Objetivos

⭕️1. Organización de sobreinformación

Este mes le he dedicado a revisar toda la sobreinformación de gmail, dado que desde la última actualización de google el espacio esta más limitado.

Había intentando hacer limpieza antes, pero esta vez tenia que hacerlo bien.

Para ello, primero utilice con la búsqueda de mi correo para buscar aquellos correos que no podía borrar. Los etiquete y los moví a carpetas (utilice subcarpetas también).

Lo segundo fue utilizar la app de "cleanbox" que la verdad funciona muy bien para quitarte de newsletter y borrar dichos correos.

Como al principio no me fiaba mucho de la aplicación, fui buscando manualmente esas direcciones de los correos y fui borrando todos. Pero luego lo utilice en hotmail (llevaba como 5 años sin utilizar y se habían acumulado más de 20.000 correos), porque no me importaba si algo importante se borraba.

Pero con estas comprobaciones os puedo decir que funciona, pero también que se deja por el camino newsletters que llevan tiempo sin mandar correos o aquellas que ya te has quitado.

Por otra parte, uno de los problemas que mayor da este almacenamiento son los correos que tienen archivos guardados en google drive y la sincronización de fotos/videos en google fotos.

Para google drive, he hecho lo siguiente. Pasar los archivos más importantes a otra nube o guardarlo en el disco duro. Borrar aquellos archivos que he mandado a otras personas por gmail/ he compartido y que estoy segura de que no van a necesitarlo en ningún momento.

Y por otra parte en google fotos, he decidido descargarme todas las fotos. Hay varios métodos para ello. Una vez hecho, me he preocupado de borrar todas aquellas fotos que de verdad no quiero una copia de seguridad. Por ejemplo, tengo varias que utilizo para las redes sociales o para perfiles de búsqueda de empleo. Esas las he dejado ahí.

(PD: Me falta comprobar si con una sincronización del móvil tengo otra vez las fotos subidas o estas no se suben, sino me faltaria hacer una limpieza de estas fotos en el móvil, sin problema al saber que las tengo ya en el disco duro)

✅2.Ser - sedentaria

Este mes estoy contenta. He salido a andar prácticamente todos los días, mínimo una media hora. El próximo objetivo es hacer una media mensual de pasos mayor al mes de febrero. Lo cual, parece difícil de conseguir.

❌3.Encontrar trabajo

Una de las penurias que iba a contar aquí, es eso de estar desempleada. Pues nada, marzo, sigo desempleada. Me estoy mentalizando para hacer entrevistas y me estoy abriendo a otros campos (todavía mentalmente). He empezado a plantearme como podría hacer de nuevo el tema de diseño web.

⭕️4. Retomar eso de escribir

He hecho 3 publicaciones este mes. Pero me falta hábito, me cuesta mucho pensar en que escribir aquí. Aunque esto, solo es parte de lo que me gustaría hacer, porque no solo quiero escribir un blog, quiero escribir algo más, aunque sea para mi misma.

❌5.Leer más.

En Enero me leí un libro completo, casi en 4 días. En febrero comencé muy bien, pero me quede en el 5 capitulo.

El problema es que tengo que tengo que volver a encajar cuando leo y en que condiciones(porque leer en el horario que quiero, cuando hay ruido en casa, no lo veo).

⭕️6. Escuchar + música en inglés.

Que sí, que escucho música en inglés, pero no si no se que dicen las letras, no me vale. No soy capaz de sacar tiempo para escuchar, leer las letras aunque sea traducidas. Si, en un minuto las leo traducidas, me gusta tanto en ritmo como lo que dice y las meto en una lista. Pero luego las vuelvo a escuchar a los días y estoy igual.

Si esta es mi forma de retomar el inglés, va fatal.

⭕️7. Prepararme las oposiciones

Pss.. Febrero ha sido el mes de la desmotivación, seguido de enero claro.

Pero hoy justamente me he puesto las pilas, con la Constitución encima, que para mi es lo más tendioso que hay, porque no se puede resumir de ninguna forma. Así que pasito a pasito.

⭕️8. Autocuidarme + (mental y emocional)

Si os digo la verdad, me esta gustando esto de autocuidarme. Parece que llevo en automático mucho tiempo, pero... te cuento.

A finales de enero sabía que tenía que hacer un cambio porque me estaba costando hacer por hacer un huequito en mi vida para ello.

Y en febrero empezó genial, de hecho, ha sido un gran descubrimiento el asociar ese momento de autocuidado con salir a pasear por mi parque favorito de Madrid. No me gustaba salir a caminar para escuchar la app que utilizo (Meyo) porque siempre quiero apuntar cosas, para ello, he decidido escribir la idea general o algo muy particular en las notas del móvil.

*PD: estoy buscando más del estilo (o podcast o videos de youtube que me permitan andar sin mirar mucho el movil) así que si conoces alguno, te espero aquí o en twitter.

Pero al final de febrero y lo que llevamos de marzo, me siento bajita de ánimos. Así que siento que todo lo que he trabajado en mi misma, no esta funcionando como debería. Más cuando lo que me he estado enfocando es en la autoconfianza y en la autoestima (como base para todo lo siguiente que puede venir en estos meses). Siendo realistas ¿Noto la diferencia? Pues si, tengo más confianza en misma, pero me gustaría no sentirme como una montaña rusa.

Ahora el siguiente paso y el difícil es enfocarse en gestionar los momentos que estoy en las bajadas de la montaña rusa. Pero como todo, llegará.

El objetivo es bajarme de la montaña rusa e ir por mi propio pie por donde yo decida. Eso esta claro.

Y ya está.

No se cada cuanto hacer actualización de objetivos. Pero aquí lo dejo
