Just as a disclaimer, I am not an age regression myself. I personally just like these headcannons and think it’s a very nice coping mechanism, certainly much better than whatever I do. If I get anything wrong, feel free to (lightly) yell at me about it so I won’t make the same mistake again!

I am rotating president Howard Goodman in my head and I think he’d be an age regressor. He’s a very calm little, usually he just wants to take a nap or watch tv, maybe play those kids’ dress-up games you can find on app stores. He’d regress to around 5-6. He’s also very shy and is unlikely to talk much. I doubt he’d have a caregiver, per se, but there’s a chance Bob is a slightly awkward helping hand if he accidentally slips on the job, calling off appointments and bringing him some fruit or something.
