Training Tips Thursday: if you are like me and struggle with lower back pain and tight hip flexors then make sure you do some dynamic stretching exercises before you start to push heavy weights. These 2 exercises: the inchworm followed by “bootstrappers” help to open up your hip flexors and loosen your hamstrings so that you can squat deeper and deadlift heavier 😉 walk for 2 mins then perform 10 inchworms followed by 10 “bootstrappers”.
