how do you feel about elfe from ffvii before crisis?

i have limited knowledge of BC, in that i've only read the script, and that was some time ago, but i love elfe. love that she's a mirror image for sephiroth, a destructive force who fights for a purpose. love that she's another of hojo's unwitting harbingers of the apocalypse.

Die Apfelkönigin im Wechsel der Jahreszeiten

Die ersten Sonnenstrahlen Kleben verträumt am Schnee. Glitzern in alle Himmelsrichtungen, Bis sie ihn verwandeln, in einen See.

Wir müssen uns noch etwas gedulden. Die Apfelkönigin scheint noch verschwunden. Schläft noch des letzten Sommers Rausch aus, Bis sie kommt wieder heraus.

Unser Leben mit Licht zu füllen, Gefühle in bunte Farben zu hüllen. Singen und lachen, Durch's Frühjahr tanzen.

Dann im Sommer, lange Nächte. Über ausgelassenen Mostabenden im Geäste Hebst auch du die irdenen Tassen. Lässt alles in Glückseligkeit fallen.

Die Ernte kommt dann erst noch. Ein rauschendes Fest, doch Die Abende werden wieder kürzer Und es kommt hie und da zu einem kleinen Stürzer.

S'ist aber schon gut, es soll verziehen werden, Schliesslich ist's kein gutes Fest ohne Scherben. So lassen wir uns nicht die Stimmung verderben, Früher oder später muss jedes Jahr sterben.

Und so lange kuschelt sich Die Apfelkönigin noch etwas an mich. Bis wir bereit sind zu blicken, In des neuen Jahres Gesicht.

Yeah, she's a really neat character and I'm hoping (god willing) that EC eventually gets to Before Crisis so that I can finally experience a fully translated version of her without having to scour youtube for old footage.
