pointed out that it would be a good place to gather information and find footing. What none of them had expected was how their lives would get turned upside down and back to front by a father and daughter duo, who would rock the foundations of everything that everyone had ever known. And it all started with Jack and a cup of tea.

"Oh darling will you be mine?" New ROR AU?!

WARNING! This post includes spoilers to the recent chapter 86 leaks.

So after the recent leaks showing Loki the drama between Loki and his feelings for Hilde I was wondering..

"How am I supposed to make it work when I included his family into the ROR universe and was going with the flow??"

Well I make an AU out of it of course! And I call it the Doll!maker/Puppeteer! Loki or Doll!Sigyn AU.

Lore:

After realizing Hilde doesn't share the same feelings towards him and he ruined the only chance he had to ever confess. Loki copes by at first making a doll of Brunhilde and thats when he gets an idea.

The god decides if he isn't going to find love, not even from his own family and no one will ever truly love him back.

He is going to create something, another being that is going to return his feelings no matter what and be loyal to him!

For whoever wants to join the AU!

That's when Sigyn, his first ever love who once died on the battle field is reborn and brought forth again.

Now Loki with his beloved Sigyn at his side, continues and makes an army with his new talent. Gifting his crafts to desprate customers andcreating deals.

Please go ahead, the general idea is open to your own spin with whoever you include.

But my idea for now is that Loki is making an army of dolls that he controls at his will. Perhaps the rune magic he uses can be to use of anyone else? 😏

A masterpiece made, in an enchanted world. Loki's first creation, his pride and delight,

Sigyn, destined to be his eternal light.

Yet Loki's ambitions soared, he aimed for more. A puppeteer's dream, a destiny to explore.

Dolls would arise, in his magical spree.

Crafting tales of fate, a puppet master's glee.

Through ancient runes, and secrets untold, Loki's hands spun stories, a spectacle to unfold.

Sigyn, the beginning, in his puppetry art, A symphony of strings, playing from his broken heart. Could soon create an army build on mighty wrath!
