I have just closed a doc with fresh 7k of NEW WIP and it's gonna be so EPIC I'm exploding rn

Gerard hummed and folded his hands on the handle of a sword at his waist. “What a spoiled brat you have, John. We’ll change that, do not worry. With a loving hand…” he sang dreamily and threw an annoyed glance at Derek. “Let go of him, young knight. The road will be long.”

But Derek stood frozen.

“Let go,” Stiles murmured above a breath.

“How can you ask that of me?”

Derek’s furious harsh whisper full of agony and desperation — at the very end, it was the exact thing that broke him.

Hot stinging tears ran down Stiles’ pale cheeks. His bitten dry lips trembled. He squeezed his eyes and shook his head but the tears kept coming.

Stiles dug his nails into the back of Derek’s hands and tugged. “Let go.”

“Hale,” his father warned.

“Derek, I beg you.” Stiles tugged and tugged but Derek’s arms were like vice. He couldn’t make himself look at the man for he would break, irreparably so.

But Derek only pressed him closer.

Stiles felt the heat of his body, heard the caress of his labored breath against his own ear. He heard everything Derek wasn’t saying.

A blade slid with a silky whisper out of the scabbard. Stiles gasped and stiffened as he felt the tip of it press under his chin.

“And now?” asked Gerard, his cold but amused gaze trained on Derek.

The hands disappeared from Stiles’ sides as if burned.

“See how easy?” Gerard smiled. The blade remained pressed to Stiles’ neck for a couple more breaths before Argent put it down.

Stiles inhaled sharply and swayed in place.

No one caught him this time.

He stood alone.

1) What is your favorite memory?

"Well, I reckon I've got a perdy collection a' favorite memories. I know some folk like Ivander didn't grow up with the happiest home life, and Mashal ain't got no memories, but I love my parents. Our life might notta been the easiest, but they always did their damndest to make sure it was a happy one, at least.

Prolly one a' my fondest memories was drawin' my first rune for 'em. My momma had scraped up some extra cash to buy me a little beginner textbook, and I studied that thing by starlight every night, as we couldn't afford to waste the candles. The first rune I ever made was a fire rune, fittingly. My ma let me light the stove for dinner with it, and my momma said I was gonna do great things someday. I dearly hope to prove 'er right."

2) What is your passion?

"My passion? My passion! Magic, a' course! What else could it be? It's my livelihood, my purpose, my everythin'."

3) What is your biggest regret?

"There was a moment when Mashal and I were breakin' in to this demiplane - we were on the trail a' his killer, ya see - when, well, I ain't gonna pretend he didn't fuck up. He made a mistake in the heat a' the moment, and it almost cost me a very important goal a' mine. I wasn't quite as... understandin' as I oughtta been. In fact, I was downright cruel. I shoulda never spoken to my friend the way I did."

I try to, but when life gets busy, I am not able to get to them for months. I do read and love all of them, though! My favourite emails are the ones with comments!

6. What's the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

I do not write angsty endings, period. A happy one is the only way to go! So, the closest to that I have would be a "hopeful" ending, and that would be Rain.

7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

I'll probably say Dance With Me, Chaton or A Bride for the Prince only because they went through a ton of angst to get to their Happily Ever After. Maybe also, The Other You.

8. Do you get hate on fics?

Not anymore.

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

No, I don't. It's always "Fade to Dark" but we all know what it implies ;D.

No. So far, no show apart from ML had ever inspired me to write for it, least of all do a crossover.

Yeah, a few times. That is the reason I have a WattPad account. The thieves claimed they stole only because the WattPad community deserves to read my stories and I wasn't sharing them there.

I think - dialogue, but if you don't agree or think of something else, let me know. I'd love to hear what are my strengths and weaknesses as seen by my readers.

Getting the sentences on the screen. Especially the first few. XD Oh and descriptions of surroundings.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

I wouldn't do it unless it's a part of the plot and meant to confuse my reader. I prefer for my readers to understand what they are reading.

What is your least favorite trope to write?

This is a tough one! I had to open up a random Fandom on Ao3 and just parse through the tags to see which I responded with, "Hm. Definitely not something I think I'd like writing." On a very basic level, I don't like writing fics that involve the main character cheating on their partner(s). I haven't written this trope before, and I don't really feel inclined to do so.

I feel like a terrible person when I'm playing a DATING SIM that is like, "Get this achievement by stepping out on your chosen love interest." Wanna see me have an intense crisis of character? That's how you get me to have an intense crisis of character.
