What if we could remove candles off our birthday cake? 2020 was rough. Yes, the sheltering in place, shutdowns and social isolation were at play. But, for me, the most impactful “s-words” were intense STRESS and SLEEP deprivation. As I have shared, the negative affects were most visible on my skin. I’m sure the rest of my organ systems suffered. I am so blessed to have access to breakthrough science in cell signaling technology—the missing link.
