Coworker date night #1 was a success! Apple picking and a haunted hayride (plus some other stops along the way) to celebrate spoopy season.

With a bloodcurdling howl (and a false start, having missed his first cue) the horrifying werewolf jumps out of his hiding place and launches himself at the cart passing through the haunted hayride, dragging himself aboard in an attempt to freak out whichever poor passenger Mr McCorkle’s managed to rope in for a ride.

Growling and snarling as he crawls towards his victim, the moment he’s close enough, the monster suddenly breaks character to whisper, “Hey, was I scary? Are you having fun?” Drew’s voice is muffled by the stupid mask, but it’s very obviously him.

Hayride Slaughter (2001)

This movie starts as a fairly standard low-end pseudo-slasher, and ends with complete nonsense. Also, a full 20 minutes of the runtime are taken up by a magic show. Just, a magic show, in the middle of the movie for no reason other than to eat up runtime.

It's also probably worth noting that this movie was produced by a company that largely makes weird fetish videos. And when I say "Weird fetish" I don't mean feet or adult babies, I mean like torture, strangulation, drowning, cannibalism, and quicksand.
