Oooo Gantfred!!! I have a feeling they don't communicate a lot (esp cause of Manfred being... y'know) and given my headcanon of Manfred liking candy, it will happen sometimes that he steps into his office to find a bag of his favourite kind... After the rage because "how dare anyone step into THE von Karma's office without permission" (he knows all too well who that anyone is) he'll just happen to finish it any way.
