Look, this entire two episode ending is just weird already but I'm sincerely enjoying an arranged marriage where it's just 'nope, no thanks, got a boyfriend' and everyone is perfectly content. A+

“Good luck, boss,” Isabel says gravely, a hand on his shoulder as she walks past, gathering up some glasses. Hob blinks, confused as he looks around. The Inn is… normal? Frowning, he stares at Isabel, hoping for more, and only gets a waggle of eyebrows and a shooing motion.

Adjusting his messenger bag as he walks into the Inn, preparing to grade some essays ― then stops in place. Dream is here and―

Suddenly, Isabel’s words make more sense, with Dream in this. He gapes, pretty sure his heart has stopped as he continues to stare, unsure where to ― the chunky, spiky black boots over the skinny jeans, with an attached silver chain hanging from them? The black long-sleeved mesh shirt, showing so much pale skin? The silver nipple rings he can see through the shirt? The black nails and many small silver and gold rings on his clasped hands on the table? The silver and gold earrings in Dream’s ears?

I see you, I see all of you and all who have followed and liked, I see you, and thank you... It's a joy to be coloring this, making people happy.

I sometimes have trouble still, with my brain telling me I'm just ridding off someone's coattails and their work, imposter syndrome I believe, on top of my anxiety, but all the comments remind me that people are here cause of the work and love I put into making sure each page has been colored with care and attention to detail. (Scars, eye colors, hunting down backgrounds of the correct area, finding scar refs, ever so slight dialog adjustments.)

@tapakah0 and @somerandomdudelmao have been some heck of an inspiration, as has ROTTMNT as it pulled me out of a nasty art funk, three of them together very much have made this almost 30-year-old happy, and made me think about wanting to go into college for animation and storyboarding, but that's a whoooole other can of worms I may not tackle for some time.

For now, after having been in the dark for so long after getting into so many fights on the internet as a kid, it's..... nice to be seen again.. and Thank you.

EVERYONE AT RINK O MANIA IS GAY

Not literally, but all the extras are coded to be queer.

So let’s start with the first “straight presenting” couple. The girl is wearing a rainbow top. When the other person walks by, she turns to look at them instead of her boyfriend. After a few steps, she, in her rainbow top, is standing between Will and Mike.

Then we get these guys.

And these girls.

And these guys.

And these girls (who were also sitting together earlier).

And these guys who are coded as Mike and Will imo.

And these very blurry girls (I’m sorry).

And these guys.

And this visual of the rainbow top between them AGAIN.

This combined with the music choice In the Closet (at rink o mania) is literally no accident. Along with the fact that as they walk past these couples, all the retro games are blue and yellow. We also get the visual of two people walking by so close to the camera that all we see is a blur of their tops—blue and yellow, respectively. And of course the overhead lights are also blue and yellow. And we have Mike and Will in blue and yellow.

So, in conclusion, this scene is 100% the gayest thing I’ve ever seen.
