I had to change some things from his Pulse look, and I love how he turned out here! :D 💙💛

Here's some info about him:

- He's a part of a currently unnamed trio along with Ribbz and Razina

- Is a Braniah's rival

- His skills are electricity and thunder based. When there's a rain, or he is in water, he gets much more stronger

- A cocky and sometimes insane guy, but still knows his limits

- His parents, Garuma (father) and Merris (mother) are pirates. With that, Hydro kinda acts like an adventurous pirate

- Before he was born, his mother got struck by a thunderbolt, but to a great surprise, not only it didn't harm her in any way, it gave her son his powers

Special Containment Procedures: uSCP-7251-1 is to be contained within a specialized tank within the underwater containment unit at Site-17. The tank must be filled with saltwater maintained at a constant temperature of 18°C. uSCP-7251-1 is to be fed a diet of small fish and crustaceans twice daily. The tank must be cleaned weekly to maintain water quality and ensure the health of the SCP.

Any interaction with uSCP-7251-1 must be conducted by a team of at least two personnel, at least one of whom must be proficient in aquatic communication. All communications with uSCP-7251-1 must be recorded and analyzed by Foundation linguists for any potential intelligence or strategic value.

Description: uSCP-7251-1 is a highly intelligent aquatic creature approximately 2 meters in length with a serpentine body and multiple limbs. It possesses a number of adaptations for underwater survival, including a streamlined body, gills, and webbed appendages.

uSCP-7251-1 is capable of complex communication through a combination of vocalizations, body language, and bioluminescent displays. Its language appears to be highly structured, with elements of tonality, rhythm, and gesture that suggest a sophisticated grammar and syntax.

I've been collecting these for a few weeks and I NEED MORE

Bhelnesse is an ancient deity of the water. Whatever body of water it resides in, is of twisted space and time. As when entered it's infinitely larger and darker than from the outside. Prehistoric and future sea-life swims in the murk and Bhelnesse swims on towards some unknown goal or destination. It sometimes communicates to people through dreams, calling them to join it. If they do, they are turned into aquatic reptile-men and swim alongside it, serving it, cleaning it, bringing it prey. And when its their time to expire, their god devours them.

The Venus girdle (Cestum veneris) is a comb jelly in the family Cestidae. The colorless species are transparent when suspended in water, except for their iridescent rows of comb plates. In other words, they majestic as fuck. Love to sea it 🌊
