Well, Blog, the buck stops here. And the gas. We’re getting to the bottom of this once and for all.

Today’s update is I’m going to try to cut out dairy for 2 weeks maybe 3 weeks and see if it helps. When i have done this in the past, it has not helped.

I’m going to do everything a doctor would recommend before going to the doctor so when i do finally go I can say- tried it. Didn’t help. Tried it. Didn’t help.

Not looking forward to a few weeks from now when i try cutting out gluten. Wish me luck, blog.

Im gonna need all the prayers you can offer because lord knows i have not been successful in my food journeys in the past (they were for mostly the wrong reasons).

Lunch was my beet, chicken, romaine, pumpkin seed wrap w balsamic dressing. If you see any cheese, know it is vegan, and it tasted like soap (He is already testing me ✝️).
