Title: Love Me Dead Pairing: Nica!Chucky x Reader Prompt: 12. "You were supposed to love me!" R WC: 603

There was no soul more attractive to Y/n's than Chucky's. She had always been attracted to the fucked up and depraved. Y/n didn't like to play near the fire, she liked to frolic through the flames. She would allow herself to be burned again and again until something came along big enough to consume her. Chucky had shaped her into his own little murder machine easily. She had been an all too willing student to his masterclass of a good old fashioned murder. It helped that he had never seen a more beautiful sight than the sweet, Midwestern girl covered in the blood of some poor, unfortunate soul who had allowed themselves to be lured in by Y/n's charm and beauty.

Chucky would have been a liar if he claimed to have not loved Y/n to some degree. She was like Tiffany without the warped maternal instinct. Y/n was bloodthirsty to a degree that Chucky hadn't been prepared for. She was reckless and arrogant. She was so sure of herself and Chucky's ability to hide her messes for long enough that she had become careless. She would destroy everything that he had worked so hard to maintain without a second thought. She had to be stopped.

He could still vividly recall the moment whenever that became abundantly clear to him. His hand was balled into a fist with his fingers tugging at Y/n's hair as she pressed bloody kisses across his stomach. Chucky didn't know if it had been Y/n's blood or that of the man she had beaten to death. Either way, the blood was staining his skin and marking Y/n's path towards Chucky's cunt. Tears were stinging Chucky's eyes as the realization came upon him. There was only ever going to be a limited amount of time between the two of them and it was coming to its end. Y/n would get him caught, and it didn't matter how he felt about her, he couldn't rot in prison after working so hard to take over Nica's body.

"You ever dance with the devil in the pale moonlight?" Y/n asked as she stepped in front of Chucky's line of sight. He lifted his head up and raised his eyebrow in confusion. "Nevermind. Will you dance with me?"

"You want to dance?" Chucky questioned. Y/n nodded as she held her hand out towards him. Chucky took it and allowed for Y/n to lead them in whatever song was going through her head. It was sweet and romantic, perfect for Chucky to end things with minimal guilt. This wouldn't be like his disposing of Tiffany. Chucky closed his eyes as he swayed with Y/n. She rested her head against his shoulder, and Chucky relished in the feeling for a few moments before he pulled the knife out.

"What are you do-," Y/n was cut off as the knife was plunged into her back.

"I'm sorry. I really am," Chucky mumbled as he pressed a kiss to Y/n's lips. She started to go limp in his arms as he pushed the knife in as far as it would go. The two of them went down onto the ground together, where Chucky held her as she final moments passed her by. He dragged her body over to the edge of the roof before pushing her over the side, well aware that she wouldn't survive the fall down to the ground.

"You were supposed to love me!" Y/n shouted as she fell over the edge.

"I do, and that's the problem."
