Cyberweek 2025 Day Three: Chase
Oh no! Doctor Marbles has been kidnapped!...again! But don't worry, the Cybersquad is on the case! Is it weird that Marbles being kidnapped was the first thing I thought of for this prompt? Anyways, went with a fun cartoony style on this one. Enjoy!

OH i forgot i drew this but heres a doodle of that one character i made in like. that love live character generator i made in like my first year of university. i forgot where it is. its out there somewhere LOL
#art#traditional art#watercolour#oc art#ocs#oc group: unsorted#oc: unnamed#i like her. shes very cute#someday ive thought about remaking that generator. i never finished as much as i wanted to because 1) i was using picrew#which is a great lightweight infrastructure for a user but for the artist takes FOREVER if u like lots of colours and parts (like meee)#and 2) i for some ungodly reason tried to mimic the project/sunshine art style. despite that being like the opposite of the way i draw LOL#careful linework and neat colouring and glossy shading. it was a lot on my hands orz#but i did always wanna put in the hairstyles for every girl + some other stuff like curly hairs and such#but i only got through like u's and passed out and died. maybe i should remake it tho#simpler art and maybe i can find someone to help with colouring since digital colouring kills me#and then i could finally put all the hairstyles i wanted to....maybe someday.....

Yeah, Haru could be introduced as early as when Makoto kicks the thieves off of the roof. As Makoto is leaving, have Haru coming up the stairs. But, unlike with the thieves, Makoto shows no issue with her and is even polite towards her. Of course, that makes the thieves (especially Ryuji) mad, cause why should this random girl be allowed up there when they aren't? But Makoto smugly tells them that Haru is an exception because she runs the gardening club. The thieves get mad at what is seemingly a double standard, before leaving leaving, with the camera lingering on a Haru who is very confused at what just occurred, but states that if they wanted to use the roof she would've happily let them join gardening club. Or, if you want to have her be introduced as a confidant early (with a progression block early on until she officially joins), you could have her bring it up before they leave, taking the wind out of Makoto's sails and aiding in her early game inferiority spiral. In that case, because all of the thieves are part of the gardening club (as an excuse to use the roof) you could even make Hawaii more worthwhile by having her join the thieves in their fun, which would add even more weight to her father being considered for the next target.
With Mona leaving, you can just steal some time from Futaba's palace deadline (people blow through them in one or two days anyway, it would make literally no impact. plus having a shorter deadline makes Futaba being unconscious until the deadline is over more believable for anyone who finished the palace on the first couple of days). Just take that time and add it on to the time Mona is gone for, with your idea of making the player and Futaba look for Mona each evening. Then you can even shorten Futaba's beach prep (which shouldn't be beach if they're going to Hawaii, literally make anything else her big test of improvement, an amusement park, a trip to the zoo, ANYTHING BUT beach twice in rapid succession), since her character development would essentially be split between these two sections, with Hawaii functioning as a short Futaba break for anyone that is getting a little tired of the Futaba focus.
yeah the deadlines are a little generous (tho I am playing on normal so I can't speak for harder difficuilties) I almost always get it done.. uuussally by the first monday available barring important confidant meetings (justice, faith, counciller) (the days following are usually story blocked and loosing access to sunday for palace reasons is not great) and i think you're given more time for futaba than the others (at least it feels like it? I think i got her done with 20 days left on the clock.) it's a bit of a shame that ng+ doesn't have a remixed story or diffs in that regard.
ANYWAY YEAH NO YEAH you read my mind perfectly. That's legit how I imagined such a scenario would go. It blends in wonderfully and adds a great way to get a jump start on both investigating/befriending Haru, peering into her personality in a way that's organically integrated into the story, and ranking her tarot. Hell, it even jumpstarts her relationship w/ mona (Oh! you are Amamiya's cat!) and gives Mona a slightly better reason to trust her (she has been friendly to the theives before!)

Exploring the Growing $21.3 Billion Data Center Liquid Cooling Market: Trends and Opportunities
In an era marked by rapid digital expansion, data centers have become essential infrastructures supporting the growing demands for data processing and storage. However, these facilities face a significant challenge: maintaining optimal operating temperatures for their equipment. Traditional air-cooling methods are becoming increasingly inadequate as server densities rise and heat generation intensifies. Liquid cooling is emerging as a transformative solution that addresses these challenges and is set to redefine the cooling landscape for data centers.
What is Liquid Cooling?
Liquid cooling systems utilize liquids to transfer heat away from critical components within data centers. Unlike conventional air cooling, which relies on air to dissipate heat, liquid cooling is much more efficient. By circulating a cooling fluid—commonly water or specialized refrigerants—through heat exchangers and directly to the heat sources, data centers can maintain lower temperatures, improving overall performance.
Market Growth and Trends
The data centre liquid cooling market is on an impressive growth trajectory. According to industry analysis, this market is projected to grow USD 21.3 billion by 2030, achieving a remarkable compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 27.6%. This upward trend is fueled by several key factors, including the increasing demand for high-performance computing (HPC), advancements in artificial intelligence (AI), and a growing emphasis on energy-efficient operations.
Key Factors Driving Adoption
1. Rising Heat Density
The trend toward higher power density in server configurations poses a significant challenge for cooling systems. With modern servers generating more heat than ever, traditional air cooling methods are struggling to keep pace. Liquid cooling effectively addresses this issue, enabling higher density server deployments without sacrificing efficiency.
2. Energy Efficiency Improvements
A standout advantage of liquid cooling systems is their energy efficiency. Studies indicate that these systems can reduce energy consumption by up to 50% compared to air cooling. This not only lowers operational costs for data center operators but also supports sustainability initiatives aimed at reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions.
3. Space Efficiency
Data center operators often grapple with limited space, making it crucial to optimize cooling solutions. Liquid cooling systems typically require less physical space than air-cooled alternatives. This efficiency allows operators to enhance server capacity and performance without the need for additional physical expansion.
4. Technological Innovations
The development of advanced cooling technologies, such as direct-to-chip cooling and immersion cooling, is further propelling the effectiveness of liquid cooling solutions. Direct-to-chip cooling channels coolant directly to the components generating heat, while immersion cooling involves submerging entire server racks in non-conductive liquids, both of which push thermal management to new heights.
Overcoming Challenges
While the benefits of liquid cooling are compelling, the transition to this technology presents certain challenges. Initial installation costs can be significant, and some operators may be hesitant due to concerns regarding complexity and ongoing maintenance. However, as liquid cooling technology advances and adoption rates increase, it is expected that costs will decrease, making it a more accessible option for a wider range of data center operators.
The Competitive Landscape
The data center liquid cooling market is home to several key players, including established companies like Schneider Electric, Vertiv, and Asetek, as well as innovative startups committed to developing cutting-edge thermal management solutions. These organizations are actively investing in research and development to refine the performance and reliability of liquid cooling systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of data center operators.

The world is broken.
That much is stating the obvious, whether that is on a personal level focusing purely on the everyday relationships we maintain or not. Whether that is on the slightly broader spectrum of your surroundings/your place of living, your province/state, your country, the continent or even the world, problems are staring us in the eye at almost every turn with no obvious solution in sight.
The world is broken, and honestly, I'm struggling to believe it can be fixed. I'm struggling to keep my hope for my future, for the future of my generation, for the future of the communities I am a part of and the ones I'm not, and for the future of our species.
However, I refuse to believe the world is fucked.
I don't have some groundbreaking way to solve all the world's problems (sorry 'bout that ).
It's pretty easy to point out the wrongs of the world.I have no struggle recognising the so-called "flaws" in the "system."
It's easy to realise something is wrong; all you really have to do is listen to the people suffering from those flaws.
However, I struggle to find a solution.
How do you fix systemic problems in a way that pleases everyone?
I'd like to say that I believe all we can do to fix the world is make our environment a kinder place, but what do you do when that doesn't feel like enough?
How do you speak in a way that offers hope when you yourself are steadily losing what little you had to begin with?
How do you live without feeling an insurmountable guilt for not doing more? How do you live aware of a problem when you have nothing you can do to help?
That being said.
The most important thing a human can do is survive. That has to be something we as a species can agree on.
From there on, it's unique. Our idea of survival is unique, and many people are more informed than I am about particular subjects. And I'm glad about that.
Personally, my idea of surviving and thriving even lies in learning. There is little that brings me more joy than learning.
This is kind of my way of saying please survive. Begging even. If what makes life worth living is commonly viewed as silly, dumb, a waste of space, freaky, or cringeworthy, it is not. Unless it actively harms someone, it is not any of that. It is important purely because it keeps you alive.
I understand looking at the mountains of problems this world throws at us and feeling overwhelmed by it.
So this is me extending my hand towards the world. This is me sitting on my proverbial porch with a beverage made explicitly for you, saying, "I see you. And I'm here for whatever it might be you need" Feel free to contact me.
Now, you might wonder why I'm doing this? Because I genuinely care about the state of the world and the well-being of my fellow humans. And this is the only way I can see myself able to help the world, broken as it might be.
#Honestly I'm just tagging anything I'm interested in because it'll get my message farther which is wrong I know but still#Please sit down with me#I want to be a safe space#heathers fanart#heathers the musical#heather duke#heather mcnamara#heathers#heather chandler#art digital#ride the cyclone#supercorp#once upon a time#renegade nell#south african politics#us politics#free palestine#free gaza#Lesbian#nonbinary#they/them#Media literacy#Literacy#In general#Education#Infrastructure#Economy#Six the musical#Musicals#Art

AN OPEN LETTER to THE U.S. CONGRESS
Fund the Affordable Connectivity Program NOW!
130 so far! Help us get to 250 signers!
I’m a concerned constituent writing to urge you to fund the Affordable Connectivity Program or ACP. Digital connectivity is a basic necessity in our modern world and the internet must be treated as a public utility. We use the internet to apply for jobs, perform our jobs, receive telehealth medical treatment, and pay bills, and students use it to complete homework assignments. But for millions of people in rural and urban areas, and Tribal communities, the internet is a luxury they cannot afford. Failure by Congress to fund this program will force millions of households already on tight budgets to choose between being able to stay online or potentially losing access to this essential service. If Congress doesn’t act fast, funding for the Affordable Connectivity Program will run out and more than 22 million Americans -- 1 in 6 households -- will lose this vital service. The implications of this will be devastating. In 2019, 18% of Native people living on Tribal land had no internet access; 33% relied on cell phone service for the internet; and 39% had spotty or no connection to the internet at home on their smart phone. The ACP has enrolled 320,000 households on Tribal lands -- important progress. The largest percentage gains in broadband access are in rural areas. Nearly half of military families are enrolled in ACP, as are one in four African American and Latino households. Losing access and training on using computers and the internet will have devastating impacts on all these communities as technology becomes increasingly integral to work, education, health, and our everyday lives. Without moves to address tech inequality, low-income communities and communities of color are heading towards an “unemployment abyss.” The Affordable Connectivity Program has broad bipartisan support because it is working. As your constituent, I am urging you to push for renewed funding for the ACP before it runs out in the coming weeks.
