To one thing I have made up my mind: if we find out that Mina must be a vampire in the end, then she shall not go into that unknown and terrible land alone. I suppose it is thus that in old times one vampire meant many.
THERE IT IS THERE IT IS THIS IS WHAT HAS BEEN CONSUMING ME FOR MONTHS AAAAHHHHHHH
Jonathan going through all the motions of prayer and judgement day and bla bla while internally planning to walk into hell if Mina can’t enter heaven.
“The two Cunninghams were on me, and would, I verily believe, have murdered me then and there but for your prompt and friendly aid. As it is, I feel that young man's grip on my throat now.”
HHHHHHHH this whole case is giving me SO much hurt/comfort fodder. That was a terribly close call for him, and thats absolutely going to leave bruises. He still feels it as he recounts the details.
Why yes I’m going to daydream about Watson having some sort of cream for bruises and gently rubbing it into his throat afterwards. And making him some nice soothing tea, and carefully wrapping a scarf around his neck (not too tight, it makes him jumpy now) to hide the bruises when they go out.
you can instantly make a cool female character if you just take any stereotypically masculine character type and make him a butch lady. easiest trick in the book. you can try this at home
btw. your search for the most morally upright and ethical piece of media that has the most correct “representation” will destroy your ability to find the most profound and beautiful and human of stories. and may even destroy the stories themselves before they are created. if you even care.
