Find an FLGS and see if you can't start a conversation there with someone or something. Ask if they have regular card nights or something to show up at a mixer. That can get you a comfortable base recurring event potentially you can try wearing stuff that while socially appropriate you feel nervous about looking good on you to as a means to help adjust. Also, just... gets you more used to random social interactions in person which goes a damn long way for confidence.

Hi! I’m assuming Astra is immortal based on the ending where she asks to be human, but what exactly does this mean for her? Is it strictly that she would never die of old age? Or is her body also able to handle than human bodies, like Crowley with laudanum? Can she discorporate? How does aging work? Would she stop aging once she’s fully grown?

Sorry for all the questions. I’m really curious since a lot of the angel and demon attributes cancel out

Okay so this is not fully fleshed out so bear with if there are some holes or contradictions. Also there are a few additional HCs that I also threw in.

Astra like Crowley and Aziraphale is a supernatural being with a phisical body who - theoretically - can change appearance, gender, age etc.

But unlike her parents Astra's existence didn't start as a "grown" complete angel/demon but as a baby with no knowledge who she is and what powers she has or how to control them. So most of the things like the walking on the ceiling thing just happened accidentally or when she shapeshifted into a snake she pretty much mimicked Crowley.

I imagined that her growing up is Astra unconsciously adapting because all the humans around her are growing and getting older. At some point she learns about her powers and is more conscious about them, being able to form her physical body like she wants from that point on.

So being immortal has the same means like in Azi's and Crowley's case. Not dying of old age, sickness, wounds etc. Tho neither Holy Water nor Hell Flames can kill her. They are a bit painful but the opposite nature protects her from getting erased.

Thinking about how Lyney definitely has a shit ton of different outfits and will spend hours in front of his wardrobe getting ready when he's about to go on a date with us... He will show up with the most magnificent, breathtaking, elegant outfit EVER and act like it's nothing special and he just couldn't find anything else to wear

Not to mention, he continuously asks Lynette and Freminet which outfit looks better on him. They just hopelessly watch him pace from one end of the room to another, throwing clothes and accessories in their hands and mumbling about which shade of some color would go well with his eyes and they listen to him ramble on despite them telling him he looks good in almost everything.

It's so adorable.

And if you ever ask/compliment him on his fit, he'll shrug and chuckle "This old thing?"

Izaya breathed in deep as he stirred. His hand clutched the blanket, its texture soothing as his addled mind slowly began to focus. His head throbbed, and a sharp pain had settled in the back where he'd been struck the pervious day, made all the worse by the pressure added onto it by simply resting it against the pillow. Bleary eyed, he blinked as his vision struggled to make sense of anything under the dim light of the room. Eventually he landed on the figure sitting by his bedside.

"Cas?"

Cassius leaned forward upon being acknowledged. "Hey."

"Morning," Izaya muttered. He briefly made an attempt to shift his weight off the sore spot, but stopped once the room started to spin.

"Afternoon, actually," Cassius corrected, but when he was met with a befuddled look, added "we figured it was best to let you sleep." Izaya stared off, gaze inattentive as he tried to process his words. His brother waited a beat before inquiring anything.

"How are you feeling?"

Izaya startled. He had always been much more sensitive to sound, but his brother hadn't dared alter away from his soft spoken tone. It must be the concussion.

"My head hurts, but I'll manage."

"And what about the shoulder?"

He glanced down to find his left arm wrapped up securely in a sling. Although his brain had failed to perceive the sensation as nothing more than a dull ache prior to his comment, the more he perceived it, the more the localized pain in his clavicle grew.

"It's alright," he lied, though he was sure his barely concealed grimace spoke otherwise. Cassius hummed in response, the sound made clearly in doubt, but he didn't push.

"I haven't sent word to mother and father about your accident yet. I wanted to wait a day, wait until you'd woken up." Izaya closed his eyes to save from rolling them in front of Cassius.

Of course, it was only proper to make them aware of the incident, despite how much he didn't want either present for his recovery. And Agnes would get to play the role of a doting mother as was expected of her, but Izaya knew far too well just how empty it all was. She was neither a nurturing or compassionate woman, and while she would perform her duty to perfection, it was for the sole sake of keeping up appearances. Her affections would never become more than an act.

But Izaya was, at the very least, grateful for his brother’s forewarning.

The two sat in unsteady silence for a long moment before Cassius awkwardly adjusted his position in the chair. "Sireva was asking about you."

"Really?" Izaya asked, his gaze falling back on him.

Cassius nodded. "It hasn't even been a full day yet and he misses you already. He wanted to come see you when you didn't show for breakfast, but Florence managed to convince him otherwise."

JUST HEAR ME OUT OKAY-

oouugghh, forcing her to make an emotionally strenuous decision, having someone to keep her company on the mountain, or stopping something like herself from being created again

i imagine she might try to directly warn them what the mountain would do, that way the decision is out of her hands, if the climber goes forward, that's on them

Thank you so much AAAAAAAAAAAAAA, I'm so glad people are enjoying the upgraded designs for N and V... even though I still need to put together the full reference sheet for upgraded N because I'm retooling some minor details in the design because I wasn't happy with how they were working (the Perfectionists Curse has harmed me once more lol).

And really that's just the tip of the iceberg on ideas I'm cooking - I know there's the beginnings of a crow-based deviant solver form for Uzi kicking around somewhere on my blog, and I have ideas for upgraded J, other unique designs for workers and disassemblers, an entire new evolution of weird Solver space majyks based on flowers and fungus as well as flesh, bone, and metal (kind of aiming for a "new life blooming from rot and gore"-type vibe/aspect with that one), and so much more... when I said I was going to get weird with building on the lore of the silly robot show, I absolutely meant it.

I just hope y'all have as much fun getting to see what I create as I have in bringing it to life.
