He is "ugly/scary" and absolutely blind on the surface, and looks pretty only in the dark XDD Velocity could be one of the biggest mers, otherwise she wouldn't have survived in the sea since she was unlucky to develop intelligence in that wild survival circle not even knowing that there is a mercity somewhere far
