I’ve always liked Yurgir as a character and thought he was a really neat design. But I’ve always had Astarion in my party when I go to battle him and to avoid pissing off said vampire, I always go straight for killing Yurgir.

This run I kept Astarion at camp so I could actually listen to the story of why Yurgir was in the gauntlet of Shar to begin with. And I was blown away by the lore there.

Anyway, I just beat Raphael last night and for the first time I actually convinced Yurgir to fight on my side. I talked to him afterwards and honestly he’s such a Sweet Little (big) Guy I love him.

I’m now attracted to this Orthon and I need Yurgir fics to read because my god that man.

Watching my dad (who’s played literally every title released) play the mw3 campaign and the first thing he says when ghost appears for the first time is “does this guy think it’s still Halloween or something?”
