Sarah Rees Brennan - Long Live Evil
Rae is a young woman dying from cancer who is offered the chance to enter the world of her favourite fantasy series and steal a flower that could save her life. She steps into the world only to find herself inhabiting the body of a villainess - a character who she knows will be executed the following day.
This is not a book about entering a story and trying not to change it. The first thing Rae has to do after entering the story world is to figure out how to change the story so she can stay alive. Instead, it's a book that explores the malleability of stories, how much can be changed and what will stay the same.
I was interested by the recurring question of 'who gets to count as real people?' When Rae enters the story world she is sure that other people dying doesn't matter, because those people aren't real. To the nobility, anyone without a title doesn't count, and this is reflected in how people are treated and how severely they're punished. To a certain charming but sociopathic assassin, no-one but himself seems really real (I do not know how realistic the portrayal is, but I was glad that the book did not treat him as inherently evil or beyond redemption despite his lack of empathy for others.) And to us as readers, there are two layers of unreality - the book and then the story within it, and we are at a nice safe distance from both of them.
I was also fascinated by the analysis of how women are forced to behave in sexist fantasy-land. The petty and destructive behaviour that results from simultaneously being in competition for marrying the king and prevented from marrying anyone else until he has made his decision. The heroine of the series is surrounded by men who are willing to lay down their lives for the sake of her goodness and beauty, but wouldn't she rather be able to save her own life? And Rae is in the body of a villainess, so she can't act like the angelic heroine and expect that to work. If she wants to save the lives of her friends, she'll have to figure out how to do it in a believably evil way.
The ending was a bit abrupt and I had trouble deciding if it was happy or not. You can never have a completely happy ending in a book where the protagonist has friends and loved ones in two different worlds, and mid-series in an epic fantasy series is not a particularly safe place to leave anyone. Ultimately I decided that whether the ending was happy depends on the stories that the readers decide to tell ourselves about what happens next - which is very fitting for a book about stories.
Recommended. A little dark, but with a strong sense of humour and some heart-warming moments to balance out the darkness and bloodshed.

Doing this the old-fashioned way...
BOOK REVIEWERS WANTED
DM me if interested
Hi. It's me. The guy from that post.
As the release of Book 5 in my Recovery series nears (May 2025) and my beta readers near the end of their edits, I have been going through the first four books of the series and updating/revising to finally, after 12 years, make a cohesive set of book covers, and incorporating elements from future installments into the past installments during revisions to better connect every thread together.
I am looking for 10-20 book reviewers who would be willing to provide honest reviews on your blog, Amazon, Goodreads, etc, in exchange for free copies of every book, whether Kindle or Paperback, which I will mail to you.
Paperbacks must be US-based. Kindle/Ebook can be international.
Timeline
Copies of Embassy would be mailed out by end of January. Copies of Resonance, Perihelid, and Belvun would be mailed out as I receive them throughout February.
Copies of Purnell would be mailed out by mid-April in order to have reviews for the release in May-June. Release date isn't 100% set, so there's some flexibility. Looking at Friday, May 23rd, tbh.
Overall Genre: Science-Fiction
Embassy: adventure romance Resonance: adventure romance Perihelid: drama Belvun: political drama Purnell: political drama
Link to read synopsis of all books.
One additional note before you decide: a lot of reviews on Amazon and Goodreads say that the books don't necessarily "feel" like sci-fi, and that although they generally wouldn't read sci-fi, it didn't push them away.
If you've reviewed for me before and would like to again, please get in touch! I'd love for you to have the fully revised and updated 2025 Editions, which are So. Much. Better. than the original editions, and the covers are gorgeous.
My biggest ask is that if you review Embassy, even if you hate it, please review them all.
Thank you everyone for considering helping me on this, and hope to speak with you soon! I won't "close" this post until I've achieved 20 reviewers. Monitor the count at the bottom.
Alex

Something in the Walls by Daisy Pearce
I absolutely loved this book. The story follows Mina, who is a child psychologist. She is brought to a small town to address issues being experienced by a young teen named Alice there, in conjunction with a journalist named Sam. She is meant to address the psychological issues, as Alice claims she is being haunted by a witch. The story was so well written and creepy - normally books do not really scare me - but this one definitely had me spooked and not wanting to read it while I was home alone! The twists in the book are great, the writing definitely is engrossing, and the character arcs are very well thought out. Many times with books of this nature they will feel somewhat formulaic. This book did not in the least. Highly recommend.
This ebook was provided by NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Practice retirement day...
Yesterday I had a holiday from work, and for the first time in a long time, it was just a day off. I didn’t have anything planned (and the one appointment I did have scheduled was moved to a non-holiday date). I was home alone—no kids, no spouse.
I decided that it would be a great time to trial acting like I’m retired. What does that mean? Well, it means setting an alarm (yes, an alarm) and getting up and getting myself ready as if I’m working from home. Because when I’m retired, that’s exactly what I’ll be doing, but instead of Current Day Job, I’ll be writing.
And I did.
I moved between productive writing-related times and doing tasks around the house that needed to be done. I did the dishes, folded the weekend laundry and put it away, dealt with phone calls and some vacation planning. I also reviewed more self-publishing information, completed the basic layout for FTR (as much as I can do until I get the IBSNs and cover), created a layout template for the Seven Lakes books in general, and created a logo for my indie-pub company.
I even made time for PT for my neck, back, and hips, and for snuggling of kitties. And for anime.
My focused writing time was only about 3 hours total, but I got a LOT done, and I was relaxed.
It was freakin’ bliss.
Being back to the day job is hard. I’m quite honestly daydreaming about when writing IS my day job. When I’m able to do the things I love, and get a lot done AND relax at the same time.
When spouse worries that he’ll never retire, I remind him that if I can actually make money at this writing gig, while we also have retirement money saved, then YES, he can retire. We’ll have an income. It’ll work out.
Right now I’m just thrilled to have finally been able to pilot a properly organized day. I want to create a schedule that I can adapt to weekends to see if I can get better about protecting my writing time then, too. It’s harder when there are more outside demands. But maybe I can do it, by demonstrating how well it works when I’m alone.
What this does mean is that I’m getting closer to being able to put Finding Their Roots out into the world. I have the next steps on my to-do list (which I’ll hopefully be attacking tonight).
Then it’s time to start planning books. And writing.
I think once the first book is out, it’ll get easier. It’s the publishing/marketing/etc. process that is harming my ability to write. I think if I can create a procedure, map it out and be able to repeat it later, it won’t be so overwhelming.
It’s a thought, anyway.
And hey, if you might be interested in getting an ebook as a review copy of the first book in a new MLM series, let me know. It’s paranormal romance, and slightly spicy. Small fictional magical community in the Adirondacks, and a POV character who… keeps forgetting that magic exists, to the point where he doesn’t know it exists at all. Which is interesting, considering growing up he was a member of a werewolf pack…
I love this series, and I hope readers will too. I’m happy to provide some copies of the ebook, once it’s fully packaged, in exchange for honest reviews.
I have… digressed.
But see, that’s the thing. Getting to focus on writing and writing-related tasks makes me excited about it again.
Counting the years. A little under five to go.

where sleeping girls lie // faridah àbíké-íyímídé
first published: 2024 [to be released 14 march] read: 17 january 2024 – 24 january 2024 pages: 576 format: ebook [ARC]
genres: fiction, young adult, mystery, light romance (lesbian) favourite character(s): elizabeth least favourite character(s): baz (sorry!)
rating: 🌕🌕🌗🌑🌑 thoughts: so. i read ace of spades as an ARC back in 2021 and i can't really explain the way i was truly obsessed with this book (you can read my original review here). i read it in four days, bought a physical copy when it came out, talked about it to other people, etc. it was one of my favourite reads that year and it put faridah very firmly on my list of authors to watch. imagine my excitement when i was offered a chance to read her sophomore book early.
well. where sleeping girls lie just didn't hit the same. it's hard not to compare to her debut because there are a lot of shared elements and themes between the two, but i couldn't help noticing that WSGL lacked the spark, the excitement, and the punch of AOS.
one of the major faults is just how uneventful it was. the pacing felt so slow and only by around 80% in did i find myself thinking "oh, something's actually happening now". threads are picked up and then dropped for so long that by the time they came back around, i didn't care anymore. or things went unexplained for so long that i feel they became largely irrelevant to the plot. i wasn't necessarily bored but i did feel like i was in a perpetual state of waiting for the story to pick up. the overall plot was not as groundbreaking or exciting as the one in AOS, but i appreciated what it wanted to say.
the characters were also a little lacklustre. chiamaka and devon from AOS felt well-written, they were relatable in ways, and they had personality. sade, as the main character in WSIG, didn't really have much personality outside of her trauma. who was she, as a person? i don't really know. the side characters were okay, although i will say that i really liked the sense of intrigue and duplicity written into the male characters like august and jude. this will probably be an unpopular opinion but i didn't care for baz as the best friend at all; his manic pixie dream boy schtick got tired real quick.
i'm not so sure about how good the writing was in general. the whole book felt like it could have done with another thorough edit, and definitely a cut down in length by at least 100 pages. some of the dialogue also felt stilted and clunky. the story ultimately had an interesting and relevant message but i struggled to feel much depth from the writing.
i didn't dislike this book, i think i just had very high expectations following AOS and with the similarities between the two i wasn't expecting quite so many differences in quality. i would absolutely still go ahead and read more books by faridah (i've still got four eids and a funeral on my reading list) and would love to see her branch out to stories perhaps with an older cast, set outside of high school, or not focused on elite teens.
massive thanks to Usborne Publishing and NetGalley for providing me with an advanced digital copy in exchange for an honest review!

📢 Benefits of Content Marketing for Business Growth in 2025
In 2025, the digital marketplace is more competitive than ever. Traditional advertising alone isn’t enough to win over audiences anymore — people want valuable, helpful, and engaging content. That’s where content marketing steps in as one of the best SEO strategies for business growth.
Content marketing is about creating and distributing relevant, high-quality content to attract, engage, and retain customers. From blog posts and videos to infographics and podcasts, content builds trust, boosts visibility, and positions your brand as a leader in your industry.
If you're wondering why content marketing matters so much in 2025, here are the key benefits it offers for businesses of all sizes.
📌 1️⃣ Builds Brand Awareness
One of the most powerful benefits of content marketing is how it increases brand awareness. When you consistently publish valuable content — whether it’s blog posts, social media updates, videos, or eBooks — you give your brand more opportunities to be discovered by potential customers.
Content marketing allows you to reach your target audience at different stages of their buying journey. Whether they’re searching for tips, solutions, or product reviews, your content ensures your business appears where and when it matters.
📌 2️⃣ Improves SEO and Website Traffic
Search engines love fresh, informative, and keyword-rich content. By regularly creating blog posts, articles, and resources optimized for SEO, you improve your chances of ranking higher in Google search results.
How content marketing improves SEO:
Targets long-tail keywords your audience searches for
Increases website dwell time and reduces bounce rates
Earns backlinks from other trusted websites
Provides more content for Google to index
A steady flow of high-quality content means more organic traffic and better search engine visibility in 2025.
📌 3️⃣ Establishes Authority and Trust
Customers prefer to buy from brands they trust. Content marketing positions your business as an expert in your field by offering valuable, helpful information that addresses customer problems and questions.
By consistently publishing educational and insightful content, you build credibility and authority in your industry. Over time, customers start viewing your business as a reliable source of knowledge, increasing their trust in your services or products.
📌 4️⃣ Boosts Customer Engagement
Content marketing gives your audience something to interact with. Blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media updates create opportunities for comments, shares, likes, and discussions.
Interactive content formats like:
Polls and quizzes
Live Q&A sessions
Reels and video explainers
Infographics and case studies
These formats not only increase engagement but also make your brand more relatable and approachable, encouraging customer loyalty.
📌 5️⃣ Increases Lead Generation and Conversions
High-value content naturally attracts people interested in your services. Offering free resources like eBooks, webinars, or discount codes in exchange for contact details helps you build a list of potential leads.
Ways content marketing boosts conversions:
Guides and tutorials that solve problems
Product reviews and comparisons that build buyer confidence
Case studies that showcase real success stories
Email newsletters that nurture leads with relevant updates
The more valuable your content, the higher your chances of converting casual visitors into paying customers.
📌 6️⃣ Delivers Long-Term Results
Unlike paid ads that stop delivering once the budget runs out, good content continues to work for your business long after it’s published. A helpful blog post, viral video, or well-ranking article can bring in organic traffic, leads, and engagement for months or even years.
In 2025, content marketing remains one of the most cost-effective digital marketing strategies for achieving steady, sustainable business growth.
✅ Final Thoughts
In the competitive digital space of 2025, content marketing isn’t just important — it’s essential. From building brand awareness and improving SEO to generating leads and boosting conversions, the benefits are endless.
If your business isn’t actively investing in a content marketing strategy yet, now’s the perfect time to start. Focus on creating valuable, audience-focused content, stay consistent, and watch your online presence and business growth.

Best Lead Generation Strategies for Online Businesses
By NIDM – National Institute of Digital Marketing
In today’s competitive digital world, generating high-quality leads is the fuel that powers online business growth. Whether you're a small e-commerce startup or a full-fledged digital enterprise, effective lead generation can be the game-changer between stagnant sales and scalable success.
Let’s explore the top lead generation strategies every online business should implement in 2025.
🎯 1. Create High-Converting Landing Pages
A well-optimized landing page is your lead magnet’s best friend. It should be clean, persuasive, and focused on a single goal—conversion.
Tips for better results:
Use compelling headlines and CTAs (Call to Actions).
Keep forms short—only ask for essential info.
Add trust signals like testimonials, reviews, and certifications.
💡 Pro Tip by NIDM: Use tools like Unbounce or Instapage to A/B test your landing page variants.
💌 2. Leverage Email Marketing Automation
Email is still one of the highest ROI marketing tools when used smartly. Build your email list through gated content (ebooks, webinars, checklists), then nurture your leads with automated workflows.
Strategy:
Segment your audience based on interest and behavior.
Send value-driven content before pitching.
Use personalization in subject lines and content.
🧠 NIDM Insight: Platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, and ActiveCampaign are great for beginners and pros alike.
📈 3. Run Targeted Google & Facebook Ads
Paid ads can deliver laser-focused traffic to your offers. Use them to push lead magnets, drive traffic to your landing pages, or retarget website visitors.
Key practices:
Use lookalike and custom audiences.
Create ad creatives tailored to different funnel stages.
Track conversions using Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
🚀 NIDM Recommends: Combine YouTube ads for awareness, Facebook for engagement, and Google Ads for intent-based leads.
🧲 4. Offer Lead Magnets That Solve Real Problems
People are more likely to share their details when your offer truly benefits them. Design lead magnets that are highly relevant and instantly useful.
Popular formats:
Ebooks
Free trials
Discount codes
Webinars or live Q&A sessions
🎁 NIDM Example: An e-commerce business can offer a 15% discount in exchange for email signup; a digital course provider can offer a free mini-course.
🌐 5. Optimize Your Website for SEO
Organic traffic is a goldmine for consistent lead generation. By ranking high on search engines, you attract users actively looking for your services.
Quick wins:
Publish valuable blog content with keywords.
Use internal linking and optimize meta titles/descriptions.
Improve site speed and mobile-friendliness.
🔍 NIDM Insight: Use tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest to find keywords your audience is already searching for.
🔄 6. Use Remarketing to Re-Engage Visitors
97% of users don’t convert on their first visit. That’s why remarketing is a must. It helps re-engage visitors who bounced off without taking action.
Remarketing ideas:
Show them the product they viewed.
Offer a limited-time discount.
Share testimonials or case studies to build trust.
🎯 NIDM Strategy: Use Google Display Network and Facebook Custom Audiences to automate this process.
🤳 7. Leverage LinkedIn for B2B Lead Generation
LinkedIn is a goldmine for B2B marketers. It’s the perfect place to network, share thought leadership, and attract decision-makers.
Actions you can take:
Optimize your LinkedIn profile and company page.
Publish content consistently (articles, videos, carousels).
Use LinkedIn Lead Gen Ads with pre-filled forms.
📊 NIDM Suggests: Combine organic and paid strategies on LinkedIn to boost your credibility and lead pipeline.
📲 8. Use Chatbots and Live Chat on Your Website
Real-time communication can improve conversion rates significantly. Many users prefer to get quick answers before filling out a form or making a purchase.
Why it works:
Reduces friction in the user journey.
Increases engagement and time-on-site.
Can automatically collect lead data.
💬 NIDM Insight: Tools like Drift, Tawk.to, or HubSpot Chat can help automate the process.
📹 9. Create Educational Video Content
Video builds trust faster than text. Platforms like YouTube, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Watch are perfect to show how your product works or solve your audience’s pain points.
Ideas to try:
Tutorials
Explainer videos
Customer testimonials
Behind-the-scenes
🎥 NIDM Tip: End each video with a clear CTA—like “Download our free guide” or “Book a free consultation.”
📊 10. Analyze, Optimize, and Repeat
No lead generation strategy is “set and forget.” Regular tracking and optimization are crucial to make the most out of your marketing spend.
What to monitor:
Conversion rates
Cost per lead (CPL)
Lead quality and ROI
Funnel drop-offs
📈 NIDM Recommends: Use Google Analytics, CRM insights, and heatmaps to understand your audience behavior better.
🌟 Final Thoughts
Lead generation is both an art and a science. With the right mix of creativity, tools, and data, you can create a reliable stream of leads that converts into loyal customers.
Whether you're just starting or scaling your digital presence, these proven strategies will align perfectly with NIDM’s vision—to empower businesses with actionable, effective digital marketing practices.

Emily Tesh - The Incandescent
This is a wizard school novel for people who want more realism in their wizard schools. It's told from the point of view of Dr Saffy Walden, the school's deputy head teacher, and there's as much in the book about running a school as there is about teaching magic. There are cute little demons that live in the photocopier and can be bribed with biscuits, and much more dangerous demons that will consume humans if they get the chance and must be kept out of the school and away from the children.
Teenagers make the sort of mistakes teenagers make, adults make the sort of mistakes adults make, and the protagonist is intelligent and observant and much too busy to spot every small problem before it becomes a significantly larger problem. I read the book twice, and the second time it was a much darker book as a number of events are re-interpreted in a more ominous light.
It's a good book. It's not always a fun one, but it has a lovely writing style and a solid plot and it ends happily despite everything that's happened. Recommended.

Consistency beats talent when it comes to closing clients. Our team builds automated follow-up systems for businesses that want sustainable growth.

The Lost House by Melissa Larsen
This was such a great, quick, twisty read. The story follows a young woman who travels to Iceland to learn about the history of her family. Her grandfather allegedly killed her grandmother and aunt, and is accompanying a podcaster to learn further about, and possibly solve, the murder. The book tackles a number of interesting things including addiction, family dynamics, and the impetus behind murder podcasting. The writing was fantastic and transported me to Iceland, and I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a great, engaging, creepy read.
This ebook was provided by NetGalley and the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

How to Reduce Your Business Blog Bounce Rate
The company blog is well positioned on search engines, content production is constant and the number of visitors is increasing, as well as shares on social media. However, the number of new customers and incoming projects is not satisfactory.
The problem could be the bounce rate. Let’s whatsapp number list see what it is and how to lower it, in this article.
Company Blog: What is Bounce Rate?
The bounce rate indicates the percentage of users who abandon the blog after visiting just one page, without interacting. A high bounce rate should not immediately alarm you. It is in fact a parameter to be considered in relation to other metrics and to be analyzed with knowledge before reaching hasty conclusions.

Even in the case of corporate blogs and news sites, it can happen that the bounce rate is above average, since users looking for information often limit themselves to reading a certain content and continuing their searches elsewhere.
In this case, the time spent on the page will be high, but also the bounce rate.
This is where you need to intervene to ensure that visitors, finding the article or content of particular value, decide to visit the site’s homepage, for example, or click on a call to action.
New Call to Action

Here are three tips to put into practice if the bounce rate of the company blog is too high.
Review SEO Strategy and Keywords
Targeting the right keywords is essential to rank on search engines. A good SEO strategy allows you to identify keywords that are relevant to users and create content that responds to their questions and needs.
When prospects leave your blog without taking any action, perhaps the problem is that the content they found doesn’t match what they were looking for.
To make sure you attract truly targeted users, it is important to choose specific keywords . Those that are too generic risk bringing a lot of organic traffic from unqualified users, who therefore do not turn into leads.
Make sure your content provides added value to buyer personas
Blog articles, whitepapers, ebooks, infographics and any other content on your b2b site should answer prospects’ questions.

It can be useful to ask your current customers what they prefer to find on the company website, what their daily concerns are and how the solutions proposed by your company are supporting their work, and then build content based on the answers received.
This will generate greater engagement in potential customers, encouraging them to visit other pages on the site.
Insert CTA in all blog posts
Calls to action (CTAs) represent the best opportunity to convert visitors into leads and then into customers.
The advice is to include two or three CTAs within each article of the company blog, positioning them in different points (for example, one on the side, one in the middle of the page and one at the bottom of the page).
The first two could refer to the download of an ebook or other original content, while the final one to the request for a demo or a consultation. This allows you to collect user data , to be used for various marketing activities, providing them with valuable content or a free service in exchange.
company blog
Pop-ups can also be used within the blog to encourage subscription to the newsletter, to an upcoming webinar or to promote the download of a particular content.

HubSpot , one of the most used marketing automation platforms, generates this type of email automatically, sending subscribers the latest published articles, allowing you to save time and resources.
Consistently enriching the company blog with content that is relevant to prospects, optimized for SEO, including clear and visible CTAs and the right keywords is the solution to increase sales and decrease bounce rate.
This is why content marketing is one of the fundamental pillars of inbound marketing , the most effective strategy in the B2B sector.

Online vs. Offline Digital Marketing Course: Which One Suits You Best?
In today’s fast-paced digital world, mastering digital marketing has become essential for both professionals and businesses. Whether you're a student eager to start your career or a business owner looking to enhance your brand, taking a digital marketing course can open up endless opportunities. But with the rise of online learning platforms, it raises an important question: should you choose an online digital marketing course or stick with a traditional offline digital marketing course? Both options have their advantages, and ultimately, the choice depends on your personal preferences, learning style, and goals.
Let’s dive into the key differences between online and offline digital marketing courses and help you decide which one suits you best.
1. Flexibility and Convenience: Online Courses Take the Lead
One of the main benefits of an online digital marketing course is flexibility. You can access course materials anytime and anywhere, whether you're at home, in a coffee shop, or travelling. This is a huge advantage if you're someone who has a busy schedule or prefers to learn at their own pace.
Learn at your own pace: With online courses, you can study at a pace that works best for you, revisiting lessons as needed.
No geographical limitations: You're not restricted to a specific location. You can join classes from anywhere in the world, as long as you have an internet connection.
Convenience: You don't need to commute to a physical classroom. This saves both time and money, making it easier for students and professionals alike.
However, offline digital marketing courses are more structured and typically follow a set schedule. If you're someone who needs routine and prefers a more traditional classroom setting, this might be the better option for you.
2. Interaction and Networking: Offline Courses Provide More Face-to-Face Opportunities
While online courses offer flexibility, offline digital marketing courses shine when it comes to direct interaction with instructors and peers. In a physical classroom setting, you can ask questions in real-time, participate in group discussions, and network with other students or professionals in your field.
Immediate feedback: In an offline course, you can get instant responses from instructors and peers, making it easier to clarify doubts and gain deeper insights.
Networking opportunities: Being physically present in a classroom allows you to connect with others in the industry, exchange ideas, and even collaborate on projects.
Hands-on experience: Many offline courses offer practical training through workshops or live case studies, which can be highly beneficial for those who learn by doing.
On the other hand, online courses often include discussion forums, live webinars, and virtual communities, but the personal touch may be limited. Some people might miss the social interaction that comes with attending an offline course.
3. Course Content and Quality: Both Have Their Merits
Both online and offline digital marketing courses offer high-quality content, but the delivery and format differ. Online courses often benefit from being updated regularly to keep up with the fast-evolving nature of digital marketing. Many top platforms like Coursera, Udemy, and LinkedIn Learning offer courses designed by industry experts and provide a wide range of topics from SEO to social media marketing.
Online courses: They often allow access to a variety of resources like video lectures, eBooks, quizzes, and recorded lessons. These resources give you the ability to review content as needed.
Offline courses: Traditional classroom settings offer structured lectures with immediate practical demonstrations. You may also receive in-person guidance from experienced instructors who can tailor the teaching to your needs.
Choosing the right course is crucial for success. Whether it’s an online or offline course, make sure it’s comprehensive and aligns with your learning goals.
4. Cost and Affordability: Online Courses Win This Round
When it comes to cost, online courses are usually much more affordable compared to offline courses. Many online platforms offer free introductory courses, and even paid ones tend to be lower in price, making them accessible to a larger audience.
Lower tuition fees: Online courses typically don’t have the overhead costs of maintaining physical classrooms or hiring full-time faculty, which keeps the fees lower.
Free resources: There are many free resources available online, allowing you to get started without making a financial commitment.
While offline courses may offer scholarships or financial aid, they generally require a larger investment due to their physical space, materials, and instructors’ salaries.
5. Personalization and Learning Pace: Online Courses Offer More Customization
If you're someone who likes to tailor your learning experience, online courses provide more options for customisation. With a digital marketing course online, you can choose the subjects that interest you most, skip topics you're already familiar with, and even revisit challenging lessons as many times as needed.
Personalised learning: Many online platforms allow you to select the modules that best suit your career goals and interests.
Self-paced learning: You have the ability to learn at your own pace, which is ideal if you need more time with complex topics.
Offline courses, on the other hand, follow a fixed curriculum that may not cater to everyone’s individual needs. However, they can offer more structured support and direct instructor guidance.
Which One Suits You Best?
Ultimately, your decision should come down to your personal learning style, goals, and lifestyle.
If you value flexibility, self-paced learning, and a lower cost, then an online digital marketing course is the way to go.
If you prefer structured learning, enjoy in-person interaction, and networking opportunities, an offline course may be better suited for you.
Both options have their strengths, so think about what aligns best with your priorities. No matter which path you choose, the most important thing is your commitment to learning and applying the skills you gain.
In the end, whether online or offline, a digital marketing course can be the first step towards unlocking a successful career in this fast-growing field.
