the real reason the one piece live action didn’t keep in luffy hearing the name roronoa zoro demon pirate hunter and purposefully setting sail to find him bc he knew in that instant he wanted him (on his crew), and the flirty ass scene where luffy courts zoro by stealing back his swords and convincingly bluffs for the first time in his life (come w me or die :D), followed by their little lunch date is because the luffy n zoro levels would have been too strong. they had to be sedated. we couldn’t have that and the whole “I need you” / “I will follow you til the end” / hand on heart. sacrifices had to be made

Okay, first of all I have to say that Koda is pretty freaking adorable and is absolutely perfect for Philip. I really like Koda's character because to be frank, all the other OC love interests I've seen for Philip are basically really bad self inserts while Koda actually has substance.
