Where my body cannot go, my mind can travel far. - Apparently a single pencil can draw a line which spans 35 miles (not sure who or how that was tested!). - Given the number of pencils I have, I'd say that's enough to go on quite the adventure! - Tomorrow I'll be running the first in a series of online live mandala workshops. There will be a breath based mindfulness exercise which leads into a mandala drawing using minimal materials, and the connecting of dots and circles throughout the universe. - I made this drawing to remind myself of what can be done with just a pen and a pencil and a piece of paper, as these will be the only materials needed for the workshop. - The workshop is FREE (though donations are welcome).
