He moved like a poem written in muscle and silk, serving drinks with the grace of a man pretending not to run. Then came Zoro—silent, immovable, a storm wrapped in stillness. His presence needled at Sanji’s carefully curated calm.

One night, in the quiet alley behind the club, their usual exchange of smoke and barbs was interrupted by the crash of glass and a muffled scream. Sanji didn’t flinch—he just stubbed out his cigarette, tossed Zoro a grin like a dare, and stepped back into the fire.

The club didn’t have a name. Not one they printed, anyway. No glowing sign, no public address. Just a black door behind a discreet alley in the financial district, flanked by nothing but mirrored glass and blind cameras. If you knew how to find it, you were either rich, dangerous, or both. Everyone else wasn’t welcome. Inside, the world from outside shifted. The matte cracked concrete of the city shifted to shining floors like polished obsidian, ceilings dripping in shimmering imported glasswork, and the air was thick with cologne, smoke, and the weight of money and power. Deals were made here in whispers, glares, kisses, and checkbooks. Politicians, pimps, white-collar syndicates in thousand-dollar suits—they all came here to drink in anonymity and power, and a recently misplaced Sanji worked the bar like it was a goddamn ballet. Shirt half-unbuttoned, sleeves rolled just enough to show his forearm muscles twist and shake, his every movement smooth, cherographed, and designed to be watched. He was the kind of man people stared at twice—once because he was beautiful, and again because something in his eyes said 'don't touch.' He’d relocated to this city a year ago. Changed his number. Burned the paperwork. Put a continent and a fake name between himself and his family. But blood didn’t wash off that easy, and high society had a long memory. So when the club's owner offered him a quiet job behind the bar, no questions asked, he didn’t argue. He just kept his head down, mixed the best martinis in the building, and stayed out of trouble, or rather, tried to. Zoro had shown up six weeks ago. Tall. Broad. Quiet. No tie, against a silent dresscode that existed among the members and workers. His shadowy presence drew eyes even when he wasn’t moving, perhaps because he wasn't moving. He was muscle—but not the typical kind. He didn’t hover or leer. He didn’t smile. He stood just off the VIP lounge door like a high relief sculpture, back not ever separated from the wall. Sanji couldn’t figure out who he worked for, which made him interesting, dangerous, because Sanji had figured out most of the members already. Tonight, the club was packed. Lazy rich laughter all too loud, tension humming against low bass-heavy music. The bar was alive with motion, but Sanji took his break anyway—stepped out the back into the alley, lit up, and tried to breathe through the burn of gin and perfume. Zoro was already out there. Leaning against the wall across from the service door, arms crossed, eyes like knives in the dark. Figures. Sanji exhaled smoke and narrowed his eyes. The alley was quiet except for the buzz of neon overhead, the distant sound of the subway rumbling below, and the dull bass thudding through the walls. “You know,” Sanji drawled, voice smooth but edged, “for a guy paid to babysit rich bastards, you’ve got a real talent for loitering.” Sanji tilted his head slightly in the silence, cigarette between his fingers, fringe falling over one eye. Everything about him was deliberate—a pretty-boy weapon in a world that worshipped meat and scars. “I’ve seen statues with more facial expression,” he added. “But I guess grunting and glowering’s all part of the bodyguard charm.” Sanji’s eyes swept over him. Zoro looked like he’d been carved out of rebar and violence. Where Sanji was sharp suits and graceful hands, Zoro was brute force and blunt silence. The contrast between them was almost comical. “Still brooding? Or did you finally lose the ability to speak entirely?” Nothing. Muffled through the club’s thick walls, but clear enough: a crash. The distinct shatter of glass, followed by a short, guttural yell—cut off fast, like someone had been grabbed mid-sentence. Sanji’s expression didn’t change, but he flicked his cigarette to the ground and stepped on it. “…Well, now that sounded expensive.” He glanced over at Zoro, one brow arched, the edge of a grin tugging at his mouth like a challenge. “You on clock, asshole? Or should I go see which dickhead's bleeding on my bar floor?”

Like??? The connection and socializing outside or in the middle of rp is so much fun, when you get with that partner and things click so well and the writing is so enjoyable and amazing. You get replies that make sense and are filled with emotion and care, cause you know that person was like "what can I do to make the story proceed and make my partner geek out?"

And I could talk about how much I LOVE writing or adding specific scenes that make the plot more interesting. And if its OC x Canon, How much I love catering and making their love interest do things that makes my partner send me a message fangirling. It always makes me smile and just squeal while rolling around in my bed.

Next Stop: Count On It! is a discord based 20+ Infinity Train OC roleplay, inspired by the structure of traditional Danganronpa OC roleplay. Our cast will explore the mysterious, whimsical, and even dangerous titular Infinity Train among their fellow passengers, learning more about themselves in growth to either leave the train, persevere, or even fall along the way. Each passenger will have a number upon their hand which directly correlates to their specific realization they have to have, and will be allowed to fluidly go up and down as your threads go and the game progresses. Each chapter will have a casual thread period, a status quo shift for thread variety, before finally a varying action sequence to end the chapter.

The game will be aiming at a long-form format as described in our FAQ, of roughly 6-7 months. The game will allow for supernatural, alien, robotic, and fantastical characters, as well as normal humans - although no matter your character’s initial status, they will be trapped upon the train like everyone else! In character action sequences will end each of our five chapters, on top of a prologue and endgame, to help drive the volunteered characters to their final steps to realizing what they really, truly need to. Players will volunteer at the beginning of a chapter to have their spotlight moment at the end of the chapter with at least one other character, in what we hope will drive this unique, character driven adventure we have for you all.

heyo! i'm a 22 y/o trans guy searching for long-term writing partners for both fandom & original roleplays! you must be at least 18 years old to write with me. i will always ask your age before starting a roleplay, even if you have it listed elsewhere.

i write at a literate level in a third-person limited perspective. i always match lengths with my partners, but i'm most comfortable writing anywhere from three to six paragraphs on average. my replies tend to fall on the slower side, taking anywhere from a day to hopefully no longer than a week at most. if it's been longer than that, please don't be afraid to nag me! if i don't hear from you at all after a month, i will assume our roleplay is null. other than all of that, i really have no firm requirements besides being of age.

there's not a whole lot i won't write, but i should mention that i have very limited experience with explicit smut scenes. i don't mind them, but you'll definitely have to bear with me if that's something you'd like to incorporate.

generally, i enjoy writing dark/heavy themes and topics. this isn't a requirement by any means, but please let me know if there's anything in particular you'd prefer to avoid for any reason.

+ Some quick rules first to make sure we're on the same page;

♡ I'm looking to rp with people who are 21+, I'm an adult myself and prefer to write with others who are adults.
