People who shit on kids younger than 16 in this fandom are so hilarious. I love watching you guys piss yourselves and cry like little babies whenever you see a 14 y/o. Because actually, I've only REALLY seen people 16+ boil the characters down to one personality trait.

And honestly, what do you want them to do? Stop listening to the podcast and go watch my little pony? Cuz you guys do realize like, a lot of the fandom is kids under 16, if they completely abandon listening one day then Blue will take LONGER to come out with the podcast because I don't know if you can fit this through your tiny brains but making a podcast costs money not to mention he got ROBBED like?? French trans man wins state funding for surgery as legal right

A French court has issued a landmark ruling in favor of a transgender man, ordering the Bas-Rhin Primary Health Insurance Fund (CPAM) to cover his mastectomy.

The Strasbourg judicial court found that CPAM’s refusal violated the European Convention on Human Rights by creating unequal access to healthcare based on gender identity. The court also awarded the plaintiff €3,000 in damages, recognizing the harm caused by delays in his medical transition.

The plaintiff, who began his transition in 2017, faced multiple administrative hurdles before turning to the courts. His lawyer, Laura Gandonou, hailed the ruling as the first in France to recognize CPAM’s refusal as discriminatory. She hopes it will set a precedent for other trans individuals facing similar obstacles.

The case highlights broader issues in France, where trans people often struggle to obtain healthcare coverage. Several other lawsuits are pending, with activists calling for systemic reforms to ensure equal treatment.

WIP Wednesday

Finally got the latest chapters for Crow Parties are Murder and The Danger of Mixing Household Poisons out the door earlier this week, so I'm back to the prequel to CPAM and The Philosopher Contract.

This is a bit that continues from this earlier prompt, from Five Easy Contracts, Chapter 4 - Balalaika

Sliding his feet silently to the floor, Illario sat up as quietly as he could, careful not to agitate his injuries. Neve didn't stir at the end of the couch, so he stood to take stock, prodding at various bandages and bruises. A couple of cuts on his side, worryingly close to several important things, but thankfully healing well. One particularly nasty puncture wound in his lower right abdomen seemed to be the largest source of his pain. He realized somewhat belatedly that his shirt and pants, and presumably smalls, had been changed while he was out cold. Someone had taken the time to retrieve them from the temporary lodgings he had near the Cobbled Swan.

A soft footfall gave him just enough warning to turn towards the door of the apartment as it swung inwards gently, admitting a lanky figure half hidden behind their burden of several bags of groceries. Given what he could see of the man's extensive golden jewelry and attire, Illario relaxed and waited as he set the bags down in a nearby chair. Emmrich straightened up and looked towards the couch, noting Neve's sleeping form with a slight smile before Illario caught his eye. He started to speak, but Illario put a finger to his lips and tipped his head towards Neve, and he stopped with a brief nod. The older man was dressed far less formally than he had been the last time they had met in Nevarra, with his sleeves rolled up in a concession to the weather, but still maintaining his signature style. Illario was impressed that anyone could carry off 'casually dapper' in this weather, but somehow the Professor was managing it quite well. They both stood awkwardly for a moment, Emmrich gesturing towards Illario's wounds, and waiting for his silent response. The necromancer seemed mostly satisfied with the other man's casual shrugs, and turned to unpack the nearest bag. Illario knew he'd likely need to let him take a look at them some time soon, but for now he had time to sort out his memories from the previous night. "You're both sweet, but I've been a awake for a minute," Neve stretched on the couch and shook out her hair as a fresh breeze carried more of the sea-spiced air into the space. She gave Emmrich a quizzical look as the man started unpacking the bags he had brought into the house, but swept her attention to Illario after a moment. "Glad you didn't die on us, Handsome. I'd hate for my next case to be trying to unravel who got the better of you in a dark alley in Dock Town."

J'avais lu un article sur une nana qui se croyait tout permis et qui pensait que l'ablation de sa poitrine pour des raisons esthétiques et pour l'idéologie trans étaient suffisantes pour obtenir l'ALD et mettre la CPAM en procès. Il me semble qu'elle avait réussi son coup, de mémoire. Pendant que nous, les vrais handicapés, on se fait sucrer notre ALD en un clic mal foutu... Et on met plus de deux mois à la récupérer. Et au bout de deux mois, on ne la récupère toujours pas. J'ai une haine viscérale envers ce système de merde. On se fait chier toute une vie et on nous complique toujours plus la vie avec des démarches de baisés du système validiste. 🙃

Mam nadzieję że nikt nie pomyślał że umarłam ale z drugiej strony nie było mnie tu 10 miesięcy XD Ogólnie to w chuj się zmieniło w moim życiu, w końcu się ogarnełam, nie cpam już od roku prawie, mam zajebsistą dziewczynę pare miesięcy i wspanialom grupę znajomych. Jeszcze nie zdecydowalam czy wrócę tu na stałe, raczej nie i wydaje mi się że to takie ostateczne pożegnanie ode mnie. Dużo przeżyłam na tym koncie, założyłam je w 7 klasie a zaraz kończę 3 klasę technikum 🥺

Zebrałam tu w chuj obserwujących i wiele osób mi bardzo pomogło za co bardzo chciałabym podziękować. Nie jestem już tą zdepresowans nastolatka która codziennie płakała i ciela się jak pojebana i jestem z tego w chuj dumna. Życzę każdemu z was ktorzy jeszcze się utrzymali na tej aplikacji tego samego <3

To była piękna przygoda ale już nie chce robić nikomu nadziei że tu wrócę i będę pisać jak za dawnych czasów.
