✅ Pro Tip:
Choose a link-in-bio tool that offers analytics. Tracking clicks can help you understand where your audience is most active.

You can’t grow what you don’t measure. Knowing which content performs best allows you to optimize and focus.

These two mistakes are stealing your time... (They were stealing mine too!)
It can feel so disappointing to have a plan for your long-term goals written out and still feel like you are unable to achieve everything. I promise I've been there. There were two key mistakes I was making that were leaving me feeling overworked, and underproductive.
Mistake #1: Sleeping in.
I love being awake early... but I hate the act of actually waking up early. The relief that comes with knowing I'm up hours ahead of time, with plenty of wiggle room in my morning to get a head start on the day is amazing. All of a sudden, I realize my morning rush out the door doesn't need to be so stressful.
Sadly, that relief never makes the 5:00 AM alarm any easier.
The problem is that late nights lead to late mornings, and all too often I found myself rushing out the door unprepared for the day as the result of the previous night's pleasures and an extra hour of sleep. Don't get me wrong, it can feel great to sleep in on the weekend, but as my day has become less structured around a set "day job" schedule and more self-directed, I realized just how harmful the habit of sleeping in can be for an entrepreneurial lifestyle.
Many studies have led to the conclusion that our best ideas occur early in the morning and that we miss out on our most critical growth opportunities when we sleep in. I'm not saying that the early mornings are fun... I am saying that they are worth it.
Mistake #2: The cost of sacrificing high amounts of time into low-reward ventures.
As an entrepreneur, I understand the importance of casting one's net far and seeking new opportunities to learn and grow. However, sometimes your time is more valuable than what that opportunity itself may have to offer.
I recently accepted a minimum wage position (my first in years) on Saturdays, helping the owners of a small-town thrift shop set up their online sales channels. I didn't need the money, but I figured it was a great opportunity to explore online sales further as I had some experience with it already, and I loved the idea of helping another small business get off on the right track.
Unfortunately, I quickly learned that the two women who co-owned the business were not on the same terms about what they wanted long-term from the venture. Both had their own successful businesses on the side, and this little thrift shop was more of a hobby venture than one they truly wanted to see succeed.
Ultimately, it came to be that neither of them truly knew if they wanted an online sales channel at all! The six hours I spent there every Saturday was valuable time that I couldn't get back. While the idea of helping another business kick off was appealing upon a first impression, I realized that my time wasn't worth minimum wage in a place that clung to stagnation instead of capitalizing on new growth opportunities.
There will always be more opportunities than we can take — make sure the ones you do take are worth the time you will never get back.
What is the 12 week year? 7 ways to organize your life... 7 ways to reduce your screen time...

I love the fact that I can work as hard as I can manage with a broken tooth and a dying tooth (one on each side, I've been chewing on the cavity for a year) and I still cannot save even $10 towards getting dental treatment (2 impacted wisdom teeth, + tooth broken off under the gum, + bad cavity) because I barely make enough to cover my food and board and the insane energy bill

Social Media Management in 2025: How to Grow Your Brand and Boost Engagement Online
In today’s digital era, social media management is no longer optional—it’s essential. With billions of active users across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter), your brand’s presence on social media can directly influence its success.
Whether you're a small business, startup, or influencer, effective social media management helps you build brand awareness, connect with your target audience, and drive real business results.
What is Social Media Management?
Social media management is the process of creating, scheduling, analyzing, and engaging with content posted on social platforms. It includes:
Creating high-quality, engaging content
Planning content calendars
Managing posting schedules
Monitoring engagement and responding to messages
Running paid ad campaigns
Analyzing performance data
By mastering social media management, businesses can stay relevant, consistent, and top-of-mind in a crowded digital landscape.
Why Social Media Management is Important for Business Growth
1. Builds Brand Awareness
Posting regularly on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn allows your brand to stay visible. Consistent, on-brand content helps increase brand recognition and attract new followers.
2. Drives Website Traffic
When your social media posts are optimized with strong calls-to-action (CTAs) and SEO-friendly captions, they can drive traffic directly to your website, blog, or online store.
3. Boosts Engagement and Community Building
Effective social media engagement strategies like polls, stories, Q&A, and user-generated content help you build a community that interacts, shares, and promotes your brand.
4. Improves SEO and Online Visibility
While social media isn’t a direct ranking factor for Google, it influences SEO by increasing content distribution, backlink opportunities, and user interaction—factors that search engines value.
5. Increases Lead Generation and Sales
With strategic social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads), you can reach hyper-targeted audiences and convert followers into leads or customers.
Best Platforms for Social Media Marketing in 2025
Each platform serves different purposes. Here’s how to choose the right ones for your business:
Instagram – Great for visuals, Reels, brand storytelling, and influencer marketing.

TikTok – Best for short-form video content, Gen Z audiences, and viral trends.
Pinterest – Powerful for e-commerce, lifestyle, and visual discovery.
X (Twitter) – Useful for news, updates, and thought leadership.
How to Create a Social Media Management Strategy
Define Your Goals – Are you looking to increase brand awareness, grow followers, or drive conversions?
Identify Your Target Audience – Know who you're speaking to and tailor your content accordingly.
Plan a Content Calendar – Schedule consistent posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
Use SEO Keywords in Captions and Hashtags – Incorporate terms like social media marketing services, Instagram growth tips, or best social media scheduler.
Engage with Followers – Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to build community.
Track Your Performance – Use analytics tools to monitor engagement, reach, click-through rate (CTR), and follower growth.
Essential Social Media Management Tools

Later / Buffer / Hootsuite – For scheduling posts and managing content.

Post content that links back to your website, blog, or landing page.
Use location tags for local SEO visibility.
Why Hire a Social Media Management Agency?
Managing social media requires time, strategy, and creativity. A professional social media management agency can:
Save you time by handling day-to-day posting and engagement
Improve your content quality and consistency
Optimize posts for better SEO and discoverability

hi monica! what do you do when you can't watch an episode straight away? because my job schedule has changed and now i won't be able to watch eps live (which isn't a bad thing per se, i feel like the live thing sometimes pressures me into watching an ep even when i don't feel like it) but like what's the best approach? trying to avoid spoilers until i have the time to watch them in the evenings? give up and just binge? lol idk
hello, anon!!!
i actually almost never watch episodes live, even during the weekend when im home i'd much rather watch them at my own pace, even if it just means doing that right after the live has ended (sometimes for GMMTV shows you have to wait a couple of minutes between the different parts of the episode and i personally don’t like that because it pulls me out of the story a lot), but my approach to it also changes depending on how i feel about the show itself
for example, vice versa and not me are the first big exceptions that come to mind about the live watch: i was so excited about those shows, so emotionally involved in them, and so active in the fandom that i simply did not care about anything else, i just NEEDED to watch them right away and i was thankfully able to do that since they aired (respectively) on saturday and sunday
if a show i really like airs during the week, tho, then im at work all day, so my approach would be to log off from tumblr until i get home and watch the episode in the evening, because if i feel strongly for a series then i don’t want to catch any spoilers or read people’s opinions before i can see for myself
however, most shows fall into the category of ‘things i enjoy but i don’t feel strongly about’, in which case i don’t mind seeing spoilers for them and i just end up watching them whenever i have the time, which can be the following day, or even the following week
honestly, there isn't a right or wrong way to do this, there is just what works for you and what doesn’t. like i know a lot of people prefer binging the entire show after it ends over having to wait week after week for a new episode, but if you enjoy speculating or doing analysis or making edits then binging may not be the best, since fandoms tend to be more active the same day new content drops
i think the most important thing is to always remember that watching shows is a hobby, and as such it should make you happy and help you unwind, it shouldn’t feel like a chore. if keeping up with episodes as they come out starts to stress and tire you out more than giving you pleasure, then you can save that only for the shows you really like and leave the rest for whenever you have the time or the energies
like most things in life, it's really all about balance and figuring out what works best for you, so i hope you can find a pace that fits your new schedule AND lets you have the most fun while watching a show!!!!!!!
#this was..unnecessarily long and not very useful im sorry ;;;;;;#but it really is all about having fun and being happy!!!!!!#and like it's true that fandom tends to be more active on the same day new content drops#but you will always find people ready to interact with it even after days/months/years#so don't be afraid of watching something a bit later if for whatever reason you can't manage to do it on the same day#okay im shutting up now#good luck with your new schedule and i hope you're gonna have a great end of the week!!!!!!! 💜#m: ask#i feel like half of this isn't even english tbh ;;;;;;;

Top Social Media Branding Tips for Small Businesses
Social media branding is the cornerstone of any small business's marketing strategy. Since its inception, social media has been a great place for small businesses to advertise. Its ability to reach a specific audience with a wide reach is unparalleled.
To get the best response from your social media branding, you might want to take the time to create a plan. Small business marketing is all about getting the most from the smallest amount of resources, which is why social media branding is such a good fit for small business marketing.
Below, we discuss some of the key tips for small businesses to consider when making their social media branding strategies.
Create a Logo That Promotes Your Brand
For businesses, every space is an opportunity for branding. Use a logo maker to create the captivating branding that you will use on social media as your profile image. Your profile picture shows up in the comment section, in searches and in direct messages, so it needs to be on-brand for your business.
Choosing your logo as your profile picture will maintain brand consistency across your profile and help people recognise you and your products. On the other hand, if your products are popular but you don't have much social media presence, a logo will help your audience find you online more easily.
Authentic Designs
When developing your small business's social posts, it’s important to create images that authentically represent your business philosophy and mission. The colours and shapes in your logo should reflect this idea in some way. You should also avoid generic fonts and shapes as they will not stand out on social media.
Social media has an endless supply of content for its users. As a small business, posting unique designs that reflect your business objectives will help you build a solid audience quickly. When creating content for your social media, putting your own twist on trends will make you stand out in the crowd. So, get out there and get creative, make something that nobody has seen before.
Consistent Delivery
Staying connected with your audience is all about consistency because relationships can take some time to form and grow. Managing your platforms to simultaneously post to all of your platform accounts will ensure that your different audiences receive the same social media experience.
As well as platform consistency, it’s important to schedule regularly and routinely so that your customers can become familiar with your business. Changing logos, design language and messaging too much can make it hard for customers to connect with your products. Staying consistent in your presentation will make you instantly recognisable in your market.
Create a content schedule for your business so that there is always content in the pipeline. A good content schedule includes time for designing and creating new content as well as the release dates for finalised content. Your content schedule is the key to staying consistent on social media and staying consistent is your best way to maintain and grow a strong audience.
In addition, consider replying to user comments on your social posts. Interacting with users across your social media platforms and giving followers a personal experience will not only drive engagement but also help you retain your audience. Staying consistently connected with your audience is key to retaining followers on social media.
Quality Content
Engagement on social media drives the platform, as engagement such as likes, shares and follows is what the social media algorithms use to determine if they should recommend content to others. This is why constantly working to improve the quality of your content should be a priority for any business wanting to use social media branding to market their business.
This does not mean you need to spend a lot of money on fancy camera equipment or hiring third-party companies to create content, it just requires a little attention to detail. Most phones and entry-level digital cameras are more than enough to create engaging content for social media. Use creative lighting and settings to showcase your business, try different environments or use customers in your content to drive engagement.
You can then use social media analytics tools to track how your content performs, and identify which type of content performs the best. This will help you tailor your content to get high engagement.
Slowly Integrate Marketing
Once you have gained an audience on social media, your business is then able to utilise your social media following to market your business through offers, product posts, ads and referral programs. When posting about your product or service ranges, go easy on the sales copy and let the image or video do the talking, or you could risk losing followers. For a direct sales push approach, use paid ads from your social media profile, as these can target everyone in your target demographic, not just followers.
Referral programs are an incentive program and a marketing tool that offer benefits to a customer for another customer's engagement with the business. This strategy works well on social media, as you can engage a lot of customers at once or ask your followers to share your post for a chance to win something. Referral programs work particularly well to drive further followers on social media as well as to promote a specific product. Theeffectiveness of social media referral programs is enough for some small businesses to run their entire lead generation through social media.
