padmé, who most likely grew up with other people doing the cooking for her, probably knows how to make more simple stuff. she can make a nice plate of spaghetti or even ravioli: however, she once managed to find a way to burn ice in a pan, melting the plastic handle, so she's not allowed in the kitchen anymore. she's really good at dessert, though; which is funny, because she likes to eat savory stuff more

meanwhile anakin is a Master Chef. loves to cook, loves to eat, and most importantly loves his wife. what i'm saying is that he's always making 5 star meals for padmé. he wasn't very good at cooking at first, not for a lack of experience but rather because as a slave, he always had to ration his food, and for the longest time he just wasn't sure what amount of everything he should use. he LOVES to eat dessert, but is physically unable to make it. he's perfected the salt and spices and other condiments but sugar? sugar? well just don't ever ask him to make anything sweet

OKAY SO Thank you so much lynx for this ask cause oh my god I had so much fun with this scenario. I spent an entire day just doodling and thinking of this gjfhfjjg.

As a whole cadre the Geiers would be a fun bunch ! They would probably adore playing volleyball ouf of all the activities. 2 v 2 with the 5th one taking a break. (It ends up being Null mostly but because she prefers to observe her squadmates and the perimeter . Or Copper who just wants to read a book fjfjg) Kobalt enjoys the game the most, especially if she's up againts Null and gets to try and one up her.

Silver is lovingggg the beach , specially the water and its cooling, fresh feeling. Surfing ends up coming naturaly to her and let's her feel a lot more free than usual, she could spend hours even just sitting on the board, legs dangling in the water while watching the sun go down over the calm waves. She tries to teach Kobalt and Alloy as well, with some. Mixed results . Alloy is struggling and is nervous but is slowly picking it up, meanwhile Kobalt can barely stand on the board for 3 seconds fhfhfjkd. Got frustrated pretty quickly. But that aside yeah surfing is Silvers big thing! Snorkeling too! She likes the vibrant colors of the different fish and corals , tries to reach into every hole she can like a dumbass and gets a few bites as a souvenier from local eels . She also gets dragged a lot into being the sand victim of the Aras building sand constructions.

Copper and Alloy are probably the calmest ones of the group , happy to sit under the shade and relax. Copper with a book from the Kolibris and Alloy spends hours learning how to build bigger and stupider things from sand (dont let her near the Aras she will learn forbiden knowledge) along with being fascinated by the local wildlife (she will pet a shark and nothing can stoo her). Sidenote, Copper does get distracted if something washes up on the shore orrrr there are pretty rocks scattered around. I have never really seen any on a sand beach personaly but if it's a rocky one you can bet she is hunting the little bastards like a hawk (or magpie ig? Vulture?? Close enough).

Kobalt is an antsy one outside of group activities on the beach , doesn't really know what to do with herself. Probably ends up swimming with Silver or annoying Alloy/Copper. Eusan probably doesn't have water skis yet but on god if they existed there she would fucking love it fjfjgjgk.

Null is. An interesting one. She hates sand dhfhhf hates the heat in general. Will go ofc but is pretty silent if it's just the Geiers. If the Commander is there though? Bit of a different story. Long evening walks on the beach actually become something enjoyable with the floating goddes next to her. It's a nice silent sort of company , a mutual understanding of life while listening to the soft crashing of the waves. Just really. Soul soothing. During the day though Null would have a syndrome of a creepy ahh bodyguard constantly trailing Falke like a dog dhfhhf she wouldn't mind but goodlord Null get a grip. Falke uses her as a fashiom guinepig in return.

All in all, the beach is a good experience for them even if other replikas join or not , they end up liking it a lot. Thank you again so much for this ask it was incredibly fresh and fun to brainrot over !

this is Anna she runs a shop in the World of Trophies (smash bro, she is meant to be the anna in World of Light but original). i originally made her in 2019 and stated she was the youngest in the anna dynasty, but with engage anna around now she is the second youngest (though if it were up to me, the annas would all be jojo-style descendants of each other). she thought the crossover nature of the world of trophies was a lucrative business opportunity because she now has a multiverse worth of customers, but it was sort of a bust and now she doesn’t want to admit she’s wrong. she mostly scrapes up cash by selling counterfeit smash merchandise and scamming the more gullible smashers in the roster.

How does anyone get anything done? There is just *so* much to do in a day between cooking and cleaning, washing yourself and doing basic hygiene tasks like brushing your teeth, going to work or school, taking medicines and making sure you move your body a little, doing laundry, making sure you have clothes to wear and groceries to eat, and other tasks that pop up like taxes or making doctors appointments, not to mention if you have others who depend on you like kids or family or pets! How does anyone get all of this done?

Sukuna's cursed technique - a theory

So, I got to know that the word he used for fire was hearth/furnace which was not really surprising to me as it correlates to him being chef theory, and i thought of this. We know that his ct name is shrine which is associated with storing sacred things and imperial kitchen too. And we know interpretation of ct matters a lot..

I believe Sukuna's real ct is storing things and cooking is the interpretation of his technique. kitchen equipment like knives were shown in manga to explain his cutting attacks, he uses a furnace to cook his opponents with fire and he eats them then..This would explain the frequent uses of cooking slang and comparing his opponents to fish... Not to forget his love for eating ...

The things he stores can be cursed tools too. Although I believe he stores them in the curse realm or maybe equivalent of it.. I find it difficult to believe that kenny knows about the curse realm but the strongest sorcerer does not..

We know that in the last chapter sukuna points out yuji's shrine is different from his because of his interpretation and him being born in a different era than sukuna.. This means he is old AF. So his equipment and interpretation is influenced by the era he was born in. Todo also uses the same analogy to explain yuji the taste of ce.

Another aspect that we can't ignore is him being associated with a deity.. Yorozu met sukuna in an event/ritual that is famous for honouring the deities by offering them the newly harvested grains.. Sukuna was invited there as a deity.. Although nobles(I am not sure who they were)were not happy with this and were complaining as to why they should offer the crops to him and I believe sukuna was the reason the crops were in danger in the first place. I am inclined to believe he must have used fire to destroy them before. Solidifying his title as natural calamity...

Not to mention the title of the fallen, his four hands similar to eastern gods, his association with king yama through his Enmaten seals. His cursed tools are based on two eastern god's weapons.

All these symbolism made me consider that the fire he summoned was of divine nature which he used to exorcise evil cursed spirits. This might be the reason why he said the cursed spirit might not know as it's holy and he was born in modern era Or it's possible he was talking about the furnace as cursed spirits don't need to know about making food. although I prefer the former one.. As it's cool..

Please god give us your Rib Recipe

Oven Temperature: 200-250F

Cool Time: 4-6 hours

The ideal is 200 for 6 hours, but you can vary within these ranges to match your timing needs and quirks of your oven. Before you start on the ribs, pre-heat your oven, and get a layer of tin foil on your baking tray long enough to place the ribs on, with a couple extra inches on each end. Put the ribs on this tray before continuing.

For your seasonings, you're gonna want salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. I also like to use cayenne pepper, but I only apply it to half for the sake of the spice intolerant. Now, here is the CRUCIAL aspect of making these ribs: you gotta fucking *smother* those things in seasoning. Do not apply your salt or pepper with a table grinder; get fine-grain salt and pre-ground pepper, and coat the ribs with em. Same for the others. By the time you finish with the paprika, you should not be able to *see* the meat under the layer of seasoning. I am not exaggerating. Start with the concave side of your ribs, then flip and season the other side. This is so the flat side isn't left sitting in juices that will wash off the seasoning.

Now, grab another sheet of tin foil. Using this and the extra tin foil you cleverly left for yourself at the start, you are going to cover the ribs and wrap them up *tight*. It doesn't need to be perfect, but you want to try and keep any juices from running out and onto the tray. Once this is done, put em in the oven and wait 4-6 hours.

It has been 4-6 hours! Your ribs are *almost* done. Take them out and open up the foil, but do it carefully so it can be resealed. Take your BBQ sauce and slather it on, then flip and repeat. (Flipping the ribs here is the one hard part, they will be too hot for your hands, and tongs will probably tear the meat off the bone. Try two spatulas, and be careful.) Seal the ribs back up, and cook for 15-20 more minutes. After that, you're done, and you have Erin's Delicious Ribs(TM) to eat!

OPTIONAL: Add some lemon juice as well when you put the BBQ sauce on. It takes a lot to be noticeable, but it has reviewed well.

SCRAP SOUP

It started with half price, limp celery from the organic grocer. An hour in water and the stems are hard again. Problem solved.

Cheap, organic juicing carrots.

Other ingredients from the pantry: home grown onions, mushroom stock, avocado oil, butter, green lentils, salt and pepper.

Result: a delicious, cheap, healthy, easy pot of soup. Food scraps and some pantry oddments become multiple meals.

I love this kind of cooking!
