The scene where Din is fighting the dark trooper and it has him pressed against the wall and it punches him over and over in the face is very tense and scary and all but I think it reveals a funny fatal flaw of the dark troopers that would have been very fun to exploit had Luke not killed them all.

They’re so DUMB. Gideon spent his whole budget making them super strong and scary looking but then had to buy their programming from the space dollar store. It targeted the most well protected part of his body! If it had aimed below his cuirass it would have punched a hole straight through Din’s abdomen.
