Hermione 

You were going to the Christmas Ball together, and it was the first time you saw each other dressed up like that. Being used to the robes and Hogwarts uniform, it was a big change. Hermione looked stunning in her dress, and you looked very attractive with your outfit. You smiled at each other, both mildly flustered, and rushed to say how good the other looked, so excitedly that you ran over the other’s word. “You look great, Y/N” “You look so pretty, Hermione”. The two of you chuckled and held hands, walking to the ballroom.

Ginny 

You were going on a date with Ginny to Hogsmeade, so you wanted to dress up and look your best, choosing a good outfit and styling your hair differently. When you asked the Weasleys and Harry, they said you looked great, so you went to meet with Ginny. There, you saw that she had dressed up herself a little bit, but not as much as you. Ginny laughed a little and teased you a little bit. “You look fancy, what’s the ocassion? Did you do this for me?” “Well, I did” “How flattering”

Luna

Luna had invited you to her house to meet her dad, and you were excited and nervous at the same time. Wanting to give a good first impression, you dressed up and carefully combed your hair. You felt a little bit awkward dressed like that, but Luna sweetly smiled as soon as she saw you. “Do you like it, Luna?” “I love it. It brings your inner beauty to the surface more than your usual clothes”.

her gaze widened at the sudden response from hermioen granger. yes, she knew the girl was quite strong-willed, but she should understand of 🇦 🇱 🇱  people. their shared experience of their petrified trauma brought the two intellects together in a strong bond.. one that made 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩 sense. seated at one of the more quiet spots within the three broomsticks, penelope’s fingers tapped against the cold glass that contained her buttery drink. being able to take a breather from classes was a 𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗲 occasion to say the least. yes, the two witches loved going to class and learning more, but a break was nice, especially with some recent events in the classroom. it wasn’t anything new.. the 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴, but it didn’t make it any easier when it happened. the major difference between the two similar girls was hermione’s willingness to stand up and speak out on anything and everything, while penelope was one to support in silence. with a long sip of the cold drink, penelope gathered her words before placing the glass back down, letting out a soft sigh— quickly covered by a jumbled chuckle.

So I’ve just re-read Let It Burn and remembered how much I LOVE that fic. The way you write the characters is amazing and the dialogue and humour makes me sit there with a stupid grin on my face. Also the dragon theory throughout it is so interesting and I’m on the edge of my seat wondering what’s going to happen next. Thank you for sharing this incredible story with us. Potterverse Drabbles

Chapter 3: Draco

When Draco woke up this morning he didn't feel very good.He knew he was sick but at least he was well enough to go to the Hospital Wing. So he got up and left the dormitory.

When he arrived there he asked Madame Pomfrey to give him a vial of Pepper-Up Potion.

"You know full well I don't want to be here for something as small as flu but I have a feeling that I got cold.And I need some Pepper-Up Potion.Can you give me a vial and be done with it please?"

"I don't think I like your tone young man but I'm out of Pepper-Up at the  moment.Professor Snape should be brewing me a new batch.Until I have the new batch,I'm afraid you have to rest here."

"Forget about it,you old harpy.Maybe I should return to the dorms." said Draco.He was ill and exhausted. While he was on his way the dorms he thought maybe should refresh himself in the Prefect Bathrooms so he decided to go there.

On his way he saw Hermione Granger exiting the Bathroom.She was ill too and she showered to feel better.She have muggle pill to take in case th Hospital's out of Potion.On her way out she took her pills.While she was taking them Draco saw her and asked.

"What are you doing here and what are you eating Granger?Sneaking muggle sweet in to the school?"  he was smirking like the cat caught the canary as he asked the last question.

"No,I didn't smuggle anything.And I wasn't eating anything.I was taking muggle pills to feel better.I went to the Hospital and Madame Pomfrey said she was out of Pepper-Up.I had muggle pills with me in case the Hospital was out of them.So I decided takem them instead waiting for the potion.Can't you see I'm sick?" she answered him.

"Do they do trick at least?" he said curiously.

"Well,when I got sick when I was little my mum would give some of them.So,yes.Why?You don't look very good by the way.Are you sick as well?" she said.

"Yes,I'm sick as well and yes,I don't look and feel very good myself.I got the same answer as you and I was returning from Hospital to the dorms.Do you have some of them with you?" he was keen to take anything to feel better. When she said that she has,she gave him one.While he took the pill he was worrying about poisoning.So he asked.

"Are those poisonous?"

"Well,if you take too many of them or expiration date past ones yes,they can be poisonous."

"So you say they can be deadly?Are you sure Granger?"

"Of course I'm sure Malfoy.What's the matter?Why dou ask if they're poisonous or not?"

"I don't know if Potter told you or not but there are rumor about Voldemort's returning.They're true and he started stay in our house.And he gave me a mission,important and at that.I don't want to do it.But I have to or he'll kill my parents."

"What is your mission Malfoy?Maybe I can help you."

"Dumbledore.He wants me to kill Dumbledore.I can't do it.When you said some muggle pills can be deadly I thought maybe you can really help me.I can bu a school bully but I can't be murderer Granger,I'm not that bad."

"Ok Malfoy.I'll help you.Let's meet here again tomorrow so I can give you the pills."

They met again as they promised and Hermioen gave Malfoy the pills.But not without a warning.

"Don't forget Malfoy,must give them to your elves.They must put the poison into Voldemort's meal.But not now.Dumbledore told Harry somethings about horcruxes.They're objects that you put your soul in them so you can live longer or be immortal.Voldemort has more than 1.Some of them destroyed already.You must wait until I send you a warning when to do it.When th time is right,you give the poison t your elves and they can do the rest.Don't forget,I'll tell you when.Good luck,Malfoy."

"Thank you Granger."

Later that night,Draco fixed the Vanishing Cabinet and sneaked the Death Eatres in to the school and Dumbledore died.

After his passing Hermione and the boys went to search the other horcruxes.The night before the Great Battle Hermione signaled Draco that he should give the poison now.Daco did as Hermione said and gave the poison to his elves.The elves put them in Voldemort's meal and waited.

Then Voldemort exclaimed some nonsense and the dinner ended.Come morning while everyone was battling,everyone in the battle saw Voldemort's sudden collapse.While his parents tried to coax him to come home with them,Draco came forward and yelled.

"Lord "Hater of Muggles" Voldemort died because of a muggle medicine.The irony."

So the Great Battle ended,some fo his avid supporters either died or arrested and Draco left his family's side to go to Hermione.

Everyone was happy that the war finally ended.All was well.

One of my biggest headcanons is that Hermione was an animigus. She was turned into a cat with Polly Juice. She said she looked hideous. If she likes cats enough to have one herself, how would she see herself as ugly with the face of a cat. Maybe she's seen herself as a cat before. Maybe she's this small kitten who is cute and hangs out with Crookshanks. Now imagine Pansy crying, inconsolable, and she sees a small brown brindle kitten meow and nuzzle her way into Pansy's arms. Imagine Hermione not being able to really help in any way so without anyone knowing she paws her way into Pansy's heart. Imagine Pansy and Hermione secretly dating and most days Pansy has his small cat following her around and everyone assumes it's her pet, but being a bit suspicious that it hasn't grown up for three years. And Pansy cuddles it and kisses it on its head all the time, knowing the truth. Imagine Hermione being this small kitten all of her animigus life, and then, when the war is done, she turns to her cat form and sees that she is suddenly a cat, not a kitten, that has seen so much that she can't handle.
