New fan of TMA (Feb 2024) and now halfway through Season 4 — here are my reactions, with spoilers, of course!
Part 1, Part 2, Part 3
“antonio blake identity reveal lesgoooo”
*wondering for ages where Jon knows Simon Fairchild from*
“Cottagecore Elderly People… With Murder!”
“you really thought ‘Remains to be Seen’ is a clever title huh” (/j /lh)
“BREEKON :(((”
“Daisy really got reverse unboxing video’d huh”
“Jared. What are you saying”
“Jon + Daisy’s relationship 🥺🥺🥺”
MAG 134 was two wolves in my mind: “cool I wanna learn more about Adelard” and “my sign to never go to paris”
“Darkness-related themes, my beloved. Manuela Dominguez, my beloathed”
“ANNABELLE REAPPEARANCE!!!”
"edmund halley...????"
*looks it up and realizes Robert Smirke was a real person too*
edit: Missed some tags when I scheduled this, oops.

I have like a list of characters I want to show up in tmagp but one person in particular I want to see is Gregory Cox from MAG123
He's the guy that made the creepy eye/web website and I feel like Greg's entire character would be perfect for tmagp, specifically his job
I know it's unlikely but even a slight possibility of that happening would be so fun

oh my god Gregory Cox is such a mirror of Jonathan Sims…
In MAG123, imagine if Angie’s statement was Georgie’s for a moment…
And even more things besides “a website asking for scary story submissions” hit wayyy too close…
@a-mag-a-day
Snippets from the statement under the cut!
Jon’s obsessive and impulsive behavior
A Jon-ism if ever I’ve heard one
Ace/Aro-spec Jon rights!
Georgie is especially feeling this bit right now…
Literally Jon and Georgie’s relationship in S3
Knock, knock…
“For a second, a hand breaches the shifting mound, desperately stretched towards the Archivist in supplication, pleading for help.” — MAG 120, Eye Contact
Georgie’s current feelings about Jon, again…especially after meeting Oliver in the last episode and Jon waking up from a six month coma and going right back to The Magnus Institute.
BONUS (from post-statement)
Yes, yes Mr. Vittery…the poor bastard that Annabelle chose to kickstart this whole thing starting with Martin and Institute catching the ire of Jane Prentiss and the Flesh Hive. But he’s also the one who said this…
Can you be haunted by the ghost of a spider that destroyed your childhood?
Can you Jon?

SEE HOW THEY RUN (2022)
Grade: C+
Thought the pacing was off, I didn't love the ending. The editing was clever with some spit screen work that looked good. I'm just not a big murder mystery fan.

See How They Run (2022)
My rating: 7/10
I liked the bit where acclaimed author Agatha Christie murdered two people.

See How They Run (2022) Review
See How They Run (2022) Review
In London 1953, Agatha Christie’s play The Mousetrap was celebrating its 100th performance and everything was about to change as it was being adapted into a film, with sleazy American director Leo Kopernick’s drunken behaviour annoying the actors and those around the theatre. He is then killed backstage!

I probably think about Chelicerae at least once a month, if I'm honest. On the other hand, rip Karolina.

Just thinking about the Scrubs quote, about how ‘everything we do here is a stall.’
And how afraid House and Wilson are of death, especially each other’s deaths. And how such a big theme in House is that tension between fear and pain and preciousness of the finite time we get. How it’s basically never fair and it always sucks at the end.
Anyways here’s the Scrubs scene
