Know when we were kids we had these children games to hold our breath to the longest or count all the alphabets in one breath and then on and on. I try it now so often. Closing my eyes. Your face strikes out in front of me and I try holding my breath and watching you go disappear into sudden oblivion and then choking for few seconds and the cough and again.

Immerse yourself in the nature around for there is nothing more beautiful to learn and grow than the nature. Invest your time in books that help you to find different perspectives and outlooks. And enjoy your self in the company of good people especially kids, young and old man alike form beautiful relationships with them. But most importantly introspect constantly deep within in solitude for you can grow, learn and enjoy with the above paraphernalia but you live in real when you are aware of that self within, the seer and the seeker. Introspect.

even after years later
i will write to you romantic letters
you may be old yet same beautiful to me
maybe in your sixties
and i would be always six months younger to you,
you'd smile shyly and say,
'see i have these grand-kids now
and you're still there writing these cheesy lines for me,’
i would laugh and say,
'perhaps i still hope that maybe now
you'd be free for me'

With you everything was gone. And I was alone in my condo seeking you into bits of memory pieces lying scattered around in that room. Under your pillow with your sweet smell. On the kitchen shelf where you cooked for me. Over the bathroom mirror where you used to make weird faces and in your beautifully torn underwear hanging on the string of back wall.

Sometimes I just wish to be an ordinary man living in a simple village. Going through my day working in a farm, nibbling local snacks in the evening, drinking coffee and preparing the food by my own at night. To spend my Sundays rising before the sun, going for long countryside walk, sometimes cycling and listening my favourite music for the rest of the day. This is not all but it's enough for me - for an ordinary man.

You are looking for an escape from your past memories and yourself. When you find her, a perfect combination of chaos and glittering spark with minor flaws and rare pure heart. You simply fall for her without believing yourself you can fall in love again. But then she too has her past as well. Wild, broken and intoxicating. She is bringing her broken pieces back together and you help her out but in the process my friend, all your are doing is hurting yourself again.

Achha I have had this thought that our upcoming generation is going to be fully internet generation or say 5G generation. Like we grew up around a time when we used a lot of things that were invented for the first time. But the upcoming generation, it would be a new normal for them like radios and newspapers were to us. They might be getting their college degrees through Whatsapp messages or emails, attending classes via online classes apps, talking with friends through video calls. I know the pandemic has already forwarded us into this scenario. But again, it would be quite common-thing to them.
And that makes me think about two sides of it - how better it would improve our life for many situations and how miserable and more pathetic it would turn us into. I know it won't shut us down completely off the world but think for a second cause we can think as we have travelled quite a number of years down the lane in our life. Any thoughts?

Often most of us think of life as a game of two ends - win or lose. Success or failure. But it's not like that. Remember it carefully. Because sometimes you may see it that there are two or more athletes in a running match close to the end and one of them surpasses the other by few seconds and gets to the first position so would you call the second one a loser? No. Because he played well too. Though he came second or third or fifth. Life is all about participating. Whether you come first or last, you must participate with full jest, your whole energy and concentration on it. So everytime you find yourself fidgeting around ask yourself, are you participating?

Lately I had been thinking about this, what you'd be doing if you had no job, no different priorities, no major obligations or need of financial support, what you'd be doing? Would you still live it the same way? I know myself I might be sleeping sound for the first few days. Then may be I would paint or go for a little walk outside carrying a small white music ipod in my pocket. I would meet different people, I would love to talk with them, about their life, themselves, their goals, sometimes philosophy. I would love to play Aies Pais with small little kids. It's a different kind of joy getting dhappa from them. On the nights I would write poems watching moon or the surface of the ocean. I would visit different museums learning about ancient history and art. On weekends I would try stand-ups and open mics. There is a lot more to do I see. So much of juice ready to flow outside. Then what are you waiting for? What am I waiting for?
Begin.
