sorry if you've talked about this before, but I'm curious if clanmew have different words for different bat species? they obviously differentiate insects and birds, but bat's are harder to distinguish at a glance. cats would have an advantage with their hearing, being able to hear bat's squeaks (and I think different species make different patterns and sounds?) but like. I don't remember how many bat species there are here (I think noctule, pipistrelle, greater horseshoe, lesser horseshoe, daubenton's, whiskered, barbastelle, and serotine? I mightve missed a couple), but I love bat's so thought I'd ask. pipistrelle are the most common though I'm from the south-east of England so I occasionally see daubenton's too.

FOUR bat species! Over here in the main entry for birds, check there if you'd like more trivia on them. Clan cats count them as very special, blessed songbirds.

The ones that Clan cats have words for so far;

Pipistrelle (Pipistrellus pipistrellus) = Popep

Soprano Pipistrelle (Pipistrellus pygmaeus) = Ipi'ip

Long-eared Brown Bat (Plecotus auritus) = Fepfr

Common Noctule (Nyctalus noctula) = Shi'po

There are four more kinds of bat, for EIGHT total in this region, that I have not yet described because I don't have good access to their song recordings (Even the main four were ass on butts to hunt down) If you have clear recordings of the songs of these four I'll add them too.

i wanted to lean more into Charlie's doll like features because I feel like Viv could've used it more

Charlie's face is based off info where demons make themselves look/act friendly in order to lure people to them

The twist is Charlie's luring (unintentionally) people in for good intentions

Her face is supposed to look familiar/common but enough to look kinda unique

The doll theme going on is to make Charlie s bit uncanny; aka how skinwalkers are

She looks fake and hollow, her face looks empty, kind of how someone putting on facade looks like (again referencing demon lore)

dolls just being almost everyone's least favorite thing in general because of how uncanny and creepy they are

The only thing she's hiding is a literal angel

She has her mom's nose

She only has small goat features (two pairs of ears and hooves) because technically the goat symbolism came from the Church demonizing Pan

I think it slightly adds to her symbolism of being like a sheep/lamb (innocent and pure)

the pure/uncanny look symbolizes how she's kind and sweet and other stuff but she's inexperienced (lacking basically) and bites more than she can chew in terms of the hotel

she's scared of the abuse and violations that comes with her power dynamics leading her to not have that much of a spine, which vaggie helps with

2. Vaggie

Literally the very person that should've been wearing a suit especially considering the bodyguard thing

I didn't research enough and so past me thought people thought Vaggie was an angel because of her hair

So it turns out I'm just dumb ig 🤡

But that didn't stop me lmao so now she and the other angels have hair wings

In here Charlie KNOWS Vaggie is an angel and is the one who suggested Vaggie to pretend to be a moth demon

i didn't like how the only things that gave away what vaggie truly was is her eye and spear, so I added bird feet and little head wings

Brother y'all already have wings and shit why not be birds

Since Charlie knows she's an angel Vaggie helped her in preparing herself for the meeting w Heaven

3. Lute/Exterminators

So looking back I forgot my OWN LORE by forgetting to put cheek rings on Lute (like I did to Vaggie)

So let's pretend (being delulu is the solulu)

lute is just there to serve as a model to how (maskless) exterminators look like (sorry lute)

The cheek rings connect to Charlie and Lucifer's own cuz Lucifer was a former angel as we all know

Exterminators dress up like higher-up angels (see Charlie's true form to have an idea of it) in order to look more terrifying and intimidating

okay like bro real talk who would you be scared of more someone who looks like part of your species or a literal fuckin eldritch being coming to swoop in and kill you

I'm taking the second option

Making exterminators look like demons was a dumb move sorry

Their mask serves as a lure of some sort where you can't help but look at them (kind of how we don't wanna see disturbing things but we can't help but stare at them when they appear)

And then boom you died because you were to busy looking at the "eye"

I think the look I gave them + some of their bloodthirsty nature's brings in more of the horror

I do like the fact they look like regular people underneath the masks because it kinda reminds you of heaven's hierarchy

once we go up the ladder the more terrifying they look

so once I redesign Emily and Sera....expect them to look more...captivating to the eyes

How do u choose what animal traits the characters will have in your designs? Also ur art is really cool and it scratches my brain every day(/pos):]

!!! Animal traits!!! Okay so uh, sometimes it's based on the personality of the character and other times it's based on their design and such. Sometimes because of other related hcs or for personal pref, or for irony and so on. Like my Mic is an harpy eagle because I love birds but also! Those are the biggest species of eagles/birds known to date at the very moment. In Fan's case he's a peacock because of the fact that well, he is a fan.

My Silver Spoon is a koi fish, since Koi Fish usually mean good luck, something he very much lacks. My Balloon is a flying fish hybrid since those type of fishes cannot fly, but more so just... glide/float. My OJ is a mantaray because haha fish that cannot swim for the life of him funny.

My Cobs is a rooster- I can't specifically remember why I made him a rooster, but I think it was to add to the irony of all Meeple Products having wings and still not being able to fly (those wings were mostly made in order to help them fall slowly/glide). As well one of his wings is damaged/lost so that checks out lol.

My Apple is a fox hybrid because of the fact that foxes are often playful and mischieveous, my Candle is a snake-owl hybrid since those two animals are often paired up with knowledge, my Paintbrush is a Phoenix Bird-Lion hybrid due to their abilities and personality, my Lightbulb is both a moth and a firefly because. Y'know. Lightbulb. My Trophy is a wolf-crow hybrid because I mean, it checks out with his personality. And so on and so forth! I don't know if I explained myself well enough but yeah!!!

AHHH AHH AHH OK OK!! This ask actually made me so excited I couldn’t even think about responding for a few moments cause I was stimming so hard. Oh my god. Ok. Wow this is a tough question.

Starting with spiders!!! Ok I KNOW there’s a lot of super cool/crazy/smart/venomous/absolutely buckwild species out there but my favorite is purely sentimental. It’s Tigrosa Georgicola. I see them everywhere where I live and they’re one of the first species I ever picked up. My phone screen is literally a photo of me holding one.

I’ve got a soft spot for wolf spiders anyways cause they purr and carry their babies on their backs and are just so gorgeous and big and amazing but this one especially is so good. One of the most docile species of spider I’ve handled, and their orange banding against their dark brown bodies is just so gorgeous. They’re literally tortoiseshell, what more could you want? And they get SO BIG it’s always such a delight finding one of these guys I love them so much

Next up wasp. Oh man big question. Lots and lots of good options and I am SO fond of paper wasps and mud daubers but I think if I had to pick a favorite it would be Auplopus carbonarius. They’re an absolutely TINY species of spider wasp that I’ve only had the pleasure of meeting once. Adults only get about 3/8” long. They also make little barrels to store food in!! And are great recyclers with their nests, they often take over old beetle burrows!! That’s so cool they’re like little home renovators. Here’s a pic of me holding one

Alright onto butterfly. This one’s a little harder since I’m not super into butterflies, but man there’s still definitely some really cool ones.

My favorite has gotta be Hamadryas feronia, aka the variable cracker. That entire genus is fucking gorgeous though, so shout out to some of the other species like the red cracker, ringless blue cracker, grey cracker, and the velutina cracker. Seriously just look up cracker butterflies. They’re all gorgeous. They also make a really cool cracking noise!! Look it up!!

Ok ok next! favorite moth. This is a REAL close toss-up between clearwing hummingbird moths and buff-tip moths. Vampire moths were also high up on the list, but I think buff-tip moths have to win. Phalera bucephala to be more specific. They’re just so delightful. Their camouflage is SO GOOD they really do look like such perfect little broken pieces of branch. It’s endlessly endearing. AND their caterpillars are such a pretty yellow color. Everything about these guys just makes me smile

Next is beetle!!! Ok I’m a basic bitch on this one sorry, but trilobite beetles have won my heart. I don’t have a specific favorite species within the genus, they’re all just amazing. It’s also really funny to me how big the difference is between males and females. The females retain their larval form as adults, which is already cool enough for any species, but it’s especially wild seeing how these guys’ larval form looks. There’s nothing about these guys that isn’t amazing to me

hhh designing colourzas in the year of out lord 2024 and i have sO MUCH to say about them,, spent the last few days assigning each of them a wingless + winged animal and ended up with this (also! the not underlined animals are the ones not explicitly used in their designs)

ill put my notes about them all under the cut because theres a lot but the big ones are:

- blueza and redza twin propaganda cos theyre the only hooved animals here

- grayzas winged bird is the only flightless one because i thought that would be funny, also the name is just so ominous for no reason which i also thought would be funny

-yellowza is so difficult to find animals for but i settled on peacock pansy butterfly because peacocks are fancy n stuff and hes fancy n stuff, but peacocks are purple, so the yellow bug equivalent is the best i can do for him. I have yet to decide on a winged animal for him lol..also hes sucha bug to me, ik hes canonically a bird but hes such a bug. however if he was a bird he would be a birds of paradise bird, absolutely, no questions asked

—Redza is the only bat because he’s the first one who existed i think. also because his vibes match bats and nobody else matches bats but i gotta make it Lore. also he’s one of the only two hoofed+wingless animals, along with blueza, because redza blueza twin propaganda..and hes an ibex instead of anything else because i think the long, straight horns suit him better than others. there was also like. the addax, eland, oryx, ect but i decided goat > antelope because goats are smaller and more gremliny + association with the devil or somthin?? also he gets a funny little goatee

—Orangeza is a red fox bcos fox = cunning n smart idk….and that species because of its orange fur, pretty simple not given much thought but thats okay, it matches him pretty well i think. also i hc that one of his front moth wings (the brown ones, they cover the orange wings) got damaged so he patched it up with orange something because more orange and haha inventor guy fixes things you know. its okay i don’t either

-Yellowza was gonna be a longhorn beetle but they’re too orange. then a bumblebee but he’s not. he’s not a bee. but i finally settled on peacock pansy because peacocks are like. fancy n shit but he cant be a peacock because they’re purple, so yellow butterfly version is the next best thing. ALSO ik hes like canonically a bird and stuff,but MAN. HES JUST A BUG TO ME. but if he was a bird he would absolutely be a birds of paradise bird because Yes. honorable mention to the great tailed grackle.

his wingless animal was a STRUGGLE and i have yet to pick it hahaskmb….also i characterize him as a material girl instead of cheery optimist because there are enough cheery optimists 

—Blueza was the easiest to decide lmao, he’s just a deer. either that or a moose, but deer are more gentle also thats like canon so yeah..white tailed deer 🦌 oh holy shit deer emojiand redza blueza twin propaganda, he’s one of the only two hoofed wingless animals here yesyes

his winged animal had to be a bird, preferable a dove because symbolism and whatnot right? he got mourning dove because fluffy lad + theres no white doves in the wild so i cant make him a white dove. probably going to draw him with whiter wings though to match his colour pallet haha, i dunno i haven’t really given him much thought

—it was so difficult to decide if Purpleza was a bird or a bug but i ended up with bird, because he’s a fluffy guy not a bug guy? and then choosing a bird was pain because theres so many pretty purple birds i really like but he’s more of a black bird, emo ass mfer

couldn’t make him a crow, raven felt off, considered grackles bcos they have purple wing shine whatever its called but they’re too social skdhdkfgngcn..solitary caciques had a good chance because they’re black birds that are very antisocial, literally purpleza. BUT I eventually decided on purple honeycreeper because they’re dark purple with black wings, and hang out in small groups with other species of birds, i think that speaks for itself.

-might change the wingless animal of Pinkza idk axolotl feels too easy? but the only other guys i have are like. naked mole rat and pink dolphin and i cant implement those in a way that makes sense in my head LOL

and he’s a butterfly right, the pink rose butterfly really suits him i think but not his light color pallet. the other pink butterflies don’t suit him really, and the pink moths all have yellow which no. but then i found the pink orchid mantis. who is so soft and gentle looking, but uses its soft and pretty appearance to kill. so yknow the second i saw it i was like yup. pinkza

yeah!! they are named after their species. (with some variation to make writing about them easier tbh lol) saturniid moths are the royal family of the court but theres all sorts of fey there based on nocturnal animals. it would be fun to design more of them!!

all the winged fey like pixies and sprites also have moth wings. funny enough, alynn designed poppy, elias's pixie companion at the carnival, with moth wings by coincidence so she would be from the evernight court too.

this is inspired by the witchlight's campaign setting in the kingdom of prismeer, where its always twilight and theres no moon and sun. i vibed with the idea of different kingdoms representing different times of day! id like to come up w more fey domains but i got attached to atlas and io and started developing this one around them extensively lmao

I was just kinda going for the general fanon consensus on their design ngl. i wanted to go for more unique color pallete, i think, and while i haven't seen their stuff, i just put together smth that looked neat ngl

I don't really see any ant designs that like. do anything more than make him a anthro cat. maybe i dont see enough ant designs, who knows. i also never see him in glasses. so i like the concept of him having glasses that kinda have cat ears because i think they're cool lookin. also wanted some puss in boots inspo. wanted to lean into the 'frost' part of his name too, hence the blue-ish tones. and wanted to throw in some red velvet colors for obvious reasons.

I just kinda threw together design elements i've seen and liked in sam lol. i think creeper centaur sam slaps, and i like it when people draw cat like creepers because its funny. I also was trying to go for unique crowns for the like 5 people on the server that had them.

i wanted to go for like the reds and blacks that he's known for obviously, and tried to lean into the cult thing with the egg with some choices. the AI art at the bottom was added because this was before i realized how awful it was, because i thought it would be neat to play around with design choices i wouldn't have thought of otherwise. the spider lily is actually due to my concept of having every eggpire member associated with a certain part of a plant, with bad being the petals.

Again, another streamer i dont really know. just went for things that vibed.

leif ≠ leif. like is’s less “leif was resurrected and came back complicatedly different” and more “leif super dies in snakemouth and leif as we know him is the cordyceps”. I mean they aren’t as mutually exclusive as I may be presenting them as but idk! I like leaning into how weird leif’s whole deal is. let him wrestle with legacy let him wrestle with his borrowed yet vividly personal memories and feelings let him grieve leif and muse and elizant I and continue to live. let him be a weird not-quite moth

a bit along the same lines, leif having health issues as consequence of leif stuff. wounds that don’t quite heal right (thinking his injury in ch4 is a big one), some form of vision impairment, and poor dexterity are the main ones I’ve got in mind and that last one is maybe a little bit of projection as a treat

leif being a fantastic actor is already canon but I would like to extend that off stage. I think he’a scarily good at putting on fronts acting however he would like to present himself. I think his facades even fool himself sometimes

vi being raised as a potential successor to the queen when she was young before getting a bit older and being moved to the honey factory and ultimately striking out on her own is maybe not canon compliant but I think it’s potentially very interesting and funny. could’ve been a princess but she chose violence.

vi being wholly able to fly the entire game but not even bothering to until the end when she is directly ordered to do so by the queen is so funny I don’t think there’s some deep rooted psychological reason for that I think she’s just like that. maybe one day down the line she’ll appreciate the oddly elusive gift of flight for what it is but as of now she just walks everywhere since bugaria’s built to be accessible to flightless bugs so why not y’know! she just likes to walk! maybe she has really good lower body strength for a bee as consequence

kabbu’s a theatre enjoyer! he can be too enthusiastic sometimes (he’s not always great at volume control) and he’s seen enough plays that he knows what makes a play good and bad and he’s not a good liar if asked about it, but he’s a well-liked regular at his local theatres. he’s occasionally mistaken for an aspiring actor himself with his passion and his boisterously earnest nature but no, his heart lies elsewhere. he just really likes the theatre

kabbu gets shy about it but he’s a really good singer too. mothiva will never know

chompy’s favorite bug is leif (of course, likewise leif spends the most time with chompy and talks to/about her often, although he kinda spoils her and she usually goes to him for sympathy whether earned or otherwise). she considers vi a playmate/rival much to vi’s chagrin. she sees kabbu as a firmer authority she can’t weasel past, but finds his approval all the more special, and often accompanies him/comforts him on his worse days whatever the reason may be.

more of a worldbuilding headcanon (because bug fables’ worldbuilding is a little bit flimsy for my tastes cough cough) but I think the bugs that exist outside of the strict “species = kingdom” is fun to consider. like moths being more nomadic and individualized, and it’s families and their descendants that align themselves with the kingdoms rather than a whole flutter of them. maybe it’s more common to see lone unassociated beetles than bees, for example. idk if I were braver about bugs I’d be attributing those traits more I like it when creatures are creatures with creature traits :] bug enthusiasts who attribute those traits for me are my heroes

also I know it’s a common headcanon but bug fables and hollow knight existing in the same universe is really fun. I don’t think they’re all that close to each other spacially or tonally but thematically and for the antics!! idk. maybe quirrel shows up on his precanon travels and warns about the folly of eternity and the numerous bugs devoting their lives in some way or form to finding the everlasting sapling just kinda. politely nods along vehemently disagreeing

Scout is five foot six (short torso, long legged). She’s right handed, clumsy and wide eyed like a doe. SUPERNATRUAL ABILITIES: 

Scout didn't know she was a faerie for the majority of her life. She understood something about her was different from the rest of her town but she could never put her finger on it. People took an easy liking to her no matter where she went or who she met. She was a star, the sun bright up in the sky. Still, something always felt like it was missing, her eyes always veering up towards the sky, the clouds fluffy and inviting. She felt weighed down by her life, her friends, her family. It didn't matter how much she loved them, something integral has been stolen from her. When she went off to college to pursue psychology (as most college students do) she took a folklore class as an easy elective but things took a turn when the discussion of changelings came up.

Changeling, a faerie who is glamoured to look like any unsuspecting baby and then switched out right beneath the parent's noses. A faerie. Scout was unsure why she was left so unnerved by these stories, these myths, these tall tales that should be nothing other than that, tales. So why did it bring tears to her eyes? Why did she rush out of the room? Why did she look up at the sky just as air became thin and unreachable? She spiraled, her vision going blurry as her heart panicked, thudded, drummed in her ears and in her veins and everywhere else it could bound it's frantic song. It thunders louder and louder until her heart is not the size it once was. In fact, she's no longer human at all but instead a bird, a golden Finch.

Due to her finding out about her abilities late she has little to no control of her shifting abilities. She also struggles to control her power of charisma, so she often is unsure if people like her for who she is or if it's her faerie power willing it so.

She doesn't know much about magical objects or other supernatural creatures, although she's more fascinated by them than fearful. Scout does get a kick thinking about King Arthur's Excalibur floating someplace out there.

Scout would die for her family; although she often punishes herself by reminding herself that she's not truly their daughter. The true Scout Harrington was disappeared into faerieland 23 years ago. Is she safe? Is she alive? Is she aware of what has been stolen from her?

As for fighting, birds were meant for flying away, so that is what she does. She runs from danger (and uncertainty).

PERSONALITY: 

Scout is charming, she does it without thought, without caution. She's funny, she melts like butter on your tongue, she's a star and she does it all without asking for anything in return. She's a good friend, a loyal type that will listen when you need an ear or someone to laugh and gossip with. But she's prone to paranoia, anxiety, and episodes of fractured self image. Sometimes she can accept this skin and this face and these eyes are not hers but she made them her own and some days she cannot stand to be human at all. She cannot stand to be a thing with thought and grief and everything heavy that comes with humanity. Some days she only wants to be a bird, lost to the wind and the open night sky.

It's easier this way, to not have to constantly second guess someone's intention towards you.

FAMILY: 

The Harringtons are a middle class family who were born and raised in Ashland, Oregon. They were the progressive sort, the kind who held to their morals and their empathy with a steely grip. Maura and Benjamin were the kind of parents you wanted, outwardly supportive, patient, kind, stern when necessary. Scout loved them. She loved her sister Hannah more.

Here's what Scout doesn't know. The night the real Scout was stolen, Hannah heard the changeling cry from her sister's crib. She took a seat beside the crib and it's imposter, peered at her from between the bars and made a decision. Hannah knew the thing in her sister's crib was in fact not her sister, not human at all. She could not explain it, she would never speak it out loud, but she knew and she loved Scout anyway.

Q's + A's: 

Scout has lived on Veritas for a year now. She moved the day after her panic attack/bird transformation. She'd heard about the Isle before but she never had a reason to look before. She has yet to speak to her family since her departure. She sent them a letter so they know she's alive and well but she refuses to come home, refuses to call. She's terrified if she were to see them she'd tell them the truth. She is not their daughter. She came here to find answers, to find the real Scout (and herself in the process hopefully).

Scout may be biased but she loves the skies of Stardust Hollow best. It smells like riverbeds, and flowers, and something too much like magic to properly describe.

Scout isn't really afraid of other supernatural beings but she often wonders if this is only because she was raised human and has an ingrained curiosity for such things. That could easily change overnight, as of right now, she's not afraid of them.

Scout, like her feathered counterpart likes to sing. She's not fantastic or anything but she does enjoy it.

CONNECTIONS:  

Scout is easy to befriend, it's keeping her that's difficult. If you betray her trust, even if only once, it will take hell freezing over for her to forgive you. She does not fuck around about her friendships, much less romantic partners.

Moth 100%. I've had this oc for years now and they've had alot of growth in the process! Moth went from little baby me in high school making a Sky: Children of the Light oc, to somehow becoming an allegorical shapeshifting reality bending cryptic avatar of my imagination/self consciousness. I love them so much and I put them everywhere. They are truly a guilty pleasure when it comes to my ocs 😂

So yeah, whenever you see this gremlin anywhere in the stuff I make just know that it's a little nod from me that what your looking at may not be all it seems and that things are about to get a little crazy!

Hmmm now this is tricky since I love world building and alot of the ocs I make usually just slip right into an already created world OR I just make a whole new world if I like their character enough, and the story for them follows suit. However, I do have some right now that just don't really fit anywhere:

Zuri: (The Flower Child)

My BABY my LOVE my CHILD I love Zuri she is a wholesome lil girl and I want so badly to put her into a story but for the LIFE OF ME I haven't been able to figure out where she goes >:[[

She is a part of a species called the Eeliytes, and the description for the species is as follows:

The Eeliytes (Eels for short), are soft, malleable, highly adaptive, and semi-shapeshifting humanoid creatures that can change their RNA to adapt to basically any circumstance. They can morph their bodies into many different shapes and fit into almost any space (not full shapeshifting more-like how an octopus can change their shape and squeeze into any opening as big as their beak) they can even change their body's temperature and infrared structure to completely avoid temperature and infrared based detection. They are very skilled in harvesting/channeling raw plasma/energy to make and do incredible things (can channel plasma in a way in which humans would describe as magic). They are very carefree and playful in nature and are known for their well-versed scholars and powerful intellect.

Lyla: The Shadow Mother or "Great Shadow"

I've had this old lady around for quite some time! She is one of my first ever ocs (back when I was obsessed with dragons weren't we all) and has stayed with me ever since. She was actually one of my first digital paintings too! Back then I didn't have any layers either so oof there are some parts of it that haven't aged well compared to my digital painting skills now, but honestly I'm still proud of that painting and have Lyla to thank for getting me into what I love!

Funny enough she's always been an enigma since I ever created her, so maybe it just fits her character more that she doesn't really exists anywhere, but I still love her anyways and I'll find some way to include her in stuff (っ◔◡◔)っ ❤

Now this man is also an oldie I've had for a LONG time. I've had him just as long if not longer than Lyla. The difference between him and Lyla, however, is that he CANONICALLY doesn't fit anywhere and he likes it that way. He's a character that exists on the outside of everything, and is more that an observer than an actual character within my stories. Things also get strange when he's around but don't worry he's nice if only a little strict.

I like to think him and Lyla are friends :D

Ayvos: The Natatori Merchant

Ayvos is a more recent character I've made that was actually inspired off of a dream I had! The dream was about a merman swimming around in the ocean with his trusty sack collecting things to sell to others, so I basically made a whole species around him and made him a merchant because of the dream :D

I don't have much for this guy yet, but I recently thought of some really cool outfit ideas for him so I might return to draw him some more, and it would be nice to get this poor man clothed XD

He is a part of a species called the Natatories, and the description for the species is as follows:

The Natatories (Kelpies for short), are usually nomadic, amphibious/marine-like entities who have a body similar to that of a centaur, and are able to control chromatophores within their skin to help them fully camouflage themselves (basically the same way cuttlefish, octopus, or chameleons change their skin color). They are so good at it that they can basically become invisible from any external presence (which they use for hunting/stealth purposes), and sometimes can change their skin to become completely transparent to show off their translucent organs (which they can sometimes use to communicate nonverbally and/or from a long distance). However, they can't change their body's temperature like the Eeliytes can, and therefore can't hide from temperature or infrared detection. They often keep close together in tight-knit herds, and are very powerful hunters, providers, and warriors with a strong code of defending the peace. However, many also take up the trading profession, so some individuals leave their herd and don't stay in one place for two long.

I have a few other ocs like this but I'll stop for now. Lemme know if you guys wanna hear anymore about this stuff cause I would love to share!

7 (What are your favourite relationships between your OCs? (romantic or platonic!))

OH THIS IS A GOOD ONE!! God I could go on forever with this but my favorites have to be found family/domestic family stuff, plus soft/cute relationship stuff and I have just the ocs for it!

-Hunter and Zenir BY FAR are my favorites for this category they're my g/t bois (Hunter is the giant/human and Zen is the human/tiny) and I love them so much. Hunter is just a big soft himbo man and Zen is a small feral warrior who has a special place in his heart for his man 😭 They are just two idiots in love and I would die for them your honor. They are literally the only characters I've ever had aus for but in every single one they fall in love, just for the fact that THEIR LOVE TRANSCENDS REALITY. Tldr I love my g/t gay bois.

-Tomar, Gabby, and Jack are on this list for obvious reasons cause Tomar is a monster goliath-like man who went and just up and adopted two human kids (the siblings Gabby and Jack) and they are so wholesome together Tomar is just the best father oc in the world he's so nice!

-Leilani and Ogden are another g/t family on this list, I have drawn them before, and I posted the drawing on Tumblr which you can see here, but when I did Leilani was slightly older than when I usually put her at, cause in their main story SHE'S JUST A BABY. Literally, Ogden finds this little baby with no family and just decides to keep her and raise her as his own. This toddler and giant are so soft and cute together I want to draw more of them so badly.

-Melody and Callie are very close runner ups for this category since they are such close friends they are basically siblings. Melody is a human sized bug monster child who is a wholesome lil bean and Callie is a sentient calico mouse who is not afraid of anything. These two are both children and get up to so much chaos together hehehe 😈

Honestly I've been super busy, especially right now getting prepared for my final senior semester starting soon (still can't believe I'm going to graduate soon 😵) and I'm working on a bunch of stuff like work stuff and commissions so I'm just everywhere right now lol. Kind of stressed, HOWEVER this year has been amazing, and mentally I couldn't be better! I found this community this year and it's been so incredible. I can't thank everyone enough with how open and welcoming you guys are! I've done so much this year and I'm very proud of what I've worked on, even though I've felt overworked at times. But! I hope once I'm out of college I'll have much more time to work on the big projects I've been wanting to tackle and interact more with the community!

A scene shortly after Quitain is “hired” by Kyle. Rated teen, for discussions of violence, and themes of sadism

“Have I made myself clear?” Kyle's soft and smooth voice cut through the quiet room with a steadfast precision.

He sat in a posed lounge -relaxed but not to be mistaken for unguarded- upon his slightly elevated platform. It’s not the throne but it was close enough for now.

“Yes sir!” Quitain barked, just lound enough to not be outright yelling. His distaste for the other man bled out of every aspect of his presence, from his clenched fists and pinned back ears, to the way his tattoos writhed around insatiably on his cloaked form.

The moment Quitain spoke the veins in Kyle's ears burst open, teal blood dripping down his jaw. He mearly rolled his eyes at the childish outburst, a gesture lost on the trapped-traveler who’d already turned and dismissed himself.

“You know you really should conduct yourself with more kindness towards kin.”

The padding of feet across stone floor came to an abrupt halt, and the silence bore down as the weight of the statement began to sink in.

The purple haired, pompous asshole of a klykolian Quitain had gotten tangled up with only needed him for the sake of tracking down the last eligible air to the throne. The last pure royal child. Kyle, and his meathead brother were bastard children.

“You know it’s almost funny,” Kyle continued when Quitain began to turn to face him again, barely containing his delight at the others discomfort. “Klykolian genetics are so strong, it’s nearly impossible for alien features to be present in a mixed breed offspring. And yet, some features,” he gestured to his abnormally long ears, the same length as Quitains. “Just slip through.”

The white hot rage, that was starting to become synonymous with the bastard prince, began to fill Quitains senses. The implication was absurd. The notion that he could share even an ounce of DNA with this monster made him nauseas. He tried to hide how much it got to him, biting his lip under his mask and clenching his fists behind his cape, but judging from the way Kyle leaned forward his misery was all too visible.

“You’re lying,” Quitain stated, head swimming with emotions.

“Oh that would bring you comfort wouldn’t it? If my mother hadn’t been ripped from her Devine Journey, to serve the king, just as you and your sister have been. If the stories from her travels hadn’t been the very thing that brought me to realize all of you pesky mortals do nothing but repeat the same putrid nonsense over and over again, never once learning from your past.”

Kyle rose from his precursor throne, a moth the the flame of Quitains mystery. “If one of your own hadn’t been the one to tell me everyday that I was the only child truly worthy of ruling, that it was my duty to kill the others and take up the helm.” Now a mere 12 inches away from his captive he lowered his voice. “If she hadn't broken one of your rules, when she instructed that my first kill would be her.”

The bow staff that came swinging from Quitains left side was easy enough to predict even without future vision, and for all it’s force, amounted to nothing more than a dull tap in Kyle's waiting hand. [species name] were never taught to conceal their emotions, and Quitain was helpless against the tears that poured down his cheeks and nose.

For a moment there was nothing but breath between the two opposing forces.

And then Quitain tucked away his staff.

“May I be dismissed now.” He asked, at a much more respectable volume.

“You may,” Kyle purred. “And I recommend you do not forget to ask again.”

Alright, so i thought about that a summary or short passage about my Au as whole wasn’t enough explanation. Au introduction page was just little so, i wanted to explain more.

What is Miraculous Ladybug Reboot?

Miraculous ladybug reboot is an Au where its a mixture of the original and the concepts but in my own take/version of it. 

Why you made Miraculous Ladybug Reboot?

Am late to the party but, Miraculous Ladybug has been going down hill lately. They continuously ruining characters and milking this series. They think its funny to show Marinette being a creep 24/7. And Adrien clearly have little personality and hardly show him (its really bad now in season 4, though lies show his own screentime.) Worst part, Thomas astruc can’t take criticism and blocks people (am aware some people attacks him for no reason). So i decided to make this that kinda erase the terrible things that happened in Miraculous Ladybug.

About Miraculous Ladybug Reboot

14 years old teenage girl name Marinette Dupain-Cheng was once a normal student at Françoise Dupont Highschool. One day, Marionette was helping with parents by cleaning the attic. Marinette found a music box on the floor. She look around, decided to pick it up, and put it in her pocket. Afterwards, she decided to open the box in the her room, finding black earrings inside. She decided to try on the earrings and suddenly a creature came out of the box. The creature introduced themselves as Tikki and explained those earrings. Afterwards, Marinette decided to become a superhero known as Ladybug.

Changes 

Both of the main characters getting equal amount of screentime

if the show was really about feminisms, then they show that woman and man equal. Both strong in both ways doesn’t matter. This also includes screentime. 

Removing Marinette's creepiness and suffering.

Her being obsessive creepy stalker is obviously not ok and teaches kids to think that doing this is ok. So am just going remove that, and keep the idea that she have a crush on him.

other thing that’s wrong if the fact they just keep making Marinette suffer and have too much stress for a teenager. She does too much work for hero, does bakery, babysits and etc. The worse of all is making her guardian. because of all this, she had to tell Alya her secret for emotional support (or something else). Am removing this because its too much stress for teen and it makes me think she have suicidal thoughts and just keeping a smile on her face around people. 

Speaking of Guardian...

Marinette will not be a Guardian

Yea, i see nothing good about her being a guardian. If anything it ruins the outcome of the entire point of love square. Even worst, she’ll just forgot Adrien anyway if she quits being guardian.

Not so much heroes

Having too many heroes takes too much time with just saying. You can’t really develop all those heroes at all. So i have shorten it out to only 5.

Chloe actually having a Development

Look idc if a creator makes a character go through Treason arc. However, the way Chloe arc was written, it definitely wasn’t a Treason arc. If anything it looked like a development but the team acting like she never had one.  So am just going to do the bully to antihero to hero arc scenario. 

Lila being a part of the main antagonist

So basically i wanted her to be the one who starts a rival but is truly a villain who secretly hiding something from everyone.

People is not going get akumantized repeatedly as different forms instead some one else get akumantized.

I rather for the person to be akumantized either once or twice. Not the 100th time. It makes hawk moth look like a joke. So i will make it where Hawk Moth would give up the person after once or twice and attempts to find some one who can be strong enough to beat Ladybug or chat noir.

When Hawk moth defeated, there be another main villain.

There be 7 main villains in total. All them deals with controlling some one emotion.  Expect for the last one, which is like the “final” boss of the series. 

Nathalie being anti-villain but still the antagonist

I wanted to see if i can write assistant betraying their boss.  At the same time, being evil just for the sake of their boss.  Sorry gabenath shippers.

Some adults being smart for once.

Can we just agree that most of the adults in this show shares the same braincell awhile all the teenagers are smart? Idk, they just easily gullible to lila’s lie and expel Marinette without any proof or something to know she did it.

There’s not just controlled villains, there’s villains just being villains.

Not every villain is going akumantized, in fact, there will be villains who just evil on their own. They pretty much attack the city and stuff like akumanzatied villains do. This is so that it will balance out the akumanzations.

The villains usually comes in a certain time. Like day, afternoon, noon, or night.

Specials are apart of the story, the heroes will learn something, and the heroes will later will come back.

If the heroes going go to different cities, i want them to at least learn something from it. 

Unifications would not exist for other kwamis, it will only for 2 kwamis only which its definitely not the ladybug or cat miraculous. 

Unifications are op not going lie. There’s no weakness between the powers or weaken the other. The weakness it have is making the user go out of control if consume too many kwamis. I might be wrong though.

 So i will only use it for 2 kwamis only (which is not going be said for right now).

Alya not being a hardcore Adrien x Marinette shipper 

It gets annoying if your bestfriend really wants you and your crush to be together so badly and forces you into uncomfortable spots where your crush is at. Even your friend becomes a hypocrite for a straight minute. I have to erase this so that Alya can be actual friend.

Gay characters that are in relationship actually treated like a relationship instead of a very good best friend thing.

I just want to them actually feel like they in actual relationship.

The guardians mentor their heroes if they have soon experienced enough.

I don’t know, wang fu doesn’t really train anyone or be a good guardian for once. Now he’s gone.

Zoe being an secret agent instead of a hero

Before you call me a zoe hater, i just want to say this. Zoe entire existence doesn’t make sense. She was never mentioned in the show until season 4. Audrey cheating also doesn’t add up either and causes more plot holes. So i made it where zoe is secret agent from new york who was tasked to go France. She lied about being chloe’s half sister (and other things) just so she get near to her mission. Which leads to another villain soon.

Felix not being a cousin nor evil

I don’t like how they made felix evil at all. It just feels like insult for the fans who asked him to be in it in the first place. So i made Felix Adrien's brother whose not evil but just gloomy.

Stormy weather being a separate entity 

I think it will be cool to see her as a separate villain instead of akumantized one.

Some characters will be either changed or deleted.

Characters will be changed since it is a reboot thing, however some may be deleted because i either don’t like them, can’t find a way how to write them, or they seem pointless character in general.

Daroness

Midges - Family: Chironomidae | Species unknown

After last week’s video post showcasing these insects and their dancing formations over flowing water, this week we’ll attempt to get a closer look at them. It’s funny how the insects seem of reasonable size when you actually hold or see one, but when looking at them against the sky, one could be mistaken to thinking that it’s just birds flying in the distance. Each speck represents one Midge flying around so there’s probably 50 or so in picture 2. Those are rather small, and actually very close, but not all Midges are so tiny. Some are larger, and there is a size difference between females and males. Based on what I’ve read females are larger, but the males have plumose antennae. More than a decoration for their appearance, they (similar to Moths) use those feathered antennae to help them find a mate. Looking at the individual I’ve caught in Pictures 1 and 10, you can get a closer look at the features. Take note of the elongated body, shortened wings, feathered antennae and the positioning of the front legs. Though a bit roughed up from the capture, this hardy fellow was able to fly away after a few pictures. These are non-biting Midges, which may imply that there are biting Midges...and yes there are. Those belong to the family Ceratopogonidae and some do bite humans.

As said earlier, they are drawn to bodies of water and moist environments as those places are beneficial places for the placing of eggs. The adult Midges need to get to work quickly as they usually live for a few weeks, if that long. Depending on the specie, they may not even feed when they are adults (some take honeydew or nectar), so the timing is quite urgent. Fortunately, they can mitigate most risks with simultaneous emergence (again, it depends on the specie) and the emerge of massive swarms. While annoying for boaters, bikers and visitors of a waterfront, the sheer numbers of Midges allow more than enough to survive to ready the next generation, even if a few get caught in spider webs or eaten by other predators. They lack defenses aside from their flying prowess, and since they’re often mistaken for Mosquitoes, they can be eaten or swatted at with little thought. While similar in appearance to Mosquitoes and closely related to them, these non-biting Midges don’t have a taste for blood and have a few differences that you can use to tell them apart, all of which can be found in the first paragraph of this post. The front legs should stand out immediately, and as such both insect groups have different postures when landed.

anyway I need to go to bed but I have too much energy so I am channeling it into headcanons. here u go species headcanons for Everyone on the Dream smp with explanations because I’ve put a TON of thought into this. They’re probably like half contradicted by canon but fuck it My City Now.

Dream- A (juvenile) stage of being a god. He, DreamXD, and Drista have become known as “dreamons” but that’s technically a separate species, all spawned from them. He's not really focused on being worshipped in his own right, preferring power in the mortal realm, though he’s not averse to pretending to be his brother (the god worshipped by Church Prime) or his sister (a minor goddess of death worshipped by many hidden cults) if it can help him get power. He’s got pure white skin everywhere except his face (which is pale but human-like), black blood, entirely green eyes, pointed ears, fangs, claws, and digitigrade legs ending in hoof-like claws.

George- A human, the only human on the whole server. Humans are pretty rare, vastly outnumbered by hybrids but outnumbering any other species, and “pure” humans (what we'd consider to be a completely normal appearing human) are all but nonexistent. For example, George has eyes with dark sclera and white irises.

Sapnap- A blaze hybrid. He’s got a few rods surrounding him and his eyes blaze with fire. It’s usually just warm but not hot enough to hurt but if he's agitated or upset it can easily burn hot enough to set things ablaze.

Callahan- A reindeer hybrid. He’s got antlers, reindeer ears, fur around his arms, and hooves.

Awesamdude- A creeper hybrid. He's tauric, with four insect like legs. His skin and is green and mottled and has a texture similar to leaves. His eyes are pitch black. He has a tendency to make hissing sounds when stressed, though he can’t explode like a full blooded creeper.

Alyssa- A mouse hybrid, with large mouse ears and a long tail. This definitely isn’t an in joke for the thousands of hours I spent browsing TVTropes as a child and the “what happened to the mouse” tROPE SHUT UP.

Ponk- A demon hybrid, with pointed ears, slit pupils, a small spaded tail, and small horns.

BadBoyHalo- A full blooded demon, with pointed ears, a tall stature, pitch black skin and hair, fangs, claws, hooves, a long spaded tail, long horns, and small bat like wings. He’s rather self conscious about how intimidating he looks. He's also a lich (with Skeppy as his phylactery) which is why he has pure white eyes (a trait the undead share).

TommyInnit- An absolute mess, genetic wise, since I’m taking Tommy's joke about being born in a lab and running with it. He's mostly angel, and was basically cloned from Phil's DNA (from a feather that fell off his wings that somehow someone got a hold of) but had a bunch of other hybrid and human DNA mixed in to make him somewhat stable enough to actually survive gestation. He has very small, dark wings that are useful for balance and little else, fangs, claws, and pointed ears. His bones are very light, making him fragile but a lot more dexterous. His blood is slightly off a human's, being slightly pinkish. His freckles, wings, blood, and eyes glow slightly and are patterned like the night sky. Technically undead as of his resurrection, and maintains the many injuries of his death permanently (bruises stay and don’t heal but don’t worsen, broken limbs can be moved at unnatural angles, ect.), pale, corpse like skin, and one of his eyes turned pure white.

Tubbo- A ram hybrid, with small curved ram horns, horizontal pupils, ram ears, a tail, and hooves. Nice and simple after the absolute mess that was Tommy.

Fundy- A limited shapeshifter, able to change his species, though he prefers to be in a fox-like form. He inherited this from Sally, who had similar abilities, though with more strength. He's always got certain features he inherited from each parent that he can’t change though- wings, pale skin, and ice-like freckles from Wilbur, and salmon scales coating his wings and cheeks, and ginger-and-white hair from Sally.

Punz- A dragon hybrid, with dark horns, dark sclera and slit pupils, wings just large enough for limited flight, a strong tail, fangs, claws, and blue scales coating his cheeks, wings, tail, arms, and legs. Has a natural inclination to sleep in a pile of his wealth he only holds off on when he feels it’s at risk of being stolen (which, since this is the Dream SMP, is almost constantly).

Purpled- An enderman hybrid, with small horns, pointed ears, purple blood, and ender particles surrounding him. Parts of his arms and legs are covered in leathery, pure black skin.

Wilbur- Half angel, half fucking refrigerator because cc!Wilbur hates us (affectionate). His skin is unnaturally, icy pale, and his blood is an icy blue. His freckles are the colour of ice reflecting. He's got wings from his father, large enough to glide, but they’re pale coloured and slightly transparent. He has fangs claws, and pointy ears. His blood, wings, and eyes glow slightly and are patterned like the night sky. As Ghostbur, he’s got the injuries of his death apparent at all times, though they don’t hinder him or cause him pain, corpse like skin, pure white eyes, and is permanently transparent.

JSchlatt- A ram hybrid. He’s got large ram horns, dark sclera and horizontal pupils, a ram tail, fur around his arms, and hooves.

Skeppy- A construct made to be Bad's phylactery. He's fully made of diamond, and appears as a moving human statue (though entirely made out of diamond), though he has limited shape shifting ability to change his “hair” and “clothes”, though he has to remain the same mass. He has some small red detailing on him out of redstone (which was used partially in his contruction). The egg flipped the red and teal in his colour scheme. Also he's smalllllllllllll.

Eret- Part ghost, due to being descended from Herobrine. She has pure white eyes, pointy ears, and under stress he becomes partially transparent. They tend to hide their nonhuman features (ears under hair or hats and eyes under sunglassses) and are often mistaken for human.

Jack Manifold- Started as a wolf hybrid, with large wolf ears and a tail. After dying, he came back from hell as a hellhound with red and blue “flames” coming from his eyes, ears, and replacing his missing tail he lost in one of his deaths with two made of this fire. The fire is chillingly cold to the touch, and not warm. His eyes are also monocolour, though in heterochromatic red and blue instead of the usual pure white found in undead.

Niki- A moth hybrid, with antennae, monocolour amber eyes, fluffy wings, and more fluff around her neck, wrists, and torso. These and her hair are patterned gold and black, though as of now she’s dyed them all pink. Idk I just feel like moths fit her for some reason.

Quackity- A duck hybrid, with golden wings and webbed hands and feet. He’s also a shapeshifter of sorts, however instead of shifting into different forms he shifts into different beings, from alternate realities that never came to be. These can be used to shift into near identical copies of those around him, to impersonate them, or to shift into alternate versions of people (like Mexican Dream to Dream). These aren’t Quackity, though, and as such they have their own pool of canon lives, and while he has lots of influence over them they can still act autonomously.

Karl Jacobs- An inter dimensional being made of time itself. While his current form is mostly human, he has technicolour rainbow blood, freckles, and patches on his skin, along with clock-shaped pupils that change with the time. His “natural” form is a vaguely humanoid mess of ever shifting colour.

HBomb- I didn’t know what to do with him at first- he was a cow hybrid in my pfp set- but I just think the idea of him being a chill cat hybrid who turns full nyaa whenever he’s in a maid dress to be funny so he’s a cat hybrid now. With dyed-white cat ears and a dyed-white cat tail.

Technoblade- A piglin hybrid primarily, but he’s definitely got some weird traces of other species. He’s got tusks, pink hair, pink pig ears, a pig tail, and hooves, but he’s also got paws from some other animal hybridisation in his blood, and has a tallness that suggests demon blood somewhere down the line. His red eyes aren’t natural, and only occurred after he was sacrificed to be the vessel of the Blood God.

Antfrost- A cat hybrid, with blond and brown fur, a cat tail, paws both on his hands and feet, and cat ears. He’s also got split pupils and blue sclerae (though a different shade to his irises).

Philza- An angel- the creation of a god or goddess to help serve them (Dreamon's would be an example of the angels the Dream's can create, though they’re primarily running wild nowadays.) The creation and servant of one of the gods of death, Kristen, to serve her in the mortal realm. He’s got very large feathered dark wings, pupilless unnaturally bright eyes, pointy ears, fangs, claws, and dark blood the colour of the night sky. His wings, eyes, freckles and blood glow brightly and are patterned like the night sky. Injuries reveal that he's fully inhuman under his skin, appearing to be a void of colour that also glows and is patterned like the night sky. His crows, who are messengers from the afterlife, have this same pattern on their feathers.

Conner- I don’t know much about him tbh but. He’s just a hedgehog hybrid. I mean he’s joked enough about canonically being the kid of Sonic and Elise. He’s got blue hedgehog ears and a tail, and blue spines mixed in with his dark hair.

Captain Puffy- A sheep hybrid, with small curled sheep horns, sheep ears, a fluffy sheep tail, hooves, and hair curly and soft like wool. The split in her hair between brown and white is natural, though she keeps a small section dyed rainbow.

Vikkstar- Another angel, though of a god long gone. His entire body, even his “clothes” (which are made of flesh) glow intensely bright and have the pattern of the night sky.

LazarBeam- A gingerbread hybrid, which I’d say is dumb but we’ve already had a refrigerator hybrid so. I don’t know what else to say here.

Ranboo- Half enderman, half god of some sort. Has small horns, pointy ears, an inhumanly wide mouth with fangs, claws, digitigrade feet ending in hoof-like claws, pure black and white skin, pure black and white hair and freckles on the opposite side of the skin, red and green heterochromatic eyes barely distinguishable from their sclera, and red and green blood. Hmm, I wonder what other character shares similar descriptions... :)

FoolishG- A more matured god than Dream. Appears to be made entirely out of gold, with his hair and freckles appearing like copper. His pure green eyes have a similar texture to emeralds. Also he’s like. Massive. He’s like eleven Skeppy's.

Hannah- A nymph of the forests. Has prehensile vines and flowers flowing in her hair all the way to the ground, and half of her face and one of her arms are entirely made of these prehensile vines and flowers. Makes flowers grow in her step, after being corrupted by the egg they wither around her instead.

Charlie- Slime hybrid. Honestly just kind of got the most impractical parts of being a hybrid, having random sections of skin changed into green slime which drips everywhere and kind of gets in the way. It doesn’t seem to bother him though.

Hello, yes, hi! More details about the personality swap between the hermits in the hcbbs?? Pinned post said to go here and I would like as many details as you can give. Please and thank you!

Okay so I haven't pinned down every specific Hermit but I have had a good time to think about at least 6 of them.

First of all it's not just a personality swap, but also a species swap! Which means headcanons for the species get involved. I'll just just list the swaps I've developed for now! 

Grian/Zed: so in our headcanons, Zed is a Wither hybrid(taken from the Zedither in his new episode) and Grian a shapeshifter(we can't decide if moth wings or bird wings are cuter so). In this AU, Zed basically gets to start a majority of the major plots because he's now in Grian's shoes. For example, in this AU, day one of the server ends up with him pranking Mumbo, which is absolutely hilarious to me for some reason. This also implies those two team up to commit mass slaughter on a ton of villagers, which is also hilarious. Honestly Zed starting chaos is just funny to me. I mean he starts the mayoral campaigns in this AU, which is very entertaining to think about. Meanwhile, Grian is building inventions in his little cave(which will have a different name than Zed's cave in canon). Grian is just a chaos tinkerer and that's fun. A Grian who doesn't start wars? Hysterical.

Mumbo/Scar: probably one of my favorite swaps because it means robot Scar and Vex Mumbo. Yes. Yes that is horrifying. Yes Mumbo becomes mayor in this au. Yes this is very terrifying and you should be scared. But in all seriousness there is something so amusing to me about Scar being a robot. What's also funny is the idea that this is a Scar that knows Redstone. Also unlike Mumbo in the normal canon, Scar does not hide the fact he is a robot. He'd probably accidentally rip his synthetic skin off too many times so best to just roll with the fact he's not human. Also Jellie is definitely a robotic cat in this AU and that's also why there can be so many of her. If I give Mumbo a Jellie equal in this AU it'll prolly just be Kujo even tho proper dogs don't exist in MC(Please add them). Honestly these two are both so hysterically forgetful that swapping them doesn't even change that.

Stress/Impulse: Definitely my favorite swap! Impulse just vibing in a little fairy forest with butterflies and stuff makes me happy as it is, and now he is completely indulged in the aesthetic. He has flowers in his hair at all times, wears a flower necklace, flower bracelets, the whole shebang. He also has butterfly wings that shimmer in sunlight and have a faint glow in the dark. He's almost always floating off the ground lightly, and probably always has a bundle of flowers on him at all times and he will give them out to the others. Also the idea that he was dragged into the election due to a dare is very funny to me, and he wears a pink suit and it looks amazing on him. Meanwhile Stress is just causing chaos with False and Grian(Otherwise known as Team GSF. Not as nice of a ring as Team ZIT but eh). She has dragon wings and a dragon tail because I headcanon Impulse as an Ender Dragon hybrid in normal HC. She's also very down to get herself involved in shenanigans with Zed, and I for one live for that duo. 

These are just the three primarily developed swaps for now. I don't think I'll get to everyone because I don't watch everyone involved, but I'll get to the Hermits I do watch! I may not write out the pairs for every swap either for the same reason(i.e. I watch Cleo but I don't watch Keralis enough to fully develop his half of the swap)

-For multiple biomes, but mainly for the forests.

-Songbirds would add SO MUCH life to the otherwise quiet areas of the game

-Ravens and crows would be awesome and could use some of the parrot mimicking AI

-Cardinals in the snow biomes would bring a GORGEOUS pop of colour into the white atmosphere

-Seriously we need something to populate the sky, parrots do NOT fly like they should

•Owls

-technically still a bird but would go really well in covered rooftop forests and snow biomes

DISCLAIMER: I recognize that mobs are added to Minecraft to serve a purpose within the game and that many of these mobs would be better in mods and such, but I also feel like many of these suggestions would really bring so much more life to parts of the game that really need it. Even if they don't serve a huge purpose, they would still be really amazing additions imo.
