part 2 of chubby chaser men in jjk!! part 1 here read part 1 first (this has the same cws/tws)
check end for more notes!
---
yuuji itadori
okay we all know his type "tall girls with big butts" but who said he didn't like chubby women too?
this man would be head over heels for his chubby girl, literally. he worships the ground you walk on but he worships you even more! he's your personal hypeman and will literally compliment you first thing in the morning. he'll compliment you all the time.
for example he'll say "yooo the most gorgeous girl ever is here!" when you arrive to class or "who told you to look this perfect every day." there's not a moment where he doesn't compliment you. he loves seeing you smile and tries his best to make you smile around him. he loves you so much and wants you to know that.
if you decide to wear clothes that are revealing or show your body a bit more, he'll lose it. you look absolutely breathtaking and he won't shut up about it. you don't even have time to think about any insecurities that you might have because he's complimenting you each and every second he can.
will have his hands on you at all times (unless you tell him no), will hold your hand or have a hand on your thigh or on your back. loves pinching the sides of your stomach and waist because they're so lovely and soft, he loves it. he loves playing with your boobs too but not in public (since that's a bit too perverted in his opinion).
his favorite position? all of them. his favorite position changes every time but he'll never miss a chance to eat you out. "suffocate me with your thighs," he says half-jokingly. no but seriously, he loves everything about you.
---
nanami kento
this man is 100% a chubby woman enjoyer, sorry I don't make the rules!
he loves coming home after a long, exhausting day and just running into your arms to cuddle (or make love ;). he loves hugging you and holding your hand. he loves making you sit on his lap as he hugs you and kisses you and compliments you. he wants you to play with his hair because it makes him calm down. loves laying on your lap because it's just so soft and comfortable!!
he buys you gifts, from your favorite flowers to pretty jewelry that you saw on your walk around the city with him. he loves buying you beautiful dresses and making you feel beautiful (because you are).
if you want to show off your body by wearing tight or revealing clothing he's absolutely going to hype you up (he always does). he's so in love with you, all of you.
his favourite position is missionary. he loves seeing your face and your gorgeous body as he fucks into you. he always has to be touching you with his hands when you two have sex. he'll have his hands on your waist, softly pinching the softness and just holding you in place. he wants to make you feel good too because you deserve it, will prioritize your pleasure over his because you deserve the absolute best and only that, nothing less.
---
junpei yoshino
this man needs more love but oh my god he has a lot of love to give (to you) too. he loves chubby women. end of story.
he loves cuddling you more than anything, he loves being the big spoon because it makes him feel like he can protect you and give you all of his love but he loves being the small spoon too because you make him feel safe and comfortable.
he's super shy but his shyness is no longer there when he sees you. he loves complimenting and praising you, and if he sees someone being mean to you, especially if they're making you feel bad about the way you look, he won't hold back. he's not the strongest fighter but he'd do anything for you. and he has friends (yuji n the gang) who can and will fight.
he gets insecure a lot because how could someone so perfect like someone like him? but you're always there to reassure him and he does the same for you. he could never see himself being with anyone else and he doesn't even want to think about it.
he loves tittyfucking; he loves having his dick in between your boobs and cumming on them and your face- he loves how you look and thinks you look drop dead gorgeous like that, too. he's very shy in bed, though, so he has to constantly hide his face (because he's embarrassed and you look too good so he can't focus), gets overstimulated and whiny easily which is why he also loves when you ride him because that means he can hide is face in your soft body!!
---
THANK YOU ALL SOOO MUCH FOR THE LOVE ON PART 1!!! we love chubby girls! (if you don't then just go away) I seriously appreciate all of you!!
also lmk if you guys want a part 3!!

You don’t give him the chance to get jealous.
How could he? When you don’t even realize how utterly dismissive of other possible “suitors” you are. Not giving anyone a second glance, eyes straying over to where he is if you two happen to be in the same room, reserving that sweet tone of your voice for when you call his name, shamelessly flashing that pretty ring he gave you whenever someone gets too close for comfort.
It’s not as if he wants to be jealous, far from it. It’s just baffling to think that, in all of your years together, he can’t remember any time he felt threatened by another. To make him burn with anger and freeze in fear over losing you is but a mere fantasy for those who admire you from afar, knowing that you will never like them back.
It hits him one day when you're all hanging out with your shared circle of friends and acquaintances, laughing at their antics and engaging in friendly banter with those closest to you. His friends, in particular, are well aware of his jealous streak, inquiring about the green-eyed beast they had seen in his younger years with past lovers. If the confused look on your face isn't enough indication, his own hesitation before answering gives them all the information they need. They're skeptical, of course. Him? Never getting jealous? What a joke.
"I've never seen him jealous," your earnest answer leaves them gobsmacked, now staring at him as if he's sprouted four more limbs. "he's not really the jealous type." That's a lie and he knows it, so why can't he think of any event that proves it? He frowns, glancing back at you as if you'd know any better than him. But the loving glint in your eyes when he meets your gaze it's like a sucker punch to the gut, heart throbbing at the sheer adoration making you glow.
Of course, he realizes. It's not that he's suddenly become the type of man who can see his love being flirted with without batting an eye or that he gives people the benefit of the doubt. It's that you have single-handedly helped him overcome his insecurities, healing his emotional wounds with your unbridled love and unwavering loyalty. Similarly, his commitment to you is just as strong, as the trust you've built the longer your relationship progressed further deepened your bond.
He's feeling breathless, in awe of you and hopelessly lovestruck, staring at you as if you're the only person in the room. Your shared friends jokingly gag at the sight, teasing remarks and cat-calls filling the room when he boldly leans in to kiss you, melting into you when your lips move against his own with practiced ease.
It's perfect, he can only sigh in bliss, once again realizing that he'd never find someone who loved him like you did. Someone he loved just as deeply, wholly, and desperately.

Tumblr media
It’s already dark outside when you get to Yuuji’s apartment. Streetlights glimmer with a low electric buzz as you make your way up the concrete stairs. Its unseasonably cold outside, autumn air chilling through the light jacket you found haphazardly stuffed in the back of your car. He’s still blowing your phone up, probably ‘where are you??’ messages like he hasn’t been texting you that for the past fifteen minutes. Like he doesn’t know how far your work is from his apartment. You'd been friends long enough now to know when to answer his texts and when to ignore the incessant buzzing of your phone. “Jesus” you mutter as his ringtone plays. It’s been years but he’s always like this. A little too eager, like a child. Hitting mute, you finally round the corner and knock on his door. Yuuji could be so impatient sometimes.  It only takes one rap against the metal before you can hear the bolts turning, your friend’s cottony pink hair greeting you, eyes scrunched in a bright smile. You can't be mad, not when the smile that covers his face is so genuine.
“You're insane” you huff out at him, stepping into the threshold and shimmying out of your coat in the process. His apartment is always so warm, a little too warm, but his older brother blew a gasket any time Yuuji tried to turn down the heat for you.
 “Am not!” you giggle as he puts a hand to his chest, mock annoyance coloring his face “You just need to be quicker… making me wait and all.” You ignore him, haphazardly kicking out of your shoes before stepping deeper into the apartment.
“isn’t Junpei coming? We have to wait for him anyway.”
“He, uh, didn’t feel like coming out tonight” you can hear the disappointment in his voice at the statement and it’s contagious. Yuuji’s had a crush on the boy for almost an entire year, which is hard to believe given his short attention span and lack of romantic interest. With an audible ‘tsk’ you ruffle his hair, smiling at the little indignant look on his face that threatens to spill over at the touch.
“There’s always next time, Yuuji” he nods, smile returning as he follows you into the living room.
“Was thinkin’ we could watch Cast Away, since you don’t like the scary stuff”. If Junpei were here, you know he’d make you watch a horror movie anyway. Probably send you off to his room during the really scary parts so you wouldn’t ruin the mood. The thought makes you smile, and you eagerly nod as you sink back into the sofa. Yuuji sits down next to you with a huff, fiddling with the remote until the movie starts in the background. He’s probably watched this one a dozen times. You know you’ve seen it with him too many times to count. Without much thought he turns it up before setting the remote back down and picking the blunt up off the coffee table. Thank God he figured out how to roll them up. The last thing you wanted was another thirty-minute session of trying to show him exactly how to do it himself.
Tom Hanks’ boring little life plays out on the screen in front of you as Yuuji mumbles something about how you would’ve rolled it better, and not to judge his sloppy technique. He’s still learning and all. You don’t look his way to reply, only muttering “Free weed is free weed.” as you focus on the movie. He's never told you who his dealer is, and you’ve never outright asked. Whoever he was, he never seemed to be in short supply. All the dealers you’ve met at college were either professional frat boy scam artists, selling little baggies of trash weed to stupid rich boys, or untrustworthy as hell. The type to sell you laced product and not even bat an eye. Good dealers were hard to find. It wasn't surprising Yuuji hadn’t told you, and it didn’t matter since he rarely liked to smoke alone. Yuuji leans back into the couch as he lazily hands the blunt to you, coughing a little at the end of his exhale. You don’t think about it as you take it from his hand.
Friday nights at Yuuji’s feels like routine at this point. Leave work, smoke a blunt or two on his couch as he monologues about the random movie he’s put on, sober up and go home to your empty apartment and sleep in until Yuuji blows your phone up again. Sometimes Junpei or Nobara join in too, but most of the time it’s just you and him. Like it’s always been.
Time feels like syrup as you listen to him ramble, voice a breathy sigh as he tells you behind the scenes facts about the movie. How Wilson actually had his own lines in the script, how none of the sound was useable and had to be added in during post production. A treasure trove of useless facts that you happily indulge in listening to. It’s odd to think of him taking his time to learn such trivial things. The image of him blankly staring at the cast away wiki during lecture swirls in your mind, pulling a chuckle from your dry throat. He’d definitely do something like that. Probably wouldn’t care if he was caught either.
“What’s so funny?” he mumbles, lazy smile almost infectious as you just nod your head at him, eyes averting back to the screen.
Toms already stranded on the island, you think this is the part where he rips out an infected tooth, at least you hope it is. You didn’t want to be around to see that on the screen again.
“You want somethin’ to eat?” you mumble at him, pushing up from the couch.
  “Uh, can you get me a bottle of water?” you nod, with a small chuckle. His eyes are glazed over, half lidded as he watches the screen like he’s absorbing any information that’s being presented to him. In about five minutes he’d probably be asleep.
You hear the scream from the kitchen as Tom finally pulls the tooth out with the blade of an ice skate. You were too squeamish to look at the screen the first time you watched it. Even now, the sound alone was enough to gross you out.
Yuuji’s cupboards are always well stocked with garbage. Chips, candy, instant noodles, anything you wanted. You take another drag from the blunt, head fuzzing over with smoke as you stare at all the options. Sukuna kept most of his food separate, not that you had to worry much about accidentally eating it. The healthy stuff was all his. Mostly stuff that had to be prepared and cooked. You weren’t looking for that shit tonight.
“You should probably eat something!” you call out to him. After a few seconds with no reply, you peek around the corner, unsurprised to see him snoring away loudly on the couch. Go figure.
He usually fell asleep later, during the first half of the second movie. When the blunt was at least half finished.  At least he left room for you on the couch this time.
Not thinking much about it, you grab a pack of cookies and two water bottles. One for you, and one for the bonehead if he decided to wake up any time soon.
Yuuji had left another blunt unattended, letting it idly burn away in the ashtray while he snored unashamedly on the armrest. It wasn’t really a problem, if anything it meant more for you. Yuuji wouldn’t mind, if anything he’d probably be happy that it didn’t go to waste… He probably wouldn’t mind if you smoked the third one either…
~~~
Idly you sip the water, heart pumping faster than it should be, skin feeling clammier than normal. You didn’t feel normal. Nothing felt normal.
He’s been passed out for too long to be easily woken up by the time you start feeling it. ‘It’ being the ever-pressing creep of paranoia along the edges of your psyche. Tom Hanks is screaming as Wilson bobs away from the makeshift raft and you can't help but to think the neighbors hear. That they’re calling the cops for a wellness check as you sit there, unmoving. The ambient lights flickering in through the curtains no longer feels warm, but rather very, very insidious. What happens if you go to jail? Will you lose your scholarship? Do you even have a fucking scholarship? You shake your head to try and clear the thoughts away to no avail. Yuuji’s groaning in his sleep, drool pooling out of the side of his mouth and the sudden impending doom bubbles back to the forefront of your mind. What if he chokes on all that drool and dies and you go to jail because you weren’t keeping an eye on him? Is it possible to choke on your own spit?
Your fears seem to be confirmed as the apartment door swings open, deafening compared to the low mumble of the tv and Yuuji’s deep snores. You can hear whoever it is close the door before walking down the hallway. What if it was the cops? Or even worse, someone here to rob Yuuji? Fuck, if that were the case, you'd have no qualms with them taking everything they wanted. It’s Yuuji’s fault he didn’t deadbolt the door.
You let go of the breath you'd been holding when Sukuna rounds the corner. Eyes flickering to his brother, then to you, then to the blunt burning away in the ashtray.
You must look startled, wide eyes locked on him as adrenaline surges through your body. You must look a little suspicious too.
“You good?” he asks, and you can't help but look away from his heavily tattooed face, eyes instead focusing on how his chest slowly moves under his plain white shirt with each breath. You blink, trying to mimic the natural motion, the steady in-and-out of his lungs filling up and exhaling air.
“Yeah… yeah. I just thought you were someone else.”
“Who?” his voice is demanding, sharp. Its always been that way. Deep and rich and hard to ignore. The only time you’ve been able to hear him speak more than a few words is when he’s bitching Yuuji out over something.
Taking, what you think is a very short moment, you answer.
“The cops?” he’s sighing at the sheepishness in your voice. Obviously connecting the dots as he moves to snuff the lit blunt out in the ashtray.
You can't help it as you continue to talk, to give him more proof of your paranoia as you try to defend your own emotions to him. After too long, he stops you. Hand coming to rub his face in a movement that exposes his true irritation.
“I just wanted some peace and quiet” Sukuna groans. He takes a moment to stare at the ceiling.
Silence hangs in the air like smoke as you try and find the words you need. Tell him that this is a mistake, a misunderstanding.
“I can go, if, if that’s what you wa-“
“Just shut the fuck up y/n.” he snaps, eyes finding yours just as tears threaten to spill. You don’t know why you were being so sensitive. Maybe it was because you’d never even met eye contact with the man, maybe it was because of your mental state, who was to tell. He groans again, moving closer and placing a hand on your head. Big arms encircle your waist as he hoists you up, free hand wiping at the tears sliding down your face as he walks down the hallway.
He’s so warm, how have you not noticed before? It’s not like you had ever been this close to him to truly know. In fact, this is the closest you’d ever been to him, physically and emotionally. You’d never felt comfortable enough, even the other times he’d come home to find you and yuuji stoned out of your minds, he usually left you two to your own devices and acted as if you weren’t there.
Before you know it, he’s plopping you down on his bed, and even just being in the quiet dimly lit room with him is more comforting than it should be. After all, he was being kind, a side of him you rarely saw.
“Still in your work clothes” he mumbles to himself, that layer of irritable disappointment still threading through his words as he curses again. Whispering something about kicking Yuuji’s ass before his big frame disappears out of the room. It hits you then just how focused he is on your well being. He’d focused in on something you thought was a non-issue, fixated on your comfort even if you weren’t.
You can hear him, doors creaking open and rummaging noises distantly echoing from down the hall, but all you can focus on is how the ambient light in his room looks sinister now that you’re by yourself. It doesn’t take long before he’s back, tossing you a pair of Yuuji’s sweats and sitting a glass of water down on the bedside table.
“Come out and let me know when you're changed.” he mumbles, but you already have a hand around his wrist. The touch softly begging him to stay and let you find comfort. Even if Sukuna is as comforting as a rock, it felt wrong being alone. You know it’s wrong, this is yuuji’s older brother, his older brother who’s rarely home, who’s done nothing but ensure your comfort, and yet, you can’t stop the well of feelings bubbling up in your chest at his casual decency. He stays, begrudgingly sighing as he sits down on the edge of his bed. You don’t expect him to give you any privacy, and he doesn’t, but you're too focused on keeping your cool to truly pay attention to the way his eyes roam over your exposed skin, eyebrow raising at the sight of you undoing your bra and tossing it into your pile of clothing.
When you’re finished he asks if you're tired, quieter now, observing you as if he’s come to some new realization while watching you undress. You nod your head, hesitantly sitting on the edge of the bed. Hoping that maybe if you were lucky he wouldn’t make you sleep in yuuji’s room. The thought of being left alone with your own thoughts much scarier than the man in front of you. Even if he kicked you out, you’d probably find yourself on the couch next to yuuji, being kept awake by his incessant snoring. Even now you could faintly hear it, the sound reverberating through the hallway and into Sukuna's room.
Before you can think too much about it, however, hands find your hips, maneuvering you onto Sukuna’s chest as he lays down with you. Every inhale moves your body on his, deep breaths as he slides his palms up to the back of your head, lifting it so you have no choice but to stare into his eyes.
“Feel any better?”. Vaguely, you think this is the nicest sukuna has ever been to you, even if he is forcefully tilting your head back. Usually, you only see him in passing, any words spoken on his part come out as a grunt and nothing more. Yuuji had told you that you were Sukuna’s favorite, whatever that meant. And when you had pressed Yuuji on that sentiment he had clammed up. Said Sukuna only let you stay the night, had only ever been himself around you. Of course you hadn’t known what he meant by that; Sukuna barely acknowledged you, never speaking to you unless he could do so in monosyllabic words or grunts. But tonight, he'd been nothing but kind, at least kind in his own right.
You nod, breath hitching as he mutters out a “good girl” before kissing the crown of your head. There’s nothing further than that, and after a while his deep breaths even out. You feel like a cat, some sort of small animal that their owner has allowed to sleep on their chest. It’s all too docile. Slowly you find yourself drifting off as well.
Your rest ends up being shorter than you would’ve hoped because Its hot. Too fucking hot. Too hot to sleep, too hot to breathe. You need out. Slowly, you slip off the huge t shirt, uncaring of your bareness underneath. You need relief in some form. It takes a few tries before you can roll the sweatpants off of your hips. Maybe if you were sober you would’ve remembered that this was not the time nor the place to be laying yourself bare, but for right now, its hard to remember your propriety. In truth, you forgot about the fact that your were a guest in a grown man’s bed, In truth, you really didn’t stop to think about repercussions. By the time you’re done, you realize you have an audience. Sukuna’s eyes are staring down at you, fingers digging into the meat of your hips to still your movement.
“Sukuna I’m sorry-“
“You trying to start something?”
“No, no I just got hot and- “
“You could’ve gotten the fuck off of me” it only takes a moment before tears threaten to spill at the harsh words, at the mean look on his face as he stares down at you. Its embarrassing, mortifying, that he’s right. Before you can make much progress on getting your body off of his a tight grip on your hips stills you as he readjusts, and places you squarely back on top of him again.
“Such a crybaby” his hips rock up, hands pressing you down further as he moves languidly against you. “Feel that crybaby?” you nod, eyes still focused on his as he continues moving. He’s hard between your legs, every press of his hips squishing into that soft spot at the apex of your thighs, igniting a new type of heat inside of you.
“There’s no use trying to take advantage of me like that,” he grunts, still moving against you “coulda just asked. I’m more than happy to give you what you want.”
Its not like that, at least in your head it wasn’t. You had made too many bad choices tonight, and all of them had led you here. Straddling his wide hips, hands on his chest as you slowly grind back and forth on top of him, gasping at the delicious friction with every swivel. Its surprising he allows it, but Sukuna just calmly rests on his elbows, transfixed with the way the material of his sweatpants moves underneath you, how he can feel the heat radiating from your core like a furnace.
Before long he sits up, hand wrapping around your hip to force you to still. He laughs at the whine that bubbles up from your throat, eyes searching your face as his free hand tangles in between you, pressing in between your bodies until he finds what he’s looking for. His thumb presses down softly at first, gentle and languid strokes over your clothed clit until your eyes flutter shut and you mouth drops open at the sensation. The syrupy feeling doesn’t last long, only a few minutes of his hips bucking up into yours, jostling you each time as his thumb traces careful circles, until he’s had enough and presses down on your clit harshly. His body shakes with laughter as you cry out in overstimulation.
 “such a glutton” his mouth finds your throat, lips closing over your pulse point as his eyes flutter shut  at the feel of your whines vibrating through the skin there. On a harsher thrust your nails accidentally scratch down the expanse of his muscular chest, ripping a growl from him in the process. Before you can apologize, he’s cursing again, hips moving against your own as he pulls and pushes you against him. Your best friend’s brother, beneath you, panting and groaning at the feeling of your nails in his chest. It doesn’t seem real, if anything it’s more believable that you passed out beside yuuji and ended up in a fucked up dream. Unfortunately for you the dull, bruising, ache of his hands on your hips solidifies this as reality, and unceremoniously you're dumped onto the bed, underneath him as he pants above you.
His eyes look crazed, an inch away from terrifying, as he sloppily rips your underwear from you, ignoring the sound of the fabric protesting at such harsh treatment. It feels wrong, and that alone turns you on further. Sukuna’s chest rises and falls in his excitement, and two fingers push into you, gathering slick and messily smearing it over your pussy. His hand is still wet, glistening in the low light as it wraps around your knee, pushing both of them together and up.
“Sukuna – “
 “who told you to speak?” he’s lining himself up, eyes focused as he slowly rolls his hips forward. You never even noticed his sweats came off, never wanted it to get this far, but before you can find your voice -
You expect to feel the harsh burn of him pressing inside of you, but it doesn’t come. instead, his cock is pushing through your thighs, glistening head squishing through sticky flesh as he starts to set a harsh pace. The underside brushes along your folds, gathering the slickness there with every pass as his pace only gets faster.
“Fuck” he groans, hips twitching as he stills, trying to catch his breath at the sensation, at the fucked out expression on your face. He hasn’t even fucked you and yet you look an absolute wreck. You don’t feel much better either. Every slide of his hips forces more wetness from you, more noises from you. The feeling of his fingers digging into to crook of your knees keeps you firmly planted in the moment.
“All of this,” he sighs, finally picking up the pace after being a tease the entire night, “right under my nose this whole time.” the air is pushed out of your lungs as his cock finally rubs against your clit.
The sound of his body slamming against your own fills the room. Sukuna leans down, and for a shocking moment you think he may actually kiss you, but his head goes even lower before you can feel his teeth biting against your neck. There’s no room to breathe with him like this, your hands curling into the red sheets, his mouth unabashedly leaving marks against your throat, its all too overwhelming. The sound of slapping echoes through the room. You’re left adrift in the sensation of Sukuna fucking your thighs so vigorously, the wet schlick of skin on skin, the sound of his panting breaths. Only a few more thrusts against your clit before you’re whining, thrashing against the bed, close to an orgasm that doesn’t come.
“Did you really think I’d let you?” He breathlessly laughs “i’m not that kind sweetheart.”
Sukuna pulls back at the last second, hand on his cock as he jerks off in front of you, kneeing at your spread legs until you’re situated just the way he wants: legs spread, breathless, as he pumps his cock in front of your tits.
“Such a pretty thing” he murmurs, “shame this is all goin’ to waste… maybe one day-“ the groan, and sudden release that bathes your chest, is startling. You’d never thought of yuuji’s brother in this way, moaning above you as he paints your chest white. But now the truth of it was jarring enough for you to see the truth for what it was. You had fucked your best friend’s brother. Had let him finish on your chest, even let him clean you up afterwards and croon sweet nothings into your ear during the process. You were even shameless enough to fall into a peaceful sleep next to him.
When you wake, the room still faintly smells of sex. Fear grips you as you hear something down the hall. Sukuna is long gone, something you’d expected before you even opened your eyes. You know he’s probably left the apartment already, that’s not what scares you. The sound reverberating down the hall is yuuji. Singing over some shitty pop anthem blaring through a speaker. How could you explain away fucking his brother?
Ah heya! Can I request general relationship hcs for Persona 3 confidants like Mitsuru, Akihiko, Shinjiro and Junpei?
General Relationship Headcanons
Fandom: Persona 3
Character(s): Akihiko, Junpei, Mitsuru, Shinjiro
Type of Request: Headcanons
Note(s): You got it!
Tumblr media
Akihiko
Definitely wants to go to the gym with you. Or go on jogs in the morning with you. He's very active and wants to do various exercises with his S/O. Won't push you if you don't want to, but you better at least be a cheerleader for him (he'll be so flustered if you actually cheered for him though).
Constantly makes sure you've eaten. Will ask if you've had breakfast, lunch, dinner, and some snacks. Akihiko just wants to make sure you're taking care of yourself. Doesn't even care if you mention your weight (unless it's something you're serious about), he wants to make sure you eat.
Akihiko isn't the most affectionate boyfriend, but he does check up on you and see how you're doing. Your safety and happiness mean a lot to him and so he wants to make sure you're both.
Junpei
God he's an ass. Obviously he loves you and everything. But he'll tease you, he'll call you "dumb" or small, silly insults he doesn't mean like that. Will also playfully push you too. Just a bit of bullying and he fully expects you to bully him back.
The type of boyfriend that will brag about things you two do. Will smirk and give Akihiko a smug grin as he mentions how you two kissed or made out or something with a bit too many details.
Is a protective boyfriend even if he's a little mean. Maybe too protective at times. Especially if you're more feminine, he'll say that it's his job to take care of you and keep you safe.
Mitsuru
She wants to buy you presents but she doesn't know what to buy. She could just buy something super expensive, but is that really what you want? Will ask everyone in SEES what gifts she should get because she just doesn't know (she's amazed when she finds all the gift recommendations to be pretty cheap).
Mitsuru has a list of common dates she wants to try. Picnics, going to the movies, cheesy cliche things like those. While she could just rent out a fancy restaurant for the two of you, she wants to go on all the classic dates.
Lots of study dates between you two. She's in student council and always tries to be top of her class. So she's constantly studying, but she also wants to spend time with you so you don't feel neglected. Study dates just seem perfect. And if you start doing better in your own classes then that's a bonus!
Shinjiro
Like Akihiko, he makes sure you've eaten constantly. Just because he doesn't take care of himself doesn't mean you can't. Shinjiro will make you sit your ass down so he can cook you something if you haven't eaten.
You definitely have scary dog privilege with him. If anyone gives you trouble or says anything that upsets you then Shinjiro will gladly glare at them (which is usually enough for them to back off - he has a scary face).
He constantly ponders about how he managed to date you. Just how did he get so lucky to actually be in a relationship? He's pushed others away from him, accepting his fate to one day die for his sins. But now he has you and he doesn't understand why he's so lucky. (in reality, you probably pestered him to date you cause he would never ask you out himself because he doesn't deserve it 😒)
Ken, Makoto, Akihiko and Junpei graphics for Rentry/Sentry and Carrd!
This is a part two to THIS :)
Oh my god I just noticed Makoto has a PIECE OF HIS HEAD sticking out of the star I WILL BE FIXING IT SOON Credits aren't necessary, but are appreciated ^^ Please do not repost.
Requests are open through asks by the way! I have a preference for persona 3~5, Baldur's gate 3, and guilty gear, but if you ask for something else that is totally okay by me. (Just keep in mind, if you ask for something outside those I mentioned, it would be super helpful if you could give me the kind of vibe you're looking for as I wouldn't know myself.)
The base icons are from FancyClown_ on pinterest!
Hello! Could i request headcanons for Junpei, Ryoji & Minato (seperate or togethers fine) with another member of sees (the reader) that's like a 'chickbro' to them? The idea came to my head so I thought why not :P
Have a nice day!
persona 3: one of da boys (junpei iori, ryoji mochizuki, & minato arisato)
notes: gn!reader, ryoji and minato can be read as romantic, no spoilers, platonic junpei
Tumblr media Tumblr media
junpei iori
we already know how he is with his sl. loves to goof off, ropes you into doing dumb shit, but will fiercely defend you and your reputation like his life depends on it.
junpei comes from a shitty home, but after joining sees, he found people that he connects with and who accept him, and he wants you to be just the same. he wants to not only be the reason you smile, but to be a shoulder to cry on if need be
you two absolutely scheme to prank the other members of sees (though with junpei, your target is typically yukari)
bff dates to the arcade. you two get... scary competitive.
you are his number 1 hypeman when it comes to chidori. he'll go to you for romantic advice like "is this too cringey?" and you're all "nahh she'll love it!" even if it is a little cringey, they're just too cute <3
Tumblr media
ryoji mochizuki
still flirts because dude can't keep it in his pants (regardless of gender i hc him as pansexual), but depending on if he susses out any romantic interest from you, he jokes around a bit more.
tries out pickup lines on you for feedback. some of them are good, some of them are so bad they're good, some are just... god awful. he's lucky he's pretty.
walks with you to and from school, sits next to you on the monorail, just hangs out in your presence a lot.
wants to try new things with you so bad!! new restaurants! that new bookshop that opened up! going to see that new movie that came out!!!!
probably is pretty touchy, but will back off if you tell him to. he's a gentleman, after all.
Tumblr media
minato arisato
gamer bestie. will spend hours upon HOURS gaming with you, whether it be an mmorpg or something like mario party
you two have like, some kind of secret unspoken code (or, hell, telepathy) that allows you to communicate without speaking.
probably has a really complex secret handshake with you and you only because junpei got too confused to learn and ryoji just... bless his heart, he can't get it right
i hc that he does tarot readings for fun and will totally read your fortune, but will sometimes be a bit silly and completely misinterpret the results for a laugh.
i.e. "what does that mean for my future?" "oh you're gonna die a horrible death after eating spoiled food" "minato >:("
he brings out a more deadpan side of you, i bet
Tumblr media
a/n: hope you like it!! since junpei/ryoji/minato are like, a bestie squad in canon, it's 100% implied that if you're friends with one, you're friends with the other two.
Chapter 30
"That's a bit too tight, Junpei," you teased lightly, feeling the tug on your scalp as Junpei struggled to twist your hair into a neat braid.
"Ah, sorry!" he stammered, immediately loosening his grip. His fingers trembled slightly, showing his nervousness.
You chuckled softly, the sound warm and comforting, like the sun breaking through clouds on a cold day. "Relax, you're doing just fine," you reassured him, watching as a faint blush crept up his cheeks. His hands resumed their task, this time with more care, each movement deliberate, as if he was weaving something precious.
"You need to loosen up sometimes, Junpei," you added, your tone playful, as if guiding a skittish animal. "Or else people might think you're too uptight."
Junpei finished braiding your hair, his brow furrowed in concentration as he tied off the braid with delicate fingers. For a moment, he seemed to hesitate, his gaze lingering on the finished braid as if it held some deep significance. When he finally spoke, his voice was barely above a whisper, laced with uncertainty. "But… you like me, right? Y/n-san?"
You stood up, smoothing out your uniform with a practiced grace, your movements as fluid as water. The slight shift of fabric was the only sound in the room for a moment. "Of course I do!" you replied, your voice light. You reached out to give Sugar, a quick, affectionate pat. The dog nuzzled its head on your hand, its presence grounding you in the moment, a familiar comfort.
"By the way," you continued, seamlessly shifting the conversation as you knelt down to coo at Sugar, who responded with a soft purr-like growl, "what’s on your schedule today, Junpei?"
Junpei scratched the back of his neck, clearly flustered by the way you lavished attention on Sugar. There was something almost calculated in the way you divided your attention, making him crave it even more. "Uh, I have to study, and then I’m supposed to assist Ijichi-san with some reports," he replied, his voice a mixture of pride at the responsibility and nervousness at the thought of disappointing you. "Good luck at the training, Y/n-san."
As you both stepped out of the dorm, the crisp morning air greeted you. You offered Junpei a polite smile, watching as he bowed his head in front of you, a gesture of respect that had become almost instinctual for him. Without thinking, you reached out and ran your hand gently through his hair, your touch light yet authoritative. The action caused a surge of emotion to flood through him, his heart pounding as if trying to break free from his chest.
"Take care of Sugar for me, alright?" you said, your voice soft yet commanding, each word laced with an unspoken power.
“Oh yeah by the way, the transfigured human in my closet. Get rid of it for me please.” As you turned to leave, you could feel Junpei's gaze lingering on you, his thoughts a whirlwind of loyalty and admiration, his devotion to you deepening with every passing second.
-
“You're late, Y/n,” Maki remarked, pausing mid-strike as she sparred with Megumi. Both of them turned to you with varying expressions—Maki’s was stern, while Megumi’s held a hint of curiosity.
“Sorry,” you responded with a smile as you made your way down to the field where the others were training. Maki and Megumi were in the midst of sparring, their movements sharp and precise, while Nobara, Inumaki, and Panda practiced their landing nearby. "I went to the admin to make some adjustments to my uniform. I also requested a customized uniform for Junpei."
“Junpei? Didn't know you took babysitting jobs so seriously,” Maki teased, a smirk playing on her lips as she tilted her head.
You rolled your eyes playfully, a soft chuckle escaping your lips. "Can't help it. I'm a responsible student, after all."
“Y/N!” Nobara's voice rang out as she disentangled herself from Inumaki, who had caught her mid-fall. Her expression was one of mock indignation as she pointed at you, her finger almost accusatory. “GOD! IT'S YOUR TURN!”
“Konbu.” The cursed speech user turned to greet you as he helped Nobara.
“Nobara, always so dramatic,” you teased, a playful grin spreading across your face as you strode toward Panda. The tension in the air was light. Your steps were deliberate, but your posture remained casual, exuding the confidence of someone who knew exactly what they were doing.
“Alright, it’s my turn,” you announced, your voice steady but laced with a hint of anticipation. Panda grinned, a playful challenge in his eyes as he grabbed onto your feet with a firm but careful grip.
Without hesitation, he began to spin you around, the world blurring into a whirlwind of colors and shapes. Despite the speed, you remained composed, your senses keenly aware of every movement. The rush of wind against your face was exhilarating, but your focus was on the landing.
With a powerful swing, Panda released you into the air, sending you flying in an arc that might have disoriented someone else. Inumaki was below, ready to catch you, his stance prepared. But you had no intention of needing the assist.
Twisting your body mid-air, you adjusted your position with practiced ease, your feet finding the ground in a controlled, graceful landing. You absorbed the impact with a slight bend of your knees, rising smoothly to your full height, a smirk playing on your lips.
The others watched, a mix of admiration and amusement on their faces. Nobara rolled her eyes, but there was a hint of a smile tugging at her lips. “Show-off,” she muttered, though the teasing edge in her voice softened the words.
“You know you love it,” you shot back, brushing off the faint dust from your uniform. Panda chuckled, clearly impressed. “Nice landing, Y/n. You’ve really mastered that.”
“Had to, with the way you launch people,” you quipped, earning a laugh from the group.
“You’ve already aced the landing, same goes with hand-to-hand combat. I guess it’s time for you to focus on one thing,” Panda began, his tone turning a bit more serious. But the moment he started, your expression soured, your displeasure clear.
“Shake,” Inumaki agreed, his voice calm but insistent, backing Panda up with a simple word from his limited vocabulary.
You sighed, feeling the weight of their concern. “I don’t need to train my stamina. I have enough endurance,” you insisted, trying to shrug off the suggestion.
“Really?” Nobara chimed in, her eyes gleaming with mischief. “I could hear you panting every time you walk up the school grounds.” She smirked, crossing her arms. “You even groan when you see stairs.”
You rolled your eyes, waving off her comment. “Why do I have to, anyway? If I get tired, Pochita could take over, or I don’t even need to fight in the first place,” you said, your tone nonchalant as you plopped down onto the grass, clearly not interested in continuing this conversation.
“Okaka,” Inumaki disagreed, his expression soft but firm. He stepped forward and gently but firmly pulled you up, his hand strong as he guided you to your feet. There was a gentle insistence in his touch, one that you couldn’t easily dismiss.
“How about a quick jog with Inumaki around the school?” Panda suggested, his voice light, but you could tell they were serious. Nobara nodded enthusiastically, her grin widening as she saw your reluctance.
“No,” you replied flatly, your tone leaving no room for negotiation—or so you thought.
-
“God, I hate this,” you muttered under your breath as you jogged alongside Inumaki, who seemed completely unfazed by the exertion. His pace was steady, his breathing even, while you struggled to keep up, every step feeling like a small act of defiance against your own body.
Inumaki glanced at you, his expression unreadable but his concern evident in the slight furrow of his brow. “Takana?” he asked, his voice laced with concern, even in that one-word inquiry.
“No,” you insisted, trying to keep your tone firm, but it was hard to sound convincing when you were out of breath. You barely had time to focus on his worried gaze before your foot caught on a rock, sending you stumbling forward.
The next thing you knew, you were tumbling down the hill, the world spinning around you. Grass and dirt blurred past your vision until you finally came to a stop at the bottom, lying there for a moment to catch your breath.
You groaned softly, before pushing yourself up into a sitting position just as Inumaki reached you, his expression more worried now as he crouched down beside you. “Takana?” he asked, his voice gentle as he scanned you for any injuries.
You waved him off, feeling a bit embarrassed. “I’m not injured,” you assured him, though your pride was definitely bruised. But Inumaki wasn’t having any of it; he continued to check you over, his hands hovering as if unsure where to help without causing more harm. “Though, if it helps, I don’t wanna do this ever again,” you added, a slight whine in your voice as you grabbed his arm, your eyes pleading for an escape from this torture. (Which usually work with Yuuji if you want to escape a chore)
Inumaki didn’t respond immediately, his eyes meeting yours with a mix of exasperation and affection. His grip tightened just slightly, a silent promise to make sure you were okay. Then, after a moment, he sighed and shaking his head, helping you to your feet.
You dusted yourself off, grimacing as you looked back up the hill. The thought of jogging back up made your legs feel like jelly. But when you glanced at Inumaki, who was already beginning to jog back up with that same steady pace, you couldn’t help but sigh in resignation.
“Fine, I’ll finish it,” you muttered under your breath, more to yourself than to him, before forcing yourself to follow.
Inumaki slowed his pace just enough for you to keep up without tripping, this time his presence beside you somehow making the jog a little more bearable.
When you finally made it back to the top, Inumaki turned to you, a small, proud smile tugging at the corners of his lips. “Yay!,” he said, clapping, offering you a quick nod of approval.
“Yay.” You lifelessly celebrated with him, your tone tired but grateful. As you and Inumaki began making your way down the hill, your legs still trembled slightly from the jog. You hid your frustration behind a mask of calm, not wanting to show any sign of weakness in front of the others. You were always in control, after all—both of yourself and those around you.
Inumaki, ever observant, must have noticed the tension in your movements. Without saying a word, he moved closer, his arm brushing against yours. His presence was steady, but you could sense his concern, even without him speaking. He was reliable that way, a trait you found useful. His cursed speech made him a powerful ally, and it was always good to have him on your side.
You flashed him a polite smile, masking the calculating thoughts swirling in your mind. Before you could politely decline his silent offer of support, your foot slipped on a loose patch of gravel. Inumaki reacted instantly, his hand gripping your arm firmly to steady you, pulling you to his side.
“Sujiko,” he murmured softly, his voice carrying that familiar note of concern.
You let out a soft sigh, realizing that perhaps accepting his help would be more beneficial in the long run. "Thanks," you muttered, the word tinged with just the right amount of humility to make him feel appreciated, though you were already thinking of how to turn this moment to your advantage.
Inumaki’s expression remained neutral, but you could see the faintest hint of a smile. He nodded once, then more deliberately offered you his arm. This was perfect—you could allow him this small victory. Building trust was essential.
Looping your arm through his, you kept your expression composed, hiding the satisfaction of knowing how easily people could be swayed with a bit of kindness. Inumaki’s presence was steady, his pace matching yours perfectly as you descended the hill. You noted his subtle adjustments, his protectiveness. It was always good to have someone willing to support you without question.
As you neared the training grounds, the sounds of your classmates’ exercises became clearer. Panda and Nobara were practicing landing techniques with the usual intensity, while Megumi and Maki were locked in what looked like a serious sparring match.
“Oi! Y/n, Inumaki!” Nobara’s voice cut through the air, her grin wide and teasing as she waved. “Took you long enough! What, were you giving her a piggyback ride, Inumaki-senpai?”
Panda chuckled, eyeing you both with a knowing smile. “Looks like you’re in one piece, Y/n. Inumaki must’ve done a good job keeping you upright.”
You maintained your polite smile, hiding any irritation behind a mask of calm. “Very funny, guys. We just took our time getting here—no need to rush perfection,” you said smoothly, a hint of playful arrogance in your tone.
Inumaki shook his head slightly at Nobara, his expression unreadable. He then turned to you, giving you a gentle nudge forward. His loyalty was evident, something you made a mental note of—loyalty was something to be cultivated and used wisely.
As you reached the training area, you unhooked your arm from Inumaki’s and stretched casually. “Thanks, Inumaki-senpai,” you said, your voice soft but with a tone that made it clear you were still in control of the situation.
“shake,” he replied, nodding, and you caught the subtle warmth in his eyes. Perfect.
Panda grinned, clearly enjoying the dynamic he thought he was observing. “You two make a good team. Maybe we should pair you up more often.”
You scoffed, waving his comment away as if it were nothing. “Don’t get any ideas. This was a one-time thing.” Your voice was light, but the undertone was clear—you wouldn’t allow anyone to think you needed help regularly.
But even as you dismissed Panda’s suggestion, you filed it away in your mind. The idea of pairing up with Inumaki in future training sessions could be useful. His cursed speech was powerful, and keeping him close would ensure he remained a valuable asset.
“You survived,” Nobara teased, her tone dripping with mock surprise. “I’m impressed.”
“Barely,” you shot back, rolling your eyes as you finally allowed yourself to sit down, your body grateful for the reprieve.
“Tuna tuna!” Inumaki added, his tone playful as he gave you a thumbs-up.
Panda chuckled, clapping you on the back with a paw that almost knocked you over again. “Well, at least you know you can do it now,” he said, his voice light but sincere.
You nodded, still catching your breath. “Yeah, yeah… But don’t expect me to make a habit out of it,” you grumbled, but the small smile on your face betrayed your words.
As the group settled back into their training routines, you sat there for a moment longer, feeling the quiet camaraderie that had built up between you all. Inumaki sat down beside you, you couldn't deny, his presence was comforting, and for once, you found yourself glad that they had pushed you—just a little bit.
Endnotes: as a celebration for the 30th chapter :DDDD here's a cute scene between the siblings. (also I love Yuuji)
-
Secret Scene 1: Apology
Timeline : Sometime after Yuuji got resurrected.
“Yuuji…” you called softly, your voice tentative as it cut through the tranquil evening. He turned to face you, his eyes widening in both curiosity and concern. “I’m sorry,” you continued, your gaze dropping to the ground as if it could help you find the right words. Apologizing felt so foreign, almost as if you were speaking in a language you hadn’t used before.
Yuuji tilted his head, a familiar gesture that spoke of his confusion and his desire to understand. “For what, N/n-chaaan?” he asked, his tone light and teasing, though his eyes searched yours for the deeper meaning.
“For the argument,” you said, barely above a whisper. “I know it’s late, but I want to apologize for not listening to you, for not respecting your wishes.” You paused, the weight of your emotions making it hard to continue. “I guess I just want to apologize for the way I acted. For ignoring you for weeks.”
You turned away, unable to meet his gaze. The silence that followed felt almost unbearable, but you forced yourself to continue, laying bare the turmoil you’d been hiding. “I was scared of losing you,” you admitted. “Seeing you die right in front of me that day—it terrified me. I couldn’t bear the thought that someday, you might die, and there’d be no coming back. Just because you’re the vessel of Sukuna…”
Your voice cracked, the raw emotion threatening to overwhelm you. You took a deep breath, steadying yourself. “I swear, Yuuji, someday… I’ll find a way to get rid of Sukuna without sacrificing you. I’m going to—” Your words tumbled out in a frantic rush, but you were abruptly interrupted as Yuuji’s strong arms enveloped you in a firm embrace.
“I was never mad at you for that, N/n,” Yuuji said softly, his voice warm and soothing against your ear. His embrace was a solid comfort, the steady beat of his heart a reassuring rhythm against your own frantic pulse.
You froze momentarily, stunned by the sudden closeness. Then, slowly, you relaxed into his embrace, the tension in your body easing. “I know you were just worried,” Yuuji continued, his voice gentle and understanding. “And I’m sorry I didn’t make it easier for you to talk to me.”
You clung to him, burying your face in his shoulder. “I just don’t want to lose you,” you whispered, your voice muffled but filled with raw emotion.
Yuuji paused, unsure of what to say next. His hand gently rubbed your back in soothing circles, a comforting gesture that spoke of his unwavering support. “We’ll find a way, together. And until then, I’m not going anywhere.”
The certainty in his voice brought a small, tentative smile to your lips. You pulled back slightly, looking up at him with a mixture of relief and gratitude. “Thank you, Yuuji,” you said softly, your voice steadier now.
He grinned down at you, his usual bright and carefree smile returning. “Anytime, N/n. We’re in this together, remember?” You nodded, feeling a renewed sense of hope and determination.
“Hey, when did you stop calling me Onii-chan, imoutoooo?” Yuuji teased, a mischievous grin spreading across his face as he bumped his shoulder against yours. “Where’s the apology for that?”
You couldn’t help but laugh, the sound light and genuine. “Maybe when you stop being taller than me,” you retorted, playfully nudging him back. “Besides, you’re only a few minutes older than me, Yuuji. Just a few minutes!”
Yuuji chuckled, the warmth in his eyes reflecting the deep bond you shared. “Height doesn’t define an older brother’s role, you know. Plus, it’s not just a few minutes; the papers say I’m older than you by 23 whole minutes.” He said, feigning a pout and crossing his arms over his chest. “It’s about wisdom, experience, and… well, height.”
“Oh, is that so?” you teased, raising an eyebrow. “I guess I should start calling you ‘Little Brother’ then? My precious cute little brother.”
“Hey!” Yuuji exclaimed, pretending to be offended. “I still have some growing left, okay? Besides, I’m plenty wise and experienced.”
“Sure you are,” you replied, rolling your eyes but unable to suppress a smile.
The playful banter felt comforting, a warm blanket against the cold uncertainties of the world. It was a reminder of the unbreakable bond you shared, one that neither Sukuna nor any sorcerers could ever sever.
As the laughter died down, Yuuji’s expression softened. “Seriously though, N/n,” he said, his tone sincere. “I’m glad we talked. I missed this… missed you.”
“Me too, nii-chan,” you admitted, the words feeling right as they rolled off your tongue. “Let’s promise not to let anything come between us again, okay?”
“Promise,” Yuuji agreed, holding out his pinky finger. You linked yours with his, sealing the promise with a silent vow to always stand by each other, no matter what.
Yuuji ranting to the second years: I really struggle in feeding yn vegetables.
Maki: What? That does not seem like her and she's old enough to know what she's supposed to eat or not.
Nobara: The thing is she's a real handful
Megumi: Real handful
Panda: You know what, Inumaki is really good at hiding vegetables. Wanna try using his tricks to yn-chan?
Inumaki: *nodding*
Yuuji: really you'd do that senpai?
Inumaki: *nodding now with a confident grin*
*later than night*
yn: it's weird how you all suddenly thought of having dinner together
Yuuji: isn't it great? Inumaki-Senpai even cooked spaghetti! It's really meaty
yn: it is
Yuuji*nervously*: So, uh, how’s the spaghetti, Y/n?
Y/n *suspiciously*: It’s… fine. But you’re acting weird.
Megumi: *fake-casual* What do you mean? We just thought it’d be nice to have a family dinner. Nothing weird about that.
Panda: *too eager* Yeah, nothing at all! Plus, Inumaki put a lot of love into that spaghetti.
Y/n: A lot of love…?
Inumaki: *grinning widely and nodding*
Maki: *trying to keep a straight face* Just eat up, Y/n. It’s really healthy for you.
Yuuji: *practically sweating* Yeah, you always say you want more protein, right?
Y/n: *narrowing her eyes* Why do I feel like there’s something you’re not telling me?
Nobara: What? No, of course not! Just eat up!
Y/n: *takes another bite, chewing slowly* …It’s really meaty, but there’s something… different about it.
Inumaki: *nodding enthusiastically*
Yuuji: It’s just Inumaki-Senpai’s recipe! Nothing weird!
Y/n: *suddenly pauses, then glares at Inumaki* Wait a minute… there’s something green in here. What did you do?
Inumaki: *innocently shrugging his shoulders*
Yuuji: *stammering* Uh, he means it’s just seasoning! Totally normal—
Y/n: *yanks out a finely chopped green speck (so small that not even a normal human could see but for the sake of the scenario) from the sauce* Did you put broccoli?!
Panda: *choking on laughter* Well, surprise!
Y/n: *furious* You hid vegetables in my food?!
Inumaki: *gives a thumbs up, still grinning confidently*
Yuuji: *desperately* It’s for your own good, Y/n! You need to eat your greens!
Y/n: *glaring* You think you can trick me with spaghetti? Do I look like a child?
Megumi: *under his breath* You sure act like one…
Y/n: What was that, Megumi?
Megumi: *deadpan* Nothing.
Yuuji: *pleading* Please, just eat it. We’re all worried about your health.
Y/n: *sighs* Fine. But just this once. Next time, you won’t get away with this!
Inumaki: *grinning in triumph*
Yuuji: *relieved* Thanks, Inumaki-senpai, you’re a lifesaver.
Nobara: *smirking* Can’t believe it took a whole team effort to get Y/n to eat vegetables. What’s next, hiding them in desserts?
Maki: *grinning* Don’t give him ideas.
Y/n: *glaring at everyone* You’re all going to regret this. Mark my words.
*meanwhile, Junpei (who learned how to cook from his mom) preparing a bento box*
Junpei: oh me? Yeah I'm an expert at feeding her vegetables, she never knows.
Do the ends justify the means?: A Zero Escape analysis
I'm not here to answer a nuanced philosophical question, sorry. At least not in any way beyond "it depends on the ends, and it depends on the means". If you'd like to leave your own opinion, as of the time this post was made, I have a poll open for that. A while ago, somewhere on Tumblr, I read a post criticizing the moral framework of Virtue's Last Reward, saying that the game (and especially the formatting of the AB Game), right down to its title, says "morals are for suckers" in comparison to 999 being driven by compassion. I don't agree with this premise (and if you're OP of that post, I apologize for making an example of you), but nonetheless I wish to take a closer look at the moral framework driving all three Zero Escape games, and ask: what exactly does Zero Escape as a franchise believe about the ends and the means?
DELTA: Don't be mistaken. If we do nothing now and let time pass, an even worse future awaits. A religious fanatic will trigger a nuclear war with a terrorist attack. Eight billion... All of mankind will perish. Unfortunately, the fanatic's identity is unknown. Therefore I decided to kill six billion people.
AKANE: Why...
DELTA: By doing so, I will have a 75% chance that they are among the virus's casualties. To tell the truth, history has proven me right.
JUNPEI: So...to kill one person, you'll sacrifice six billion...?!
DELTA: It is to save two billion people.
AKANE: And that's how you used Radical-6...
DELTA: You don't believe that's the ethical choice?
AKANE: What?! Of course I don't!
JUNPEI: Is that all you think human lives are worth?! Do you feel nothing as you kill off a whole bunch of innocent people?!
I'm opening with this because Zero II, aka Delta, is the most extreme of the Zeroes in terms of how far their means go to justify their desired end. Delta's desired end, as textually expressed (or at least one of them), is to assemble a group of SHIFTers capable of creating a timeline where Radical-6 is unnecessary and the world doesn't end.
Zero is, generally, painted as this somewhat mysterious shadowy villain, an intimidating presence that looms over the game Zero runs, even as the characters figure out that someone among them must be Zero themself. At first the player's not sure why Zero set up the Game -- for entertainment? For some kind of fucked up experiment?
But with the reveal of Zero's identity also comes the reveal of Zero's motives.
I get everything now... At last, I finally understand what all of this means. I know why the Nonary Game was held today. I know why we were kidnapped and brought here. It was all for this moment. All of this was planned out to lead to this one moment. Oh my God... This is...this is insane! I...I can't believe it, but there's only one possible answer... June is--Zero is--Akane Kurashiki. She recreated the history of the future that she had a glimpse of, 9 years ago. She tried to save herself that way 9 years ago-- No! She's trying to save herself right now! That means that there's only one thing for me to do. Even if this is all some sort of insane plan... I will save her... I will save...Akane Kurashiki. I must save her, no matter what!
(minor edits made to game's script here for readability)
Nothing about Zero's motivations is ever simple, regardless of the game -- Delta is not alone with his complex motives. In 999, it's left uncertain what exactly Zero's motivations are for a while. It's only once you start to learn about the first Nonary Game and the experiments conducted there that you start to get a picture of what's really going on, and even then, it's not truly an accurate picture. You start to see the outlines of a possible revenge plot, of the men at its center, of the targets placed on the backs of Cradle Pharmaceutical's executives. But ultimately, it's not really about revenge, though that's kind of a component. It's about saving a girl trapped in a paradox. The Cradle Pharmaceutical executives could have gotten out alive -- and for that matter, the game was designed so that the door was left open. Revenge wasn't the true goal, though perhaps it was optimistic to believe in a timeline where Ace wouldn't kill the others, all things considered. Is Akane's life worth the lives of the Cradle Pharmaceutical executives? Is Akane's life worth the trauma she inflicted on the others and re-inflicted on Clover and Light? The game hardly leaves any time for an answer from anyone besides Junpei. And Junpei won't let Akane die.
We never see Akane, so we don't get too much more rumination on this. Do the ends justify the means? Someone needed to save Akane's life, and danger is required for the morphogenetic field to work. And I don't think there's anyone who would want to let 12-year-old Akane burn in the incinerator (besides the person who put her there), regardless of what she has to do in order to avoid being burned.
Virtue's Last Reward and Zero Time Dilemma both massively up the stakes from 999. What hangs in the balance isn't the fate of a single girl, but the fate of the whole world.
Virtue's Last Reward places an emphasis on predestination -- not that 999 didn't have those aspects, but that the future was much less certain in 999 in comparison. Akane is both dead and alive, but in Virtue's Last Reward, the apocalypse has already happened, and the world has already died. What matters, then, is not the timeline that we are present in, but the timelines that could be. In End or Beginning, you're left with that hope for a better timeline -- hope that the Sigma that jumped to December 2028 can create a better timeline. But in the meantime, this Sigma is stuck in this timeline, and that won't change for another forty-five years.
Would I...would we really be able to change the course of history? No...that was the wrong way to look at it. It couldn't be a question. I had to change history. We could save the world. I'm going to change history. I stared at the darkening skies above us, and steeled myself. I would succeed.
Sigma comes to the same conclusion as Junpei in 999: someone needs saving, and so the past must be changed. Becoming Zero is necessary because he already has before. "What you are, I was; what I am, you will become." Sigma is the one caught in the paradox this time, because if he runs from the fate in front of him, then there isn't even a semblance of hope that things could change.
But that's not where the game ends, thanks to natural disasters in Japan.
TENMYOUJI: But what would rewriting their history mean? The nine [bikers] who survived lived full lives. How can it be right to just erase all that? The survivors overcame their own misery and loss, and made the best they could of the hand they'd been dealt. Isn't that worth something? Isn't that the best thing that humans can aspire to? Is there really any point to a world where everything is happy? Are people who struggle for a better world just idiots? Being human is about fighting even when it seems hopeless, and finding happiness even in a world that hates it. Are you saying that's worthless?
Another Time may not have ultimately been taken into account for Zero Time Dilemma, but it is one of the few times when Zero's mindset -- and the player's mindset, due to experience with 999 and other multi-route visual novels -- is directly addressed and challenged. Life goes on in those abandoned timelines, despite it all.
Zero is always going to be dubiously moral. Putting people in a death game is never going to be something good, no matter how just a cause it is. But Another Time is one of the few times the first two games question directly whether it really is right -- whether all those cross-timeline casualties are really worth it for the ideal nice happy ending.
...of course, Zero Time Dilemma, as with the title, only adds to the moral balance.
Going back to the lines of dialogue we started with here: Akane and Junpei are a group of people who, generally, believe that the ends justify the means. Akane couldn't have been Zero in 999 without that belief, and she undoubtedly has come to fully accept it by the ending of Virtue's Last Reward:
SIGMA: Do you really think I can keep the virus from getting out?
AKANE: You have to. If you don't, billions of people will die. Only you and Phi can save them.
The AB Project, for Akane, is a necessity. She'll do whatever is necessary for a world without Radical-6.
...and this brings us back once more to Delta. How far do the ends have to go to justify the means? ZTD bends over backwards to explain how Delta can still have a somewhat sympathetic motivation by stating that he's fighting fire with fire -- asking the player if they'd rather kill six billion or eight billion people. And the answer, according to the writers, is "fuck that, we're finding a third option"...which is also what Delta wanted, in the end. Delta also gets his motivations challenged a fair bit -- not just wanting to secure his own existence in the form he is currently in, but also everything apocalypse-related.
Zero Time Dilemma never quite settles the question of whether the ends justify Delta's means of getting there. In my opinion, what you make of Carlos's final decision and resolving the ambiguity says a lot about your thoughts on how Delta's means work towards the ends he sought.
But in the end...the characters still accept Delta's premise. The characters are still working to find the person who Delta claims doomed the human race to either nukes or Radical-6 and the annihilation reactors. Zero Escape as a series has firmly lodged itself into believing the ends justify the means, even if that means it has to justify brutal deaths and an apocalypse-causing virus. That isn't to say that it's incapable of questioning the premise altogether, but Zero as a figure is one that cannot exist without the philosophy of a good outcome mattering more than any bad outcomes along the way.
there's a first time for everything
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
pairing: junpei iori x gn!reader (+yukari takeba)
summary: after junpei complains about being single, yukari sets him up on a date with one of her friends aka. you!
Tumblr media
“yuka-tan, i'm not sure i can–”
“if you're backing out now, junpei, i'll never set you up with one of my friends ever again!”
junpei had been pacing around the lounge of the dorms for the last couple minutes now, much to yukari's disapproval. he had been whining for months about wanting to be in a relationship, but at the first opportunity to meet someone new, he's getting cold feet.
“i don't care how nervous you are, they are waiting for you, junpei! so you'll go out there, be nice and give them a great time–!”
finally, yukari had enough of junpei's behavior. with a firm push, she shoved the boy towards the door. junpei whimpered and stumbled, not even fully resisting. and just when yukari opened the door to shove him outside, you knocked.
“there they are–! o-oh man…”
junpei stuttered, his hand shaking as he reached out for the door knob. he took a deep breath, before swinging the door open and trying to act all cool, as if he wasn't just thinking about running off.
but then he saw you and the words got caught up in his throat…
“you must be junpei, right? hi, i'm–”
“y-yes, yukari told me all about you! h-hi!”
junpei didn't even let you finish, as he eagerly replied, before awkwardly laughing when he realized he interrupted you. when you simply smiled as a reply, he slowly turned around, looking at yukari for help.
“don't look at me like that! you never shut up, so why start being quiet now? tell them you think they're cute–!”
yukari's voice wasn't necessarily quiet. you couldn't help but chuckle softly, as you heard her.
“it's okay, you don't have to force yourself to say anything, junpei!”
you gently rest a hand on his shoulder, trying to help the guy calm down a little. yukari had told you all about him, but she had failed to mention how cute he was. he sounded rather… pathetic, the way she talked about him.
“n-no, i– i really think you're cute! and i'm not just saying that because yukari told me to say that–!”
“thanks! i think you're pretty cute too, junpei~”
out of reflex, junpei turned around to seek for yukari's help again. he had never been called cute by… anyone! he had no idea how to react, but yukari didn't seem eager to guide him any further.
“for the love of god… junpei, stop being such an idiot! go out there already and have fun on your date!”
yukari had come all the way to the door again, only to finally push junpei outside and slam the door shut behind him. junpei awkwardly laughed, when he realized he was all on his own with you now…
“is this your first date, junpei?”
“h-huh? what? no, i–”
junpei sighed.
“y-yeah, it is”
you smiled softly, this time taking the boy's hand.
“you don't have to be so nervous. trust me, i've heard the worst about you from yukari already and i still wanted to meet you. it can only get better from now on!”
junpei couldn't believe what he was hearing. after everything yukari told you, you still wanted to meet him? a small smile slipped onto his lips.
“in that case… perhaps you should tell me everything yukari told you about me!”
you smiled amused.
“sure, but only if you tell me everything she told you about me!”
Here's my fucking 999 animatic I've been working on for forever and a half. The song is Nunemaker's Parable by Everybody's Worried About Owen. It has spoilers for every fucking end of 999 because I had a point to make. Still images (with lyrics) below the cut with ID because I liked them enough to show them off, yknow?
There's eleven (11) of them. Sorry. Image ID in alt and also beneath the images themselves.
I don't do digital art often but I am so so musicbrained lmao. Enjoy.
Please oh please may I hear a scrap more of your thoughts on the Arena designs?
Well I mean if you insist...
First Ken and Koromaru. Koromaru design is peak and not just because he's a dog. Koro is wearing Ken's old hoddie which is peak but also does a little bit of story telling via design since it had to be Ken who adjusted the old hoddie and sewed on the wings, telling us that in between Persona 3 and Arena Ken has developed some sewing skills (and has likely worked on more practical skills because he doesn't have anyone who can do it for him).
Now Ken himself... His design is just the Gekkokan uniform with the student council arm band and evoker+holster. Which is boring, Ken's design is boring however, if I am to play devils advocate for a moment, I can kinda get what they were going for. Ken is doing his best to act like a normal middle schooler who has never experienced the horrors, meaning the lack of customisation in his uniform is reflective of his trying in fit in. Now, everyone has seen this design.
Tumblr media
This is one of Ken's concept designs and while this graphic only points out the Shinjiro Peacoat and the Akihiko Sweater Vest, you may also note that Ken has a pocket watch around his neck (a reference to the pocket watch from Shinjiro's portable link). While the way his collar is open is the same way Junpei's was in P3. his jacket is also undone which is a trait shared by both Makoto and Junpei (since neither Akihiko nor Shinjiro wear the school jacket in the fist place). This design also has Ken wearing gloves like Akihiko. This concept design is peak but if I has to guess why they didn't go with it, that's likely because the large coat would make Ken's animations really hard to read, specifically, it'd be really easy to lose track of Koromaru since Koro would blend in with the coat that would also cover the screen. Ken and Koro are already one of the best fighters in Arena they don't need to be made even more difficult to fight.
Now then Akihiko Sanada, he needs to be put down. That's the only adequate way I have to describe him. First of all, why does he have a knife? Second, Why is his evoker on the right side of his body in his offical art but on the left in his actual battle sprite? Third, and this one isn't character design related but, WHAT DO YOU MEAN HE HASN'T CALLED KEN IN ALMOST A YEAR?! I can get over his yapping about body building like, god forbid men have hobbies, (half of the examples people get mad at isn't even Aki talking, it's the illusion the "Protein, protein, and more protein" line is just Naoto hearing things). But, why does he look like that?! you're telling me that mr Dorky sweater vest wearer who halls around his blazer instead of wearing it is going to start dressing like this?!
Tumblr media
Oh and he is also supposed to be 65kg. If you want my 2 cents on how I would redesign Akihiko, personally I would put him in his epilogue clothes but with his blazer over his shoulders (and made a little longer to be both reminiscent of a cape and of Shinjiro's coat, heck maybe even make it Shinji's coat).
Yukari, Junpei, and Fuuka all look great but I don't have much to say about them, since there is nothing egregious about them. Like I said, Junpei's cross necklace is a gift from Chidori and it's a really cute reference. Junpei and Yukari are both in their "work clothes" since they both came straight from their jobs, while Fuuka is in more casual clothes, because she was with Mitsuru, Akihiko, and Aigis.
Mitsuru... She's in a skin tight battle suit with a fur coat. She's in high heals, her rapier's blade is blood red, if anyone else was dressed like that they's look so fucking ridiculous but Mitsuru pulls it off. She's serving cunt and I respect it.
Aigis switching her ribbon for a tie is kinda funny but I didn't even notice it in my play through of Arena and only noticed it when I was watching a playthrough of Q2 and the Robot who was modeled after Aigis was called Ribbon and I went "Wait a minute" and booted up Arena to check, only then did I notice the tie
Bit of a sad one: Mituru, Yukari, and Fuuka comforting Minako's S/O after the end of Persona 3.
God damn it, toku, I was doing so well with my depression before now lmao
Tumblr media
-After you all see Minako one last time at graduation day, you decide to move out of the dorms. It simply brought too much pain being there now.
-Mitsuru had to move out too due to graduating, but she soon hears from everyone else still there that you had moved out too despite not having graduated yet.
-She's rather confused at first but after a few seconds it clicks in her head. It was where you'd met Minako, shared so many memories with her.
-Using her position, it's not hard for Mitsuru to find your address. Your parent(s)/guardian(s) recognize her, naturally and gladly let her in, telling her you've been locking yourself in your room much more than usual.
-She knocks gently on your door before asking to come in. Recognizing who it is you let her. Her eyes immediately soften upon seeing you. You had...well, you'd definitely seen better days, to put it politely.
-Your eyes were red from crying and sunken from not being able to sleep, your hair was a mess, and your room in general was starting to look closer to Junpei's than she would've liked.
-It immediately sets in just how delicate of a situation this truly is. Mitsuru gently, and with some hesitation takes a seat next to you on your bed, settling a hand on your shoulder.
-Minako was incredibly important to her too and she feels bad enough as it is. She can't imagine just how awful you have it as her S/O.
-Her words are soft and gentle, trying to come up with anything that could help soothe the pain deep in the depths of your soul. Minako knew what she was doing when she sacrificed herself, she did it for the good of the world, and so that the people she loved could live their lives to the fullest, even if it was without her.
-She's confident in saying you of all people were at the forefront of her mind when she made her choice, that it was for you more than anybody else. You shouldn't take the gift she'd given you for granted, and do what you wish to do with the time you have.
-She says she's had an idea. a way to honor what Minako did, to continue the work of S.E.E.S where she'd left off, and she'd really appreciate it if you'd join, and she's certain Minako would as well. Having said everything she wanted to say, she takes her leave and gives you some privacy and space to mull over everything she's told you, letting you know that now matter how busy she is, she'll be free to talk anytime.
Tumblr media
-Yukari notices a rather drastic change in you after Mitsuru and Akihiko's graduation. You're a lot more melancholy in mood overall and far less talkative.
-Hell, she barely even sees you. You spend most of your time in Minako's dorm nowadays, only coming out to eat and use the bathroom. If you're a guy she'd normally be the first to chase you out of a girl's dorm, but considering the circumstances she doesn't have the heart to do it.
-Eventually she's had enough of this. She enters the room herself and stops in her tracks. If she were to say honestly you looked awful. Thankfully she had the tact to not actually say that to your face.
-Yukari doesn't really know what to do to comfort someone grieving over their dead girlfriend, so she decides to keep it honest.
-She's pretty fed up wit seeing you like this, she'll say that much to you. This wasn't what Minako died for, for you to mope about in regret and not get over a decision that she made for herself.
-If this was really how you wanted to spend your time, then you weren't making the best of your life, and by extension you weren't honoring what Minako wanted you and everyone else to do, to make the most out of the gift of life they were lucky to have.
-Yukari's words are a bit on the harsher side, but it's a much needed wake-up slap. You realize she's right, Minako didn't die so you could spend the rest of your days moping about.
-With a deep sigh, you take your first real steps out of Minako's dorm in a while, much to Yukari's satisfaction. You're now on the first real steps to recovery.
-It's not going to be an easy road, and probably one you'll never fully complete in your lifetime, but she'll be there with you every step of the way, even if she isn't Minako.
Tumblr media
-After the graduation event at Gekkoukan, Fuuka started seeing you far less than before. You'd avoid everyone in class after the new year started, barely talked, and as soon as school was over you'd head straight back to your dorm.
-Of course even for her it was easy to understand. Minako was your girlfriend. She'd meant more to you than she did to everyone else, realistically speaking.
-That being said, she really hated seeing you like this. It reminded her all too much of herself before she joined S.E.E.S. She didn't know what, but she had to do something.
-Just from the way she knocked on the door gently and shyly, you immediately knew who it was, telling her to come in. You didn't have the heart to chase her away.
-Honestly Fuuka hadn't thought she'd get this far, so she doesn't really know what to do. Once she opens the door she sees you laying down in your bed looking at something on your phone.
-Taking a quick peek at the screen she's met with a picture of you and Minako together, smiling without a care in the world. You seemed to be going through the seemingly hundreds of pictures of you two together, and there was no mistaking the tear tracks on your face.
-Fuuka was never really the best with words, but she knew she had to at least try. The best she had was to speak honestly about the situation.
-She gets how you feel, she really does. Minako was the one to give her the confidence she does now. Losing someone who did so much for you wasn't easy on either of you, or anyone else on the team.
-Fuuka didn't want you to fall into the same old habits she did. Instead of mourning over the fact she's gone while you waste your life away, she encourages you to instead remember the good times you had, those better days together where just being with her was enough to put a smile on your face and lift your spirits.
-It's a simple message, but you can feel how heartfelt and earnest she says this all with, and you figure she as a point. Minako wanted you to be happy, even if she wasn't there with you anymore. You should go do what you wanted to do with her, knowing she'd be there to watch you all the way.
-Fuuka's just glad she was able to do at least something for you. Maybe by doing this she repaid the debt she felt she owed to Minako in cheering up her S/O, at least a little bit.
gojo x original character
Chapter 6: Chaos
summary: Despite her professional demeanor, Ai finds herself unexpectedly flustered by Gojo's antics, causing her to question her feelings and professional boundaries.
genre: modern AU, slice of life, comedy, eventual romance, eventual smut, some angst
A/N: I'm really proud of how this chapter turned out. I'm working with Zark and their notes have been incredibly helpful on adding a whole lot of depth to my story and characters that I was otherwise missing. I'm really grateful to them, so if you haven't checked out any of their work you really should.
Additionally, the song I picked out to go along with this chapter is Yuck by Charli XCX . I love the funky beat on this track and I feel that the lyrics suit this chapter pretty well. I just wish it was longer and promoted properly by her label.
READ ON AO3
The life of a celebrity seemed like a different world to Ai when she was a child. As a kid, she always pictured each famous person walking around in a bubble, like the bubbles children blew at parks and such. They seemed untouchable, otherworldly, even god-like at times in the way they carried themselves. She didn't want to be like them, but she wished she could see the world as they did.
However, if young Ai could see what adult Ai did now she might feel different.
Ai sighed as she watched Gojo Satoru force his younger co-star, Fushiguro Megumi, to teach him how to make shadow puppets on the wall of his dressing room. Between the clicks and flashes from the Geto's camera, Ai wondered if her younger self would find this amusing or if her ideas of celebrities would burst.
The ideas usually did burst over time. Ai remembered her first encounter with Nobara, who looked so poised and elegant when she had walked into the cafe, but slipped into her regular Tohoku accent as soon as Ai mentioned she was from the countryside. It took her by surprise but at the same time, it reminded her of home.
But with Gojo…Ai felt that maybe Gojo Satoru would kill all her ideals of celebrity in an instant, whether that was a good thing or not she wasn’t exactly sure.
“Can I leave?” Fushiguro asked as he put his hands down.
“Don't leave, Gumi-chan,” Gojo whined as he continued to try and make a rabbit with his hands. Since Gojo's fingers were so long, every animal he attempted to make looked pretty grotesque in comparison.
“I think I'm getting it!” Gojo said as he curled his fingers a bit more.
Ai and Junpei tilted their heads as they looked at Gojo's attempt at a shadow puppet. “I don't think that's right, Gojo-san…” Junpei said as he rubbed the back of his neck.
Geto grimaced as he looked through the viewfinder of his camera. “Satoru, that’s awful...” he put his camera down. “Can you make it look less bad?”
“Yeah, it looks more like a monster.” Ai chimed in.
“I accept praise only, thank you ,” Gojo huffed as he continued to move his hands.
Fushiguro sighed and dropped his hands to his sides. “I'm leaving.”
“No,” Gojo whined and grabbed Fushiguro's sleeve. “You're so mean to me, Gumi-chan.”
Fushiguro expertly moved out of Gojo's grasp, sticking his hands in his pockets. “Don't call me that.”
The messy-haired man left the room quickly after without much of a fuss from Gojo.
“Gumi might seem like he hates me, but he's just awkward at showing his feelings,” Gojo said, looking over his shoulder at Ai with a smile.
Ai gave Gojo a skeptical look. “Are you sure about that?”
Gojo gave a firm nod. “Mhm!” He stood up from his chair. “I was friends with his dad.”
“Really?” Ai sat up a bit in her seat.
 Gojo nodded eagerly. “Yup!”
Whenever Gojo started talking it always seemed to go one of two ways. Either Ai would learn something that shattered her idea about the man or he would just lead her down a path to nothing. Gojo was many things, but “concise” wasn’t one of them. She hated to admit it, but he was very good at capturing his audience, or maybe Ai was just a bigger idiot than she knew herself to be.
To save face, Ai chose to believe in the former rather than the latter. Still, she found herself waiting with bated breath for Gojo to continue with the story. “...Well?”
Gojo cocked his head and gave Ai a confused look. “What?”
“...That's it?”
“What's it?”
“...You were friends with Fushiguro-kun's dad.”
Gojo nodded.
Ai gestured in the air as if asking him to continue. However, Gojo similarly moved his arms to hers as if asking her to continue for him. The man was truly insufferable at this point. It made Ai doubt that she would ever get anything from him without having to force it out of the weirdo.
“Gojo!” Ai said in a frustrated tone.
“What?” Gojo held his hands up in defense.
“I thought you were going to tell a story just now.”
Gojo shrugged. “I mean… it's not really my story to tell.”
Ai relented and turned away from Gojo. She thought she was finally getting somewhere with him but he would always just get a bit further out of her grasp. She wondered if he did this on purpose. Knowing Gojo, he probably did.
“ Fine , keep your secrets,” Ai muttered under her breath.
Turning her attention back to the chaos unfolding in the dressing room, Ai watched as Gojo continued his futile attempts at shadow puppets. Despite herself, she couldn’t help but admire his relentless optimism even when each creature he tried to make looked so… ugly .
“Hey, Ai-chan, you wanna give it a try?” Gojo asked as he looked back her way, a large grin on his face.
Ai blinked in surprise. “Huh?”
“Yeah, why not? It’s fun!” Gojo waved her over to join him.
Ai hesitated for a moment, she looked back to Junpei and Geto for anything. Junpei urged her on as Geto quietly took photos. As unsure as she felt there wasn’t much else to do. With a shrug, she decided to indulge the guy a little.
“Fine,” Ai said with a small smile, stepping forward towards Gojo.
Ai tried her best to copy Gojo’s hand movements but only fumbled through making the shapes. How on earth did Fushiguro do this so easily? She thought Gojo wasn’t trying hard enough, but it felt so awkward to hold her fingers in such a way.
Gojo chuckled as he looked over at Ai’s hands. “No, you’re doing it wrong,” he said as he carefully moved her fingers. He smiled at her gently, letting his glasses slide down his nose as he gazed at her.
Ai felt heat rise to her face as Gojo helped her make a rabbit with her hands. She hated herself for it. She felt shy because Gojo was close and touched her fingers so delicately. She didn’t realize that Gojo was capable of being so gentle.
If anyone asked her about it, Ai would deny it. She would lie without hesitance. But she couldn’t deny the thrill she felt from his touch. It was a simple gesture, but it felt intimate as if they were sharing a secret moment despite Junpei and Geto being in the dressing room with them moving around getting shots, and adjusting the lighting.
“Like this,” Gojo whispered, his breath tickling her ear as he adjusted her fingers. Ai’s heart raced from the proximity, her cheeks flushed even more. She found herself holding her breath, not wanting to disrupt the moment, but also hoping that maybe she’d die.
“O-okay, that’s enough,” Ai said, once she heard the shutter of Geto's camera go off. She pulled away from Gojo and quickly retreated towards Geto and Junpei. She felt the need to hide herself from Gojo and for some reason, her instinct was to use Geto and Junpei as shields or to run.
“Are you okay, senpai?” Junpei asked as he turned to face her. “Your face is all red.”
Ai’s heart pounded in her chest, her cheeks ablaze with her own embarrassment. She did her best to muster up a smile and let out a nervous laugh, doing whatever she could to brush off the moment she just had with Gojo but the memory persisted, sending shivers down her spine.
“Y-Yup!” Ai managed to say. “It’s warm in here, right?”
“Is it?” Geto asked as he lowered his camera to check the pictures he had just taken. He wore a knowing smile, his sharp eyes twinkling with amusement.
If Ai weren’t so flustered she’d probably say something to Geto, but her mind was in such a flurry that she had to drop it. Although he could be somewhat irresponsible he was annoyingly observant.
Stupid photographer…
“Mhm!” Ai nodded her head. “I am…going to get some air!” she said as she quickly grabbed her jacket and bag.
Before anyone could say anything else Ai stepped out of the dressing room, and quickly made her way out of the building. The cool air hit her face and she closed her eyes in relief. She took a deep breath and leaned against the wall of the building. When she looked down at her hands she couldn't help but frown. There was a lingering sensation of Gojo’s touch and the warmth of her breath against her ear. Just thinking about it again made her heart race.
She couldn’t believe how easily flustered she had become at that moment. It was such a silly thing to get so bothered about. On top of that, it was Gojo Satoru. The thought of getting so worked up by him made Ai scrunch up her face in disgust.
She wouldn’t have been so upset with herself if she had this reaction from Geto, but no it had to be Gojo. Stupid Gojo with his stupid pretty hair, his stupid impossibly blue eyes, and his stupid nice smile.
She hated him.
Except she didn't hate him. Not even a little. That's what made it worse. Ai could tell herself the same few lies over and over again, but she knew deep down what she was truly feeling. It made her nauseous. She felt like she was going to be sick…She couldn't let the lines blur like this. Gojo was a celebrity. Celebrities were in a league of their own. People developed crushes on Gojo every single day. Ai liking him wasn't anything special. But unlike most people, she had to work with him.
Ai brought her hands to her face as she tried to compose herself. She couldn’t afford to get distracted, not when there was so much still that needed to be done. She wasn’t just going to let her silly emotions get in the way of her job. With a determined exhale, Ai straightened up and made her way back into the building. She wasn't going to let her emotions win.
Heading back to the dressing room, Ai was greeted by Geto and Junpei. Although relieved she was also slightly disappointed that Gojo was no longer there. She wanted to prove to herself that she could handle being in a room with him and stay focused.
“These photos of Gojo-san and Fushiguro-kun are amazing, Geto,” Junpei said as he peered at the small camera display.
Geto nodded proudly, his eyes reminiscent of crescent moons. “Oh thank you so much, supervisor Junpei.”
“Will you two quit it?” Ai sighed as she plopped down on the couch.
The two men frowned at each other, both of them still a bit at odds since the project had started so awkwardly. There was no hostility between them but Geto’s sarcasm and Junpei’s more timid personality made them an odd pair. Thankfully, they were able to manage to work together which made Ai’s life just a tad bit easier.
Junpei started to gather his scattered papers before helping Geto with some of the portable softboxes that he had brought with him. Apparently, Gojo’s dressing room didn’t create the type of lighting that he had in mind for his pictures.
“Better?” Geto asked as he started to put his camera lens away.
Ai nodded. “Better.”
Geto looked as if he had something to say, but continued to help Junpei pack their things. Ai pushed her lingering feelings aside and focused on the task at hand, helping Geto and Junpei pack so they could all get out of there for the day.
“I’m going to call the driver,” Junpei said as he left ahead of Geto and Ai.
Ai nodded and waved the younger man off. She made a note to herself to buy Junpei lunch after all this was over. He took care of all the tedious things that made the job harder, without her even having to ask. The boy was truly a blessing.
“Did you want to get a drink after this?” Geto asked.
Tumblr media
Geto had taken Ai to a rather unassuming bar. It looked a lot like the traditional townhouses littered around Kyoto. Ai thought that if she walked past it on the street she’d miss it. The inside of the small place felt rather sleek and sophisticated with its dark wood counters and stools. For some reason, it reminded her of Geto. He fit the aesthetics of the city so perfectly.
“Take a seat,” Geto said as he sat down near the corner of the bar, gesturing to the stool next to him.
Ai nodded and sat on the stool next to the one Geto had offered her. She was thankful that he didn’t question her decision to create a purposeful space between them. It wasn’t that Ai wasn’t comfortable around Geto, but she felt so at odds with herself because of what had happened earlier with Gojo. She was worried that if she bumped elbows with Geto she might send herself into orbit.
It made Ai wonder if she was a bad person in her past life. If not a bad person in her past life, she must’ve done something to be cursed by someone in this life. She couldn’t come up with a reason as to why either of those things might’ve happened, but that was the only way she could explain this. She had never felt so out of tune with herself before.
Ai groaned and rested her head in her arms. “I’m so stupid.”
Geto eyed Ai with concern as he ordered himself a drink. “...Maybe a little.”
Ai frowned and looked over at Geto with a glare. “You’re not helpful.”
Geto chuckled as he watched Ai and took a sip of his sake. “I wasn’t trying to be.”
Ai pouted as she looked over the drink menu–she couldn’t even handle a White Claw on a good day, so she ordered a "Naked and Famous" without giving it much thought. Although she felt so out of sorts, she was relieved that she could still find some humor in the situation.
The bartender worked fast–it seemed like as soon as they put their orders in the drinks were already in front of them.
Ai took a cautious sip and did her best not to grimace at the bitter aftertaste of the alcohol in the back of her throat.
Ai jutted out her lower lip as she stared at the gross drink in front of her, debating on whether she should try to force herself to drink the rest.
“So Ai-san…” Geto broke the silence, swirling his sake in his cup as he glanced her way. There was an irritatingly smug smile on his face. Ai was almost afraid to acknowledge him. She wasn’t prepared for whatever he was going to throw at her.
“Yes, Suguru-san?” Ai frowned at the demon masquerading as a photographer sitting close to her, her tone dripping with sarcasm.
Geto couldn’t help but snicker at Ai's tone. He bit his lip to keep from laughing before he continued. “Did you get flustered like that around Nobara?”
Ai gaped at him. She wasn’t surprised at his question, but she didn’t expect him to lay it out so frankly. “What would you like written on your headstone, Geto?”
Geto laughed and took a long sip of his sake. “Don’t be so cruel, Ai-san.”
Ai huffed and crossed her arms over her chest. She was starting to seriously regret going out for drinks with Geto. She should’ve opted to go back to the hotel like Junpei and sort through her notes.
“What really happened back there?” Geto asked as he rested his chin in his palm. Unlike earlier, Geto appeared to be more serious now.
His sudden shift in mood threw Ai off completely. She sat up and ran her fingertips along the stem of her glass, trying to distract herself from her own anxiety.. “...I don’t know,” she said softly. “I think I, uh, just got caught up in the moment.”
Geto sipped his sake quietly. While he didn’t say anything his face said it all. He didn’t believe her.
And for the record, Ai didn’t believe what she was saying either. She knew that she was in trouble, but somehow Geto confronting her with her own bullshit made it feel worse.
Ai sighed and leaned back in her chair, her thoughts swirling as she tried to make sense of her own feelings. “I think…I guess– I just got carried away,” she admitted, her voice barely above a whisper.
Geto listened intently, his gaze steady on Ai. He waited quietly for her to continue.
Ai fidgeted with her glass, avoiding Geto’s gaze. “I don’t know…It’s hard to explain. I think it’s just all the time I have to spend with him.” Ai frowned as she tried to make sense of what she was saying. “And he was being so…so… ”
“So Satoru?”
Ai nodded. “So Gojo .” She swallowed thickly. “And then he…he touched my hand, and it was like…I don’t know.” Ai shook her head as she remembered the feeling.
Geto nodded slowly as he listened. “You felt something.”
Ai’s cheeks flushed with embarrassment, but she couldn’t deny it. “Yeah,” she admitted, begrudgingly. “I felt something.”
Geto chuckled to himself causing Ai to glare at him.
“What’s so funny?”
“You like Satoru~,” Geto said in a teasing sing-song voice. How old was he? Ten?
“I don’t like you .” Ai huffed as she turned her head away from Geto. The way he shifted moods so quickly was giving her whiplash.
Geto bit his lip but broke out into a smile. “I know,” he did his best to hold back his laughter. “You like Satoru.”
“Do you want to die?” Ai frowned at him.
Geto raised an eyebrow, his smile widening into a grin. “Nah, not today.” He leaned back in his chair, swirling the sake in his glass. “Maybe next Christmas when I’m left all by myself.” Geto sniffled and wiped a fake tear away from his eye.
Ai rolled her eyes, but couldn’t help but smile. “You’re both really annoying, you know that?”
Geto chuckled as he poured more sake into his cup. “I know…it really gets under your skin, doesn’t it, Ai-san?”
Ai sighed as she stared down at the liquid in her glass. She didn’t want to acknowledge Geto’s question; he'd probably just tease her more.
“We're handsome too, right?”
Ai scrunched up her face as if she had eaten something sour. “No comment.”
“Off the record, then?” Geto asked as he leaned in a bit closer, forcing Ai to look at his annoyingly perfect, symmetrical face.
Ai met Geto’s gaze and pursed her lips slightly as she thought about what to say. She smiled to herself and gave Geto a concerned look, causing his expression to change with hers.
“What?” Geto asked, his tone less playful than before.
Ai reached out her hand carefully to touch Geto’s hairline, causing him to flinch back in confusion.
“Suguru-san…if you keep wearing your hair like that you’ll make your hairline recede even further,” Ai said in the most serious tone she could muster.
“You're no fun,” Geto said with a pout as his hand went up to feel where his hair met the top of his forehead. “Joking like that …my father is bald.”
Ai chuckled at Geto, but her mixture of feelings continued to stir within her. She couldn’t help but feel a mixture of frustration and embarrassment. She always prided herself in her professionalism, but now…She was so upset she didn’t even want to admit what she was feeling to herself.
And while Ai appreciated Geto’s presence, his teasing didn’t help clarify anything. Still, it’s not like she could have this type of conversation with Junpei. She didn’t want her kouhai to lose any respect for her. It was hard enough that she was already losing respect for herself.
Taking a deep breath, Ai tried to focus on the logical side of her brain, she loved that side of her. She knew it well. But no matter how hard she tried, she couldn’t shake off the memories from earlier with Gojo.
“Maybe I’m just overthinking this whole thing,” Ai muttered to herself.
Not a complete lie, but she knew it wasn’t just a simple case of overthinking.
“You know, Ai-san,” Geto began, his tone gentler than earlier, “there’s nothing wrong with what you’re feeling. You can’t rationalize your emotions. Sometimes we just feel things.”
Ai sighed, as she listened to Geto. “It’s just frustrating.” She gripped at the hem of her skirt. “I’ve always prided myself on being able to be a professional and maintain control, but with him… ” Ai trailed off, unable to find the right words to express what she was feeling.
“Yeah…Toru doesn’t really come to mind when I think of professionalism and control.” Geto said thoughtfully.
“Is that true though?” Ai questioned.
“Hm?” Geto raised his eyebrow at her.
“Well–it’s just that Gojo does seem irresponsible and impulsive, but on set, he’s the most professional person I’ve ever seen.”
“Oh, really?” Geto asked with a rather amused smile. “You’ve been watching him more closely than I thought.”
Ai just listened to Geto quietly. She couldn’t tell anymore if he was trying to be helpful or if this was just his way of making fun of her.
“Hey,” Geto called out to Ai, grabbing her attention.
“Maybe letting go of some of that control is okay?” Geto looked over at Ai trying to gauge her reaction. “Satoru is a lot of things, but he isn’t a bad guy.”
Geto set his sake cup down on the counter and studied the lines of the wood. He looked more thoughtful as he ran his hands along the grooves of the tabletop. “Before meeting Satoru I always felt like I was second best.” The corners of his lips quirked upwards in a rather bittersweet smile. “In everything …second best, second choice no matter how hard I tried I could never be more than second.” He glanced Ai’s way before continuing. “But then Satoru came into my life and I knew he was better than me. Things were just so easy for him, but he never saw me as competition and I hated him for it…but one day he told me that I was his first friend, his equal…and I wanted to cry. He never saw me as competition, because in his eyes I was always his equal.” Geto sighed but gave Ai a small smile. “Sorry for rambling.”
Ai shook her head. “Don't be sorry.”
Geto let out a mirthless chuckle and smiled to himself. It was like he was staring through her, past her, reliving his memories with Gojo. “I guess what I'm trying to say is I know that liking your subject as a journalist has some ethical concerns…” He paused for a moment as he tried to find what he wanted to say. “But liking Satoru as you are, the woman, Amada Ai, not the journalist isn’t a bad thing. Does that make sense?”
Ai mulled over Geto’s words. Maybe she was too high-strung…She couldn’t even remember the last time she had a crush on anyone. It’s not like she had to do anything about the crush. Crushes just come and go anyway. It was just like Geto said, liking Gojo wasn’t a bad thing. Maybe it was time to allow herself to embrace the messiness that came with having to work with Gojo Satoru. How bad could that be? Crushes were harmless. As long as no one acted on anything it would be fine. She wouldn't let it get out of hand.
“Thanks for this,” Ai smiled as she looked over at Geto.
Geto returned Ai's smile. He raised his glass in a silent toast. “To embracing the chaos?”
Ai chuckled, feeling a bit better about the whole situation. Ai clinked her glass against Geto’s and reluctantly took a sip of her drink. The tequila left a bitter taste in her mouth.
“To embracing the chaos.”
for your "send a character", I think minato arisato/p3 protag would be interesting!
gwaaaa tysm anon !!!!!!!!!! i can't believe it, but i don't think i talk about minato as much as i want to ^_^;; so thanks for the opportunity :D !!!
favourite thing about them: im suuuuuch a loser for silent protagonist investigation . i mean like, figuring out what type of guy the protagonist is from the options you're given and the options you're not !!!! like, the doylist reason you save yukari at the start is because it's a persona game and you fight and that's fun. but the watsonian reason ?!?!? when he can only just hold on long enough to fend the shadows off before he collapses ?!?!?!? he wants to make sure she's safe above him . even minato may think he's a blank slate but he's not ^_^ hope this helps
least favourite thing about them: ummm ^_^;; difficult much ... i have my complaints about the movie version of him, but i feel kind of bad that i cant really think of much else !! as you can see i can go on forever about what i like about him though ehehe ;; ! i suppose i really don't like his render for portable ! it doesn't really look or feel like him with the body language in my opinion. there is better art of minato holding cards :p
favourite line: in RELOAD, in june i believe, the dialogue for interacting with the mirror changes to: I see myself reflected in the mirror. I look more alive than ever. i had to turn off the game and go for a walk outside when i saw it for the first time lol
brOTP: the 2nd year SEES trio ^_^)/ !!!! yukari and junpei (esppp in the answer my god.) are everything to me !!!!!!! but also ... shinjiro + minato :] i like their quiet understanding of each other + what it might mean for minato after he's gone
OTP: looks up from my keyboard to stare directly at the ryoji and minato nuis holding hands on my desk. ryomina ....
nOTP: i'm not sure if i really have one ..! he fits cutely with everyone i tend to see him with in some type of way i think .
random headcanon: he put so many viruses on the dorm computer using limewire + going on those sketchy sites he got from the guy in escapade lol ...
unpopular opinion: i do not want him to come back from the seal. at all. yes i love him, yes it would be super interesting. but i think p3 has a perfect (imo very happy) ending, and it would be cool to see an elizabeth who cannot solve something with her brute strength, who has been forced to move on !
song i associate with them: odd one but line of best fit from death cab for cutie's you can play these songs with chords. funnily enough i got into dcfc from seeing someone on some random forum say minato looked like he'd listen to them, and i searched them up and became a fan ^_^;; maybe they were right ... lmao
favourite picture of them: sogabe ruined my life forever. glasses minato
Tumblr media
thanks for the ask ^_^)/ !!!!!!!!!
May I kindly request Junpei, Akihiko (P3) and Yosuke (P4) with a male!s/o?
Basically they meet an experienced persona user that's so cool and awesome that it causes them to have a gay awakening
Fandom: Persona 3, Persona 4
Character(s): Junpei, Akihiko, Yosuke
Note(s): Considering how canon is, I feel like Akihiko would be the most comfortable learning that he's crushing on a guy (he was pretty chill with the Aigis meeting Kotone scene).
Tumblr media
Akihiko
Akihiko is impressed that you have experience with your persona prior to meeting. He already wants to train with you and figure out how you got your power and how long you've dealt with it alone. There's also some concern because he's seen personas go berserk or cause collateral damage so he wants to be someone you can confide in if you're carrying some past trauma too.
Akihiko doesn't care how it looks when he blows off his fangirls to be with you. He goes out to ramen with you, goes on jogs, walks to the dorm together. Rumors end up spreading easily, but he doesn't care. So long as you're okay with it too.
It's because of those rumors that he pauses and actually thinks about it. Akihiko knows that it's just a few students that talk about him being with you, but that's enough to make him ponder. He can't help but laugh when he does find himself entertaining the idea longer than what he'd be able to defend. Romance isn't his thing, however, so he might bring up the rumors sometime, but right now he's happy to stay your friend.
Junpei
You become his rival. I mean, are you serious? He has to deal with Makoto/Kotone and now he has you showing up being all cool and good looking. How is he supposed to be cool and show off now?
Very pouty as he talks about your stupid attitude, the stupid smile on your face, your stupid eyes lighting up when you've done something.
Yells when he realizes his feelings for you. Because, come on! Why does he have to have feelings for someone like you?! No way you'd like him back or feel anything for him. God, he hopes something ends him before he has to face you again and act like everything is cool.
Yosuke
Fully believes you two are just good friends. He finds you cool and strong. And yeah, he has eyes, of course he notices that you look good. And he's glad that you're his friend.
Yosuke notices Rise or some other person flirting with and is quick to come to your defense. Like you need someone that thirsty flirting with you. Come on, he'll take you out for ramen instead.
With Yosuke's luck, he's riding his bike when his mind starts to wander to you. He's hardly paying attention as he thinks of your eyes or smile or how he likes when you two are laughing together. He runs into a pole or something when he realizes what the hell is going on. Oh Yosuke is a mess after finding out that he has a crush on you. He teases Kanji about this same thing and now he likes you? He's screwed!
P3P and P4G done, lets play P5R
Tumblr media
Alright, lets at least get started.
Just in case you're new, hello. My name is Archie, and I have now played Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden. My liveblog continues.
My liveblogs are mostly fast recaps of the story with a lot of conjecture and guesses and long diatribes about the veracity of Persona's cartomancy choices. For all the games but P5R specifically, I know pretty much blithering fuckall about the plot and characters, so I enjoy trying to guess what's going to happen and pick up on foreshadowing (and sometimes whine about lack of foreshadowing, looking at you ending to P4G).
In P3P I romanced Akihiko but my life partner was Junpei. In P4G, I played a raging homogay so I didn't get to kiss anybody but harbored one HELL of a crush on Kanji.
Now, we start P5R. /rubs hands together
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
SO UH GAME IS A BIT ODD FROM WORD GO HUH. Hitting new games starts one of those "this story is a work of fiction disclaimers" but it's narrated very purposefully, refers to "[our] world" and demands I sign my agreement as a contract.
Could be nothing, just a bit of flavor, but this is the first of the games I have played to tap on the fourth wall in this way. Also, the text being blue brings to mind the dude who like set up the Velvet Room who you don't really see in the modern Persona games, which is... Philapome? Or something.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Starting in medias res with what I would say is an overload of information.
Casino heist! With shadows and persona hanging around! And... the weird thing is that it seems to be in the real world??? But our protagonist guy has the power of persona in the real world. Which we haven't seen yet in 3 and 4. Persona abilities was relegated to the TV World and the Dark Hour.
Also, WEIRDLY, this guy is a thief? Like Sly Cooper running along the lights and fixtures, using a grappling hook, the whole shebang.
Tumblr media
It sure ain't Tartarus, that's for sure. And we have a bunch of shadowy characters talking over the comms.
Tumblr media
GONNA BE REAL this whole intro sequence is a lot? We fight some persona (in the real world??????).
Tumblr media
Get a helping hand from some lady with a sword?????
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Jump out of a stained glass window with some Cowboy Bebop vibes goin' on.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Aaaaand get fuckin got by a LOT of cops. Oh my god that's so many cops. And we were set up.
Tumblr media
A cop beats the shit out of our protag and repeats that immortal recurring line. Well, taking responsibility for their actions killed Reverie 3 while Reverie 4 survived, so we'll see how this one goes.
Tumblr media
There was only one option. Reverie Vantas returns.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And we're in a framing device! Sup, Cassandra I mean Sae Nijima. But yeah, this has some Dragon Age vibes to be certain. Sae apparently knows Reverie, but was not expecting to see him, and seems sympathetic but Cop-y about wanting some answers.
I am still concerned about the use of Persona in the real world, that has me very concerned, given how P3 and P4 ended.
Tumblr media
Are they bringing back the meaningful butterfly of Palermo or whatever?
Okay Reverie's backstory is laid out:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Dude tried to help some lady who was getting roughed up, but the rougher got injured in the process so Reverie has been expelled and now is facing a criminal record. Which, in Japan? OOF. Not great. Not good. Also, can you have a criminal record as an adolescent in Japan? That's really rough.
So Reverie is sent to I Think It's Literally Tokyo, like this game is not in a fictional location, it's Tokyo, I heard Shibuya get mentioned, what the hell.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
boy howdy we got a lot of anime cutscenes
AND WE HAVE PROGRESSED BEYOND YOSUKE'S SHITTY FLIP PHONE ONTO SMART PHONES. Reverie sees a weird app thing on his phone and when he presses it, the world stops and I think he sees his shadow????? I think there's some awakening to Persona happening here.
Fuckin' Izanami is back in Inaba like "aw shit, people got PHONES that DO SHIT now? I can just send the power of persona to people as a fucking .apk file now, I don't need to lurk around a gas station like a fucking weirdo, I'm literally a god, I should be making more than minimum wage, wait'll I tell Nyx"
Anyway. That's actually kind of a fun throwback to....... the original MegaTen, right? Didn't the first major entry in the series revolve about a demonic internet site that let you contact the spirit world and then it took over the real world? Basically.
Tumblr media
Reverie is off to find his.... like... probation officer but not, and ooh
wow that's a good voice, hello sir, wait no I thought Dojima had a good voice from the start and I was super wrong about him. I trust no good voices in this game.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I AM NOT 30 SECONDS IN AND ALREADY?????
fuck you and your nice voice I GUESS?
I have no idea what the legal standing here is or if its a handwavey don't-worry-about-it thing but:
Reverie, did a good deed and got expelled over it. His family apparently actively wanted to get rid of him, so they sent him off to Tokyo to live with this cafe owner dude, Sojirio Sakura. He is on a one-strike policy and could lose this lovely and inviting attic space for any reason at all. And this is his probation.
what the fuck, wow, and I was sad when P4G didn't really give me any good friends in the first two hours, now THIS?!
Reverie The Fifth, I have known you for like 20 minutes and I'm sorry? What the fuck.
Anyway, Sojirio is a glorified landlord, is not here to play rehabilitationist, leaves as soon as he can, and Reverie goes to sleep.
And wakes up in the Velvet Room.
And oh boy howdy. Wow. Okay. We're gonna have to talk about the Velvet Room in this game.
Out of images. Next post. /fingerguns
