Oh, I haven't seen anyone talking about it in the dol tag, but yes, according to gitgud, there's an update being tested. To be honest, after looking at the code, I don't think the tumblr fanbase will like it. There's new town lore, but no significant updates to any of the love interests.

for some reason i thought the update had like. actually launched. nawp. just people looking at code and whatnot. kinda pumped for it if there's gonna be new town lore ngl, i want lore of some place OTHER than the temple for once.

and tbh i've given up hope for getting updates to the love interests anytime soon- we haven't even gotten avery's mansion yet...or fully fleshed out great hawk's tower....or uhm. did an actual update for the wolf pack sinceeeeeee version 3.0 at least.

i've heard they're removing eden content though? tbh i didn't think they'd do it, honestly. like, ever since that content was sneaked in it's been kind of radio silent on WHEN they'd cut it-and it's been so long since the content was added like. obviously people in the fandom will be upset.

like it's one thing to say 'oh shit sorry everybody ik you all like this version of eden but this wasn't our intention so we're going to have to remove content.' like that'd still get backlash-and as far as i'm aware the indication that the content wasn't meant to be canon did- but if they'd just removed it back when they caught it like. it'd be old news by now

it's been years since this content has been like. firmly cemented in people's views of eden. it just seems Not Great to just remove it after years of being seemingly fine with it in the game. but idk just my three cents i'm honestly not the biggest fan of eden outside of looking at buff muscly eden...beautiful woman mwah mwah.
