Sukhasana — cross-legged pose

It can be done by closing your sitting on the floor or mat cross-legged, straightening your spine as much as you can, hands-on keens with palms up, relaxing your shoulders, and close your eyes.

There’s a transformation of clean energy with this pose. Your soothing breath cleanses your mind from toxic thoughts and heals internal stress and depression. This is also known as meditation posture. By doing this for more than eight minutes, we develop to focus on anything under our concern. It keeps us well connected with our body and spirit.
Shavasana or corpse pose.
Just lie flat on the ground or mat by keeping your whole body in contact. Keep your body straight with palms facing upward and legs carefree. Relax your mind from all thoughts and close your eyes. Keep doing for five minutes and try to concentrate on anything other than disturbing trauma. Explore your thoughts in different dimensions.
By doing this on a daily basis, it’ll deliberately help in increasing the mental health of our body.

CHARACTERIZATION NOTES: A SHORT COLLECTION OF FACTS IN REGARDS TO MARI'S SKILLSETS. CONTENT WARNINGS ARE AS FOLLOWS— GENERAL WEAPON MENTIONS, VIOLENCE, AND GORE IN REFERENCE VIDEOS.
mari is trained and extremely adept at hand to hand combat. it is her strong suit, and she has been doing it on and off from the age of five and onwards. a combination of jujitsu and silat is what she thrives in, and although she does not train in formal dojos consistently in her adult life, she never stops training individually. she has a black belt, is incredibly ruthless, and has taken a great majority of the technique she knows and amplified it to assist her in a lethal capacity. hand to hand combat is an art to her, and she does push herself to be the best she possibly can at it.
in contrast to the formal training mari has in hand to hand combat, as far as weaponry skillsets go, there is no formal training she has been given. she has learned primarily through her own seeking out of knowledge, reading through texts on shooting firearms as well as routinely frequenting gun ranges to refine her skillset. while she is nowhere near an exceptional marksman, she is absolutely capable and knowledgable. guns are not her preference in killing or violence, but she does find it to be essential to have in her repertoire. she mainly owns semi-automatic pistols, finding little need for rifles or shotguns, and has almost zero interest in becoming knowledgable with snipers. she prefers to work up close, and any long range shooting doesn’t appeal to her.
as far as other kinds of weaponry goes, mari’s preference is, and always will be, knives. the combination of hand to hand combat and blades are her go-to, and she always has some sort of knife on her or in her general vicinity. a combat tactical knife is her preference, but bowie knives are a close runner up. as far as pocket knives go, mari almost always will default to a balisong / butterfly knife. she also does pride herself heavily on the tricks she can do with it, and will take any opportunity  (provided there is no risk to her freedom or outing herself as a killer)  to show this off. 
while mari is not necessarily someone who is built for speed  (as she is a relatively short individual,) she focuses primarily on building her endurance. her method of choice in pushing her endurance to the highest levels, as well as maintaining it, is through daily runs and strength-centric yoga. she employs the style of ashtanga vinyasa yoga, and focuses on the linking of movement in that style as a way to further the fluidity in her combat structures and habits. if you are sharing a space with her and cohabitating, it is entirely common to see mari in the mornings simply resting in kakasana / crow pose and then eventually transitioning to bakasana / crane pose without even skipping a beat. as far as runs go, she sits usually around the five mile to ten mile mark, depending on the day.
