A loud knock jolted Charlie out of her early morning daze. It was early in the morning, guests were meandering down for breakfast in the dining room while Vaggie was cooking. She had been starting on coffee as the knock rang out from the front door. Her smile brightened as she made her way to the door.  

Ever since the early extermination, and the hotel being reconstructed, more guests had been checking in for redemption. Not many, but more than before.  

Charlie cleared her throat, ready to greet the sinner awaiting on the other side of the door. However instead of being met with a wayward soul seeking redemption, she was instead greeted with an envelope.... with wings?  

Confused she held her hand out, the envelope landing gracefully in her palm, wings poofing away as it made contact. Stepping back inside, she let the door swing closed and began to read. She had only gotten halfway through before a loud whine could be heard throughout the whole of the first floor.  

Rushing into the dining room where everyone was assembled for breakfast she called out.  

“Oh my gosh, oh my gosh you guys. We did it! I can’t believe it!” she squelled out.  

“Uh... what did we go?” Angel replied back, clearly hungover and desperate need of a strong cup of coffee.  

“Love?” Vaggie called as she walked out of the kitchen, mixing bowl and whisk tucked into her arm. Lucifer was not far behind her standing in the doorway.  

“Oh Vaggie! Listen to this.” Charlie’s smile was ready to split her face in twain as he lifted the letter to read.  

“To Charolette Morningstar, princess of the realm of Hell.   

It has come to our attention that you have been attempting to encourage and standardize redemption in Hell utilizing a project known as the “Has Been Hotel”. We fear that due to a recent meeting with angelic hosts you are now under the impression that the authorities of Heaven have no interest in redeeming human souls.  

This is patently untrue and we deeply apologize for the confusion that this must have caused.  

Rest assured that these recent “exterminations” are being thoroughly investigated by the higher heavenly beings. If we understand the venture correctly, these were a waste of angelic time, resources and most importantly human souls. On behalf of the counsel of archangels we deeply and sincerely apologize for this oversight in our management of Heaven.  

As a show of goodwill, we would like to extend our assistance in your current project. We have assigned an archangel to stay with you for the next six months to assist you in running this ‘hotel’ and allow you access to Heavenly resources. This angel was hand-picked to assist you and has tailored knowledge of human minds and emotions that we hope can assist you further.  

We as the counsel of Archangels understand that this does not erase our inadvertent involvement in the pain and suffering you and your subjects have surely faced. However, we genuinely hope that you will accept this olive branch so that we may begin to work together in creating a better afterlife for all.

Charlie looked up as she finished. Everyone looked shocked. Fuck, even she was shocked. This was not the impression she had received of heaven at all.  

“Excuse me Vaggie” Lucifer gestured to move forward. He moved over to his daughter quickly; she angled the paper so he could see.  

“I mean fuck,” he said as he looked over the document “That’s their signatures alright. I forgot how awful Haniel’s penmanship is.”  

“Wait so you're saying this thing is legit!?” Husk called out from the corner of the room.  

A small kindle of holy fire burst from Lucifers hand. He held it under the paper, but before the flames could reach up and lick the edges of the parchment a surge of golden energy shot out from the document. The burst causing everyone in the room to jolt and the holy fire in Lucifers palm to dissipate in a puff of smoke.  

“Yeah, I’d say it’s real alright” Lucifer replied, shaking out his hand from the impact.  

The air was still in the room, silence engulfing everything as they all sat there, absorbing this new information.  

“So” the faded, filtered voice of Alastor rang out in the room. All eyes turning to him at the end of the table, leaned back with his legs crossed. “Are you going to accept their invitation?” he asked.  

Charlie's faces fell slightly. “Oh umm, I don’t” her brows creased as she looked at Vaggie.  

“Listen Charlie” she started as she walked over to her partner “Heaven has been nothing but trouble for us since we started the hotel. I’ll support you no matter what, but I just want you to consider who were talking about before you make your decision.” Vaggie reached out, taking Charlie's hand in both of her own and squeezing reassuringly.  

“To play, well huh my own advocate here” Lucifer laughed waiting for others to join in, quickly clearing his throat as no voice raised to match his own. “Archangels are very prideful. I should know I am one. And heavenly beings like them do not apologize to almost anyone. And they apologized twice in this thing. Follow your heart on this but I would consider it at the very least.”  

Charlie looked around, trying to find the answer to her dilemma in the faces of her friends. She closed her eyes a moment, taking in a deep breath through her nose. She retracted her hand from Vaggie’s and gripped both side of the parchment.  

“I Charlie Morningstar, princess of the realm of Hell.... accept your offer” A small glimmer of gold shone over the paper; Charlie could feel it on her fingertips. It was warm and buzzing, like the purring of a cat.  

Text then began to appear at the bottom of the page. Charlie squinted to read it.  

“PTO? What does PT... please turn ov- OH" Charlie flipped that page over and began reading once more.  

“We are exceptionally grateful for your mercy in allowing us to work with you. As a courtesy we have allotted three days for you to prepare before we will be sending down our ambassador.”  

“Wonder who they're throwing us?” Lucifer questioned aloud, pouring himself a glass of juice from a pitcher on the table and beginning to drink.  

“Archangel Y/n will be whom you are” Loud coughing interrupted Charlie. Lucifer was grabbing at this chest, painful gasps of air leaving his throat. Alastor could be heard from the end of the table laughing hysterically at the king’s pain.  

As Lucifer got his bearing he spoke up. “Please repeat that name again?”  

Charlie looked at him concerned before looking back on the paper.  

“Uhh Archangel Y/n?” She confirmed.  

Lucifer was shaking as he pulled out a seat, sitting down and staring blankly in front of him before uttering one single word.  

“Fuck”

the archangels, and angels in general, are beings that will never intercede without your expressed consent! they believe in free will which means that they will only work with you, give you messages, etc., if you are open and willing to receive their divine messages.

a common misconception is that angels will only help those who are religious (i.e. christian, jewish, muslim) but that is not the case! angels have nothing but love for humans and nature so they aren’t tied to any specific religious affiliation, though they come from a more religious background.

each archangel, and angel, has their own areas of expertise when it comes to guidance but nothing is beyond them! so you can essentially reach out to any angel for anything and they will do their best to help you.

i’m going to briefly talk about seven of the main archangels and list some correspondences and offerings as well!

archangel michael - the great defender

archangel michael is the great defender of all that is good. he can be called upon for help with strength and courage as well as general protection.

archangel raphael is the divine healer. he assists with physical healing as well as emotional healing. he is especially popular with healers and those who work in the medical field.

I feel that it's not something that you are against, but you want/accept to not because you are aiming for the power, but because it's aligned with your values: if no one steps up, you will. It's less a matter of power and more a matter of responsability

Teaching and Learning: Archangel Zadkiel: "Keep an open mind, and learn new ideas, Then, teach these ideas to others"

The advice from the Archangels to do this leadership job well is to keep both learning and teaching: teach what you know, but also remember that there's always something new for you to learn, both because then you will be able to teach it and because it can help you and/or make you become a more well rounded person. You've got this!

Two's company, three's a family - Part one

Summary: As a cupid, an angel of love, your mission was to make sure everyone was paired up with the right person. Yet you couldn't get your two most ancient clients to finally end up together. And despite the 6,000 years spent on the case, you couldn't bring yourself to give them up, not oblivious to the reason.

You were mopping around, wondering how the fuck you still hadn't managed to get those two sugar-rotten bird brains to get together ! You ran your hands through your hair and went down to rub your face. You reached for your glass and drank down every last drop.

6,000 bloody years you spent with them, and nothing !

So much work for no true result.

And, just for the record, you wanted to insist that you are really good at your job.

No, you weren't bragging; you really were ! A lot of cupids were cruel little things, and it had to do with the fact that you feed on the love a person feels for another. And since it didn't have to be reciprocated, most preferred to work less—well, smarter—rather than harder. But you just loved love stories. Of any kind, really ! Motherly, fatherly, between siblings, friends... Nevertheless, being able to form a perfect match and seeing the joy you brought to others always filled you with joy.

A cupid is just a specific type of angel meant to spread love all over the world. Which included humans, animals, and supernatural beings such as demons and angels. However, your peers weren't your favourites. They were too focused on their jobs, being either neutral towards each other or straight-up hateful. And hate tasted too bitter to your liking.

Which was probably the reason why you were so interested in Aziraphale and Crowley's relationship to begin with. They were so friendly and caring that something inside you just clicked. Even if their love story was the slowest burn you ever encountered, you couldn't bring yourself to give up.

Hell no ! Mmh, no. You were too stubborn to accept your failure. Yes, failure. Because despite spending every moment with them (well, when they were together) and using so many arrows, those two just wouldn't come together ! And to make sure your bow and arrows worked, you almost paired up every goddamn duck at St. James Park.

Nothing worked ! Nothing !

Ugh, so annoying...

In your case, the only connection you seem to have in this vast universe is with the pub and your drink... And to the generations of barmen you complained to.

"How can someone be so oblivious ?" Your drunken words slipping out of your mouth without anyone to talk to.

"Tell me about it." A voice said next to you.

Oh, you recognised the voice alright; you just didn't feel like engaging in a conversation with anyone right now. Still, you were polite enough to acknowledge their presence.

"Hi Mihael." You mumbled.

"Good evening to you too, Y/N !" She chirped, her voice too positive for you to appreciate right now. You groaned and rested your head on your arms.

"What do you want ? It's not your type to be staying down there once your shift's over," you said before looking up at her.

Her dark pink eyes were scanning the pub warily. You rolled your eyes, her attitude reminding you how atypical you've become. Being among humans, eating food, or even walking on earth was something Cupid didn't do. Flying around was the most common attitude, as was having really limited contact with humans, or "clients," as Archangel Chamuel calls them. But you loved your time on earth with every creature, though eating ex-living animals isn't your thing. And being a freak was actually something you were doomed to be. You knew you were different from other mystical beings, and it was really fucking lonely.

"You're right ; I don't know how you can stand all the smells and, ugh, sensations." She shuddered.

You sighed, waiting as patiently as you could in that moment.

"But I guess you should enjoy as much as you can while you can."

What ? Why would she say that ? Did you do something wrong ? Did they realize you... No. And they never noticed that you spent your time with a demon (angels were obliviously okay) and tried to match up said demon with Aziraphale. Did they finally catch up ? Or were they upset that you mostly lived with humans ? No, you are almost the best cupid, producing so much love, as proved by how many ducks you shot.

"M-Mh.. sure.. but, mmh.. I didn't know my time on earth was on a timer." You tried to joke lightly, which was heavily ineffective in calming your nerves.

"Of course not silly," she beamed. "Armageddon is coming !"

"Wha-" you sat up, almost tumbleling down. "Already ? Are you sure ?"

"Affirmative ! The anti-Christ is being delivered as we speak."

"Oh, great..."

You just wanted to cry right here and now, but you really couldn't afford to. It would be crossing a line.

It wasn't fair. You still had so much to experience on earth and so many love stories to create, and you wanted to spend so much more time with Crowley and Aziraphale. They still needed to be together ! You couldn't let the End begin before you even saw the beginning of their love story. No, uh-hu! You will go down with this ship!

"How long before Armageddon ?" you asked.

"Oh, I would say around ten years."

Alright, you could do it. You just had to help two opposite beings, who spend almost all their existence together without technically being a couple, become one. Because how thing should be. And you had ten years to do so, even if you hadn't succeeded in the last 6,000 years. It could work ! You knew them and their love for humankind and their world. They would certainly team up to prevent the war and apocalypse from happening. And you were there to help. In every way. You scratched your itchy right arm.

"Right, sure... well, thanks, Mihael. Send my regards to Adriel."

"I will, thank you ! Oh, and Chamuel ordered that we lay off all the workers during the last week before the war, so we could be ready to fight."

"Mmh-hm." You nodded. Alcohol was messing up your communication skills.

"Great ! See you at the war."

When you turned, she was gone, leaving you wondering how you'd end up like this.

In the beginning, you were in the Garden of Eden. You were here to supervise Adam and Eve's love development; you didn't shoot the arrow, though. They would have never let you do it anyway. Actually, every creature in the Garden had been paired up, but you didn't get the chance to create any of them. As disappointed as you were, you were not the type to overstep and you couldn't express anything. So you decided to be patient and walk around the garden discretely.

You suddenly came to a stop when you spotted something unusual slithering around the diversity of plants. You walked up to a 'lilac' tree, which looked more like a bush than anything else, and you saw an animal that was crawling on the trunk among the beautiful purple flowers. The creature was so long yet flexible that it didn't have any problem staying on such a small platform. His colours intrigued you too—mostly black with touches of red—and you had never seen anything like this quite yet. Your eyes widen, and you slightly rush to observe it further. The snake, while taken aback, didn't move and instead glared at you. His eyes were so beautiful and golden, and his scales were spotless and sleek, but touching the poor thing would certainly scare him away.

"What a beautiful thing you are... I'm glad God decided to make you !"

The creature started to retreat as soon as your words passed your lips, looking flustered. Declining his embarrassment, you chirped hapily. And with a glimmering smile, you resumed roaming around the paradise.

The wall was growing bigger and bigger as I approached one of the gates of Eden, curious to see the border and maybe get a peek on the other side—a glimpse of the barren and dry land. You were an inquisitive thing; your curiosity was way stronger than your fear. Despite anyone says or believe. But as you gently approached the door, someone called you.

"Mh, excuse me ! Little cupid ?"

Oh ! You weren't that small ! Pff, guardian angels could be so strict sometimes.

You rolled your eyes, soared up in the sky, and let yourself turn upside down to see who was interrupting your investigation.

"Yes ?" you sighed. "Mh !"

You weren't acquainted with lots of angels outside your group, but you were sure that you had already seen him before. His appearance was so welcoming, despite the raging, flaming sword that carefully remained in his firm grip. His hair was white and as fluffy as a cloud. You couldn't quite grasp his eye colour, though, which was always changing between blue, brown, and green. His human body was round and large, a body type you'd never seen before. Yet you smiled at his soft appearance. His tunic seemed to be slightly covered with bright purple petals here and there. You turned over, lying on your stomach in midair, looking at him expectantly.

"Hello." He smiled, then took a ragged breath, looking for words. "Mh, I'm afraid I must request that you not go closer to that gate."

You looked away, apologetic.

"Oh, I see... Sorry."

You were conscious of how leaving your station could get you in trouble, and being so close to the door could bring him problems as well. You sensed how agitated he was and went on to leave him in peace.

"Well, mh, good luck with, huh, guarding the door," you said, trying to look less churlish than the way you acted merely seconds ago.

"Oh well, that's kind of you." He smiled, touched by your words. "Good luck with all the love."

Seeing how thrilled he seemed made you happy. Your body was taken over by the intense emotion in your heart, and you began to fly while looping and spinning vigorously.

Suddenly, you stopped. You've never experienced anything like it. Your primary role as a cupid was to make matches between creatures by shooting them with arrows. Your vision allowed you to perceive the chances of happiness and love each creature could produce while bound by the other. There were hundreds of possibilities, and your job is to make sure your "client" finds the perfect match. In order to do so, you had to be able to identify each emotion with clarity and precision. Minimising your own emotions to work in the most efficient way possible Thus, you shouldn't feel too much emotion despite the satisfaction of your good job and all the love you could eat. And in your case, anything...

Feeling such a rush of emotion shouldn't be something you're capable of doing. You shouldn’t be feeling anything. You observed your right hand, confused and visibly shaking. Closing your eyes, feeling irrated at yourself, you marched back to where you came, hoping to find new animals to shoot to occupy your mind.

Adam and Eve were gone. Apparently, a snake—well, a demon—tempted the first human, and now they had to leave the garden. Just because they wanted answers to their questions. Needless to say, you weren't very keen to try and look beyond the wall without permission.

So you were simply floating in the air right next to the wall, waiting for an order from your Boss. Gazing up at the sky, you noticed how its blue colour darkened as the first rain approached. You sighed and decided to just go back to Heaven, hoping you'd finally get the chance to shoot at someone. Some may call you obsessive; you prefer the term persistent.

As you were sitting up and flying up. And the moment you saw the tall structure disappearing in the corner of your eye, you kept going up. But, afraid you might regret not gazing back, you dared to dart your eyes down to the rest of the world.

"Huh?" you softly gasped.

You saw the desert spreading from your heart to the horizon, arid and lonely, with the clouds darkening the land. Your heart ached as you watched what lay ahead. And as you felt your eyes water, you lowered your gaze. And the sight that welcomed me was so out of this world yet felt so... right.

An angel and a demon stood next to each other, talking and fraternising. You didn't really fight the war, but you knew how both sides hated each other. The metallic taste was already way too familiar in your mouth. But the premise of their relationship already smelled so sweet, despite a wisp of sourness.

A wave of euphoria struck you in the most unexpected way, and the sensations it brought you were simply too delightful to feel queer. You saw their bound, so precise and distinct, that you nearly thought you were a part of it. It just felt so real. So good.

You were so excited ! You beamed with all your might as you desperately tried to manifest your bow and arrows as quickly as possible.

As a novice in archery, you wanted to correctly seal the bound, so you decided to place three arrows because, like no one has said yet, "Three times' the charm". You aimed leisurely, breathing deeply and checking the quality of your multi-coloured arrows. The grey head of it is silently hurrying you to shoot.

And so you did. With a faint whistle, the arrows raced towards their target. The first one landed right in the back of the demon, on his left side. The second was pierced lower, in the calf of the angel. It didn't even hurt them; it was a great shot, really.

You retracted your arm, proud of yourself.

Then, you simply went straight back to Heaven. Still, the sky looked so dark, and the rain started to pour down on your cheeks.

And you don’t know why, but a profound need to seek comfort made you look down one last time. The guardian had stretched out his wing for the demon to hide under. So thoughtful, so caring, so warm...

You left after your first match was a success.

You later learned that matching an angel and a demon was strictly forbidden. You blushed at the thought, embarrassed. Yet you couldn't bring yourself to abandon the relationship. Well, now you had to be super efficient if you wanted that ship to sail at all.

You drank down your last glass of your favourite alcohol, paid for your decent amount of beverages, and wobbled yourself towards the Aziraphale bookshop.

You weren't always invisible when you dealt with them; you gave yourself plenty of time with them along the way. They were aware that you were an angel, just not the exact type. You don't think they mind your company, but you prefer to limit your interactions.

However, you were running out of time, and you really didn't want to miss a thing. You hummed the song that sneaked into your head on your way. Once you arrived in front of the door, you tried to stabilise yourself by resting your whole weight on it. And you tumbled down into the shop. In your defence, the door was always closed !

Aziraphale and Crowley both looked towards you, shocked. Well, Crowley was more amused than anything. You rasped into the carpet and pivoted your head to greet them profusely.

"Hellooo !" you exclaimed, your tone drowsy.

"Y/N ? Why, dear, what are you doing here ?" Aziraphale promptly came to your side, helping you up.

"On the floor ? Well, I obviously just fell," you jested. You felt weightless as Crowley joined you two to carry you somewhere other than the dusty floor.

"So, you heard about the End of the world, I presume?" Crowley asked. They both let you down slowly on your assigned divan. You felt a hand brush a lock of hair out of your eye.

"Mmh." You rolled on your side to face them as they sat down on the opposite side. You'll have to work on that too.

"Yeah, someone mentioned it..." you waved. A few moments passed in silence. You guffawed when you noticed the bottle settled on the table.

"Sorry, it seems I had a bit of a head start, but go on!" You laid down on your back. "I'll wait for you to catch up"

Aziraphale shot a slight disapproving look in your direction, pouting a little, while Crowley reached eagerly for the bottle.

You sat up, pushing away a blanket, and listened to those dorks trying to pronounce bloody "Boui-...llabai...." Well, that dish !

"Fish stew," you concluded.

"Anyway," Crowley said with a weary tone. "It's not their fault. And that's the same with gorillas! They'll say : 'Woop, the sky's gone red! Stars crashing down ! What do they put in bananas these days ?!'" His drunkenness struck you, and you realised what Armagadon really meant.

"All the creatures..." you started.

"Whether they'd be great or small..." Aziraphale ended.

You both looked distraught. You loved all those little things; you spent countless hours discovering every one of them. The first time you saw a whale, you got so emotional that you cried. Thankfully, you were underwater, so Aziraphale, who came with you that day, didn't see your unusual sensitivity.

"And there's worse ! When it's all over, we're going to have to deal with eternity !" he yelled, his voice squeaking like that of a chipmunk.

"Eternity ?" Aziraphale wondered, disoriented. He didn't quite understand why on earth Eternity would be worse than the End itself.

"You're just upset you won't be able to listen to musicals, while we will," you teased.

"And you'll miss my very constructive critics, especially on The Phantom Of The Opera !"

"You utterly roasted it !"

You were ready to argue your arse off, but Aziraphale had his own things to say.

"I don't like it more than you do. I can't disobey... I've got to do what I'm told... right Y/N ?" He asked for your support.

"Mmh nh.. Yes, sure, but I don't think they pay attention to these sorts of things." You suddenly gagged. You weren't sure that giving back the liquor to the bartender was such an idea, but you couldn't afford to throw up.

"Maybe we should sober up."

They both agreed and quickly got sober.

"Listen, even if I wanted to help you, we just can't." Aziraphale explained while glancing at you, once again to encourage him.

"It's true, Crowley, we're angels. We cannot interfere with God's plan," you said, lying back on the couch.

"But what about Satan's plan, mh ?" His red hair framed his head, and your eyes focused on his, snake-like and wide. His whole face was encouraging you to listen further.

"It's your job, right ? Thwarting the demonic plan. Encouraging humans to be "good", mmh ?"

"No need to quote..." you sulked.

"That's broadly what we do, indeed." Aziraphale conceeded.

"With that in mind, it would be totally reasonable for you to act on the birth of the Anti-Christ. To thwart my demonic influence on the child while he grows up. I'm the only one managing his evil upbringing. Against two angels with such pure hearts, I would highly struggle to stand my ground."

Wait up, two angels ? Uh, you were getting way too involved for the two of them to easily seal the deal. You needed a way out. Aziraphale was considering the idea, giving you enough time to hastily prepare a counterargument.

"M-mh, so much good energy would change the boy too much. Everyone will realise it. I think it's too much of a risk. No, it would be best if the two of you took care of him. You know, like, uh, godfathers !"

The pleased and hopeful look on the fluffy angel's face caused you to sigh in relief. Crowley, however, was frowning. You just grinned, gathering all your charm to erase any suspicion.

"Still, he's made to be evil; surely the influence of two angels wouldn't hurt."

Think of something. You had to get those two together !

"I'll be your safety net ! Assuring the Heavens that Aziraphale is doing an excellent job !" You gestured towards him, nervous and frantic. The angel flinched slightly but didn't say anything. You nodded and smiled before turning to Crowley.

"And ! I'll mess with other people's demon jobs ! Giving them plenty of things to keep their minds off the Anti-Christ's childhood." You clapped your hands and tied your lips together, praying it would be enough.

The demon was scanning your face, taking in what you just said and your attitude. Aziraphale then faced his friend and supported your plan by taking a place beside you.

"It would be safer and less noticeable." He placed a hand on your shoulder, and you looked up at him. When he noticed, he smiled in his reassuring way.

Meanwhile, Crowley had closed his eyes tightly, exhaling more air than normal humans actually had in their bodies. The dude's a balloon, apparently. His eyelids opened abruptly, and he offered his response.

"Ngh... fine."

Yay, victory.

"I can't believe I have to convince you to agree to a plan you created," you teased him.

"Er."

"It might work !" said Aziraphale happily. You hoped everything would go smoothly and that you could prevent the Earth from boiling, causing the destruction of either Hell or Heaven. You felt the angel almost wriggle next to you, and the demon smirked his way. Maybe it would be easier than you thought.

"Well, I'll be damned !" he exclaimed quietly. His brighting up the room.

"It's not so bad when you get used to it," Crowley answered mischievously.

And there it is. Hardships. Aziraphale lost his smile and looked at him with a warning. It really stuck in his craw.

"Crowley, don't they say thingz like that !" he scolded vigoursly.

"It's just a joke; don't make a big deal out of it." Crowley finally sat back, waving off Aziraphale's arguments. The angel took a step towards Crowley, standing in front of you. While he continued his rambling, the red head peeked your way and winked, obviously amused.

You rubbed your face with your hand but grinned as well. Easy ? Yeah, right.

Okay, wanting to do a little bit of a lighter reading here with my faves and do what ideal traits they like in a partner at the moment, so let's see what we have here.

Heeseung (2 of Cups/Man Holding Coin) He would want someone emotionally committed to him. He would want a strong bond. 2 souls as one. This came to me again; it is like Libra's have this mindset with relationships. He would want someone he can emotionally bond with and someone he can be let his emotions out to. I get a sense of intermingling, getting lost in another, which I can say may not be always great, but there is a sense of harmony and letting each other in. I just keep getting someone emotionally available, so that is important, also someone who validates his emotions. He would want someone who is very goal oriented and keeps their eye on the prize. Although, he wants a strong connection. He also has his goals and his career, so he would want someone with that energy as well. He would want his partner to put in the work, that could be in a relationship, but also in other things in general. The oracle card is giving me Cap energy, so he would want someone with that type of energy in that aspect. He would want a partner with their own independence as well. Lol he gave me a lot here.

Jay (5 of Wands/Patience) Okay, that 5 of wands kind of threw me off, but with the patience card. I wonder if he felt suffocated in the past by partners like that. He wants it to be new and fresh. He wants someone who is always willing to go on adventures and try something new. I don't see him as liking stability and comfort in relationships. That may get boring for him. He likes someone who enjoys their space and me time. He would like someone who doesn't stress a lot about things and does things to clear their mind. I also see him liking someone who gives him space to clear his mind and deal with his stuff. I can also see him liking a mentally strong person. Yeah, he doesn't like things to be too serious. I'll see if this pops up when I do their reading on how they are as a boyfriend.

Jungwon (The Hanged Man/Hostilities) Okay, Jungwon you are my bias, but what is this? I can see him as wanted someone very reflective and open to gain insight to difficult situations. He would want someone tough and strong, maybe not afraid to go toe to toe with him, like bicker with him. These cards give me two different vibes. One is very calm and serene and the other argumentative and hostile. He likes someone with both qualities I am guessing here. I can see him as liking someone who can handle difficulties that comes to them and can stay calm under pressure. I see him as someone who likes someone who takes it all in stride, the good and the bad. I don't think he knows what he likes or thinks about it too much, because I am not getting much here. Like most was me guessing, he seems to not care about ideal types to be honest, which yeah, you like what you like, no point in ideal types. This is why he is my bias, we are pretty similar.

Ni-Ki (4 of Swords/Door to Romance) Okay, the door to romance surprised me because I don't see this boy giving af about romance and love too much, so didn't think I would get much here. As a Venus in Cap myself, as Ni-Ki is, love is not a top priority for us and doesn't come easy. Anyway, I feel that means he may want someone to approach him, rather than he do it. Like the person has to sweep him off his feet, or make him feel something, before he ever thinks of allowing them in. He may want someone who makes romantic gestures towards him, who flirts with him a bit, or open up to him. He may entertain it, but not sure it will come into a full-blown relationship. He would want someone he can feel comfortable with, that he can feel safe with. He wants peace, absolutely no drama, same Ni-ki, same. You got to be able to give him space and be a safe place for him to ever think of letting romance in. Ah, maybe that is what this all means. Provide a sanctuary for him, and he will allow you in, and let romance in. And he may even charm you himself. I am getting, be my safe place and I will let you in.

She can play sitar, harp, xylophone, and especially the violin. Her favorite genres include classical and relaxing lo-fi. She and Gabe share a strong bond over their love of music.

Acts as a teacher for angel culture or tour guide of Heaven for the younger angels and any new soul arrivals.

One of the most beautiful angels in Heaven, including her brother, Chamuel. They are some of the youngest angels of the Second Generation, after all.

These are all archangels I am certain. And I looked up how many arch angels are there and it says Michael, Gabriel, Uriel, Chamuel (Camael), Raphael, Jophiel, and Zadkiel

Gabriel-Gabriel is the herald of visions, messenger of God and one of the angels of higher rank.

Chamuel (camael)-Archangel Chamuel's mission is to help bring peace to the world. The Archangel of Love

Raphael- Archangel Raphael is often called upon to help with physical healing. travelers, the blind, happy meetings, nurses, physicians, medical workers, matchmakers, Christian marriage, and Catholic studies.

Jophiel-Widely known as the angel of beauty, Jophiel represents the beauty of God, and he plays a great role in helping you see your inner beauty

Zadkiel- In Jewish mysticism and Christian Kabbalah, Zadkiel is associated with the classical planet Jupiter. The angel's position in the sephirot is fourth, which corresponds to Chesed "Kindness".

Are we gonna see this? Because their gods main seven angels. Maybe we'd see Azrael the angel of death?

What I love about turning my H/H - H/B fanfic into my own thing is the possibilities and use of old English. Putting words into a translator and watch new sentences get formed.

And also the fact, I can focus on human characters that will appear in the story - this will go for the fanfic too - their human lives before they ended up in Hell or Heaven or just human lives in general.

Unreliable narrators, morally grey characters, complexity of Heaven and Hell - sometimes their roles in the story.

I also love how Gods, Archangels and Angels are intertwined with one another. Aphrodite working with Chamuel and so on.

It's so interesting and I'm so excited to get it out there, if I'll have the support I need.

I also want to focus on redemption and how difficult it is to handle a topic like this, how it can last a lifetime and people still not forgiving you, or how people can give up halfway trough.

DYWTK Archangel Profiles

I’ve been meaning to do this forever, honestly, i was going to touch up some of the art before I did but i’m ✨lazy✨ So here we are, profiles for the DYWTK archangels! Enjoy!

Chamuel, the Archangel of Connections

As the Archangel of Connections, Chamuel (he/him) is able to tell how close souls are to each other. He can sense the tension between others and is skilled in helping people to talk out their problems.

Cam loves introducing people to each other and can often tell how relationships will progress. He's extremely extroverted and very social, he absolutely loves to spend his time around other souls. Before Hell, his island was a meeting place for the archangels and seraphims, and there were very few times when he was alone. While his siblings were off creating things and filling their assigned roles, Chamuel typically stayed behind on his island in Heaven. He was essentially their communication hub, whenever one of the archangels wanted to find another or relay a message, it was Chamuel that they went to. He was once very close with Asmodeus and spent a lot of time with Lucifer before his fall.

After Hell: Chamuel spends most of his time alone, reminiscing about better days. He waits day and night for centuries at a time next to his campfire, hoping that someday one of his siblings may fly over and join him. Every so often he goes to the other islands to check on the other archangels, still intent on filling his role as the center of communication between the siblings.

Likes: Talking with others, hosting get-togethers, other angels, nature, trees, braiding hair, parrots

Dislikes: Lack of communication, being alone, lying, holding grudges, violence, long periods of time away from his siblings

Uriel, the Archangel of Knowledge

The Archangel of Knowledge is curious about everything. While she isn't able to answer every question herself, she has the ability to determine exactly what questions to ask to find the answer she's seeking. No question that she's ever asked has stayed unanswered.

Uriel (she/her) spends most of her time intensely focused on whatever project she's working on, not caring much for personal relationships aside from the seraphims and her siblings. But even the other archangels are helpless to stop her when she's hyper-focused on something she's found interest in, sometimes going centuries without so much as looking at another soul. She's always believed that the pursuit of knowledge is more important than anything, occasionally causing tension with her more empathetic siblings. Uri may have caused a few unfortunate things to occur on the living world, though they were never intentional. Although she often goes long periods of time without interacting with other souls, once she gets talking she can go on and on about her discoveries for days without so much as taking a breath.

After Hell: Not too much has changed for Uriel, she typically buries herself in her work to the point of forgetting anything had ever happened. It's only when she sees something that reminds her of her fallen brother that she remembers it all again. She's the only one of the siblings that still keeps an eye on humanity, though she keeps some of the details about the Living World from the others for their own good.

Likes: Gems, rocks, outer space, stars, fire, being productive, asking and answering questions, observing changes, weevils

Dislikes: Being interrupted, being bothered while focused on something, being rushed, animals, interacting with mortal souls, being ignored

Haniel, the Archangel of Self Love

Haniel (she/her) can immediately tell how anyone feels about themselves. She considers her role as the Archangel of Self Love to be the best job in Heaven, as she spends her time teaching others how to appreciate the gift of being alive. She oftentimes does this, however, by showing other souls what it feels like to almost die.

Han doesn't mean to scare others with her games, but everything she does is extreme. She takes excitement to a new level with her endless energy and love of fun. She's rarely ever sitting still or not smiling, and everyone she meets is automatically her newest friend. Not everyone enjoys her idea of 'fun,' making her one of the more avoided archangels by those that aren't as into her games as others. But, no matter what she's doing or who she's with, her laughter is contagious and no one can stay sad when she's around. Before Hell, she was extremely close with Beelzebub.

After Hell: Without anyone to spend her time with, Han doesn't do much anymore. She's turned her island into a mess of features in an attempt to recreate her favorite parts of the Living World, but without Ariel's touches, it's never quite the same. When she does see her siblings, she tries to drag them into never-ending games to keep them around as long as possible.

Likes: Other angels, humans, dirt, large bodies of water, spending time with friends and family, large gatherings, high speeds, open spaces, challenges, games that would almost definitely kill a mortal, hawks

Dislikes: Boredom, being alone, sitting still for too long, small spaces, waiting

Raziel, the Archangel of Secrets

The Archangel of Secrets doesn't speak often, but when they do, everyone stops to listen. Raziel (they/them) has the ability to tell when someone isn't being entirely honest, and the intensity of their gaze is enough to compel almost anyone to come out with the truth. Because of this, Raz tends to have a wealth of knowledge about other souls, though they very rarely share that knowledge. They prefer to allow other's secrets stay secret.

While they don't speak much, Raziel loves to listen. They can listen to someone talk for hours and not get bored, absorbing everything they hear for later use. They love sitting someplace where they can see everything and watch over the souls around them. If anyone were to add up all of the time that Raziel had spent listening to Uriel talk about her projects, it would likely exceed the age of most of this universe.

After Hell: Raziel spends most of their time alone on their island, contemplating the events of their existence that brought them to that point. They don't go out of their way to bother the other archangels, but when one of their siblings visits, the time they spend together is all Raziel thinks about for months.

Likes: High up places, the Living World sky, tiny animals, wind, rain, the truth, listening to others talk, spending time alone to reflect, watching the world, learning new things, shrews

Dislikes: Fast paced activities, rushing from one thing to another, spending long periods of time away from the other archangels

Ariel, the Archangel of Inspiration

As the Archangel of Inspiration, Ariel (they/them) can make anything beautiful. From landscapes and celestial bodies to animals and even words, Ariel can design absolutely anything. They love to give gifts, so they gifted creativity to humans in the hopes that they would continue to make the Living World as beautiful as possible.

Before humans existed, Ariel loved the Living World so much that they rarely went back to Heaven. They spent millennia making the world both beautiful and functional, creating every habitat that every species of animal has ever lived in. They also designed most of the animals in existence, they were rarely ever without a small flock of wildlife following close behind. They were extremely close to both Lucifer and Raphael before the creation of Hell and is still around Raphael more than not.

After Hell: Ever since Lucifer's fall, Ariel's been in a deep depression that's taken away their will to create. The only new creations they've created for millennia are a million different kinds of frogs. Ariel had loved the idea of humans, but after losing their brother and seeing what humanity had done to the once beautiful Living World, Ariel has had nothing but disdain for mortal souls. Every few decades they explode into a rage that goes on for weeks, destroying the entirety of their island before their fury is finally replaced by depression again.

Likes: animals, music, art, nature, dancing, the ocean, the Living World, traveling, frogs

Dislikes: Boredom, feeling stuck, mortal souls, doing the same thing all of the time, staying in one place

Raphael, the Archangel of Healing

The Archangel of Healing is someone that everyone trusts. While all of the archangels were loved by the souls in Heaven, Raphael (he/him) is the type of person that ends up with strangers giving him their life story before he can blink. He's able to tell when someone's in pain, physically or emotionally, and passed much of his wisdom on to Belphegor before the creation of Hell.

Raph is extremely empathetic and hates to see other souls in pain, but he's often the one to remind his siblings that healing isn't always linear. While he loves people, he's a bit of an introvert. His favorite activities always involve relaxing alongside those he's closest to. He and Ariel have always been very close, spending much of their time together.

After Hell: Raphael spends most of his time on Ariel's island, rebuilding whatever he can each time it's all destroyed. He does this over and over again but doesn't mind, as Ariel's always been his closest friend. For a long time, he'd tried to help his siblings heal after Lucifer's fall, but he eventually gave up hope that any of them would ever be the same.

Dislikes: Grudges, toxic positivity, seeing others in pain, punishments, lying

How I tell if the spirit that trying to connect with me is a high vibrational entity or lower vibrational entity:

1. No sex. Even if this entity is my twin flame's higherself, even if I seduced her, she still not going to engage. If I keep trying, I might end up connecting with lower vibrational entity. However, depend on the entity's character, they probably will still trying to protect me from lower vibrational entity when I keep trying. And some high vibrational will let lower vibrational entity to connect with me if I keep trying just so I know it will not work and I have to be careful when doing this.

2. Clairsentience tasting bliss. When I connected with high vibration entity, I feel happy and even though I could not hear what they are saying (unless when we meet in dream), i can feel very happy, light... it's like hanging out with friends who truly loves you and love to have fun. I can't hear their jokes but I can feel the jokes.

3. Apparently they are not as strict as I thought. When I was in church, I thought heaven must be a very boring place where we shall not make even a single mistakes and God loves to punish and expecting perfection. After I got myself into spirituality and connecting with my angels, I changed my mind. High vibrational entities are very funny, hilarious, they got the best jokes and very very smart, very very witty. I love them so much. Feels like I can be as vulnerable as I can without being judged or having some ego strokes that makes me even more delusional. They always tell the truth, and know how to criticize with love. They are super healing. Connecting with them makes me not feeling lonely, and I can trust them.

4. Their energy is very light. When lower vibrational entity tried to connect me 4 years ago, I would feel normal. But after I connected with my angels and get used with their energy, once I connect with lower vibrational energy, I can feel how dense it is, and then I can see how light the angels energies are.

So who is my favorite Angel? My favorite is my guardian angel, of course ☺☺

But my favorite Archangel is Uriel for always telling the truth, of course because I am a truth seeker ☺☺ but Uriel almost never came to me 😔 (oh wait, he was the first Archangel who try to contact me and resulting to my spiritual awakening 🤔) so, my favorite is AA Michael for always protecting me even from danger that I didn't aware of 🥰 (thank you, Michael!), Chamuel for always there to answer my silly questions ☺☺ (thank you Chamuel!), and Ariel for the encouragement 🤗 (thank you, Ariel!)

I won't mention everyone since it will seems like a brag. But I hope more people can realize that they are not that far away from heaven, if they choose to lean on the lighter side. Doesn't matter what your religion is, they will be there if you ask for help.

Angels & Archangels

It talks about how there is a regular realm and a spiritual realm where spirits and angels are. It also says there are 7 archangels in total.

1. Michael

He is supposed to be the most well-known archangel who shows up whenever you need any kind of protection. He also wields a golden sword. It says how he offers courage and guidance when you feel lost so it's a nice thought to know he is always there with you. The similarities to the angel in my game is that it also protects you.

2. Rafael

Rafael acts as a healer so he is there when you are sick or if you work in healthcare he is by your side. He's also associated with a green emerald light. This inspires an idea for a healing item in my game or a different coloured light.

3. Gabriel

He is the messenger of god and the angel for communications. He helps artists, writers and teachers trying to spread their message across. It also said you should call on him if your struggling with conception, pregnancy or birth. This angel probably wouldn't have any relation to the angels in my game.

4. Ariel

This is the angel of nature and protecting the environment. She is present whenever your connecting to nature, caring for animals or taking a visit to the vet. This would not be an angel that is present in my game.

5. Jophiel

The name means beauty of god and is the archangel of creativity, wisdom and fresh ideas. It's said to get rid of chaos and bring calm to our lives. This angel would not be in my game.

6. Azrael

This angel supports you through death when travelling to the afterlife. It also helps if you are grieving as well and if your helping people who are grieving. He also offers guidance if some other big change is happening. This angel would not be in my game

7. Chamuel

This angels goal is to bring peace to the world. You can call on him for anxiety, trouble in a relationship and falling out with someone. This angel would not be in my game.

(Hey, so I decided to work on the plot of my Angel Dating Sim concept, ask me questions about it if you're interested to know more ^^)

Have No Fear is about how, through years of humble and dutiful service, a shy gardian angel known as Eshrael has been assigned to the Antichrist. (In this case, a troubled orphan girl simply known as Carmel, with the power to tear the fabric of reality (aka God's design) apart like wet tissue) Panicked at the prospect of such a great task, he goes to the Seven Heavenly Host to ask them for help, and endears herself to them through her shy nature. They promise to help him, and simply ask that she give then a bit of time so they can settle their current affairs. Eshrael accepts, and goes back to her living quarters.

Enters Cupid, a strange love Cherub who's blissfully unaware of the gravity of the situation, and wants to help Eshrael claim the heart of at least one other angel. Through teaching her the art of properly getting others to open their hearts (aka the Tutorial), Cupid hopes that Eshrael will help them spread love across Heaven, while Eshrael simply goes along with it in hope that essentially being taught social skills will prevent her from spontenaously combusting in embarrassment, and somehow keep his charge safe.

The rest of the story is about managing your budding relationships with the other angels and making sure Carmel doesn't end up destroying the world. The parts where you guide and protect Carmel would come in the form of a Raising Sim where the objective is keeping her healthy, happy, and away from people and things that would either hurt or make her into a worse person. It's far easier to do when receiving the assistance of various angels.

Gabriel, the Will of God. A messenger and formely the guardian angel of the Christ, Gabriel is a sweet and helpful angel who adores humans and always has a smile on his face. The most willing to help Eshrael, the guardian angel is eventually able to unearth a truly massive well of bitterness that rests underneath his smile.

Michael, the One Who Is Like God. Well, besides the omniscience. And a bunch of other things. Nonetheless, Michael is a strong and mostly stoic figure, who usually has no problem taking control of an out-of-control situation. Underneath this hard exterior lays a much softer center.

Raphael, the Healer of God. By far the strongest healer in Heaven, and also the most dedicated. Much quieter than the rest of the angels, he slowly becomes more talkative as he and Eshrael's relationship progresses. Apparently, he was much more open in the past.

Uriel, the Light of God. The one who guards the garden of Eden, Uriel is a surprisingly nurturing and dependable angel. Despite this, they seems to arbhor disdain for humanity and doesn't have much of a brain-to-mouth filter.

Jophiel, the Beauty of God. A peaceful Archangel who sees beauty in everything she lays her eyes on. She makes things clearer simply by being there, and is always willing to give a helping hand. Her only wish is to be a part of all this.

Zadkiel, the Righteousness of God. The Archangel in charge of distributing justice and keeping the peace amongst heaven. Initially the most dismissive (and almost hostile) toward Eshrael and her assigned duty, they slowly soften toward her as he shows he has nothing but good intentions.

Chamuel, the Warmth of God. A cheerful archangel who adores everyone, and wishes for nothing more than to take care of the world. The way they attach themselves to Eshrael might be their way to distract thenselves from some burden...

Azrael, the Angel of Death. A mysterious being who's designs barely align with God's. Eshrael catches xir attention when he goes to Earth in an effort to save the life of Carmel's first pet, only for Azrael to show up at the same time to reap it's life. After a long debate on what to do with the pet, Azrael warns her that she won't always be able to protect Carmel, but wishes him good luck and gives the pet one more year. Throughout the story, Azrael periodically shows up outside of xir route to remind Eshrael that some bad things need to happen, that some lessons must be learned.

Metatron (it/its), the Voice of God. Not an Archangel, but something close. It contains the consciousness and memories of quite a few prophets, and often speaks for Him through them. The latest prophet happens to be someone close to Carmel, hence why it gets involved with Eshrael. A workaholic even amongst angels, it's route is about helping it discover who it is outside of its duty.

Ariel, a fierce angel in charge of guarding Heaven. She gets involved in the whole Carmel thing when she first uses her powers, and has to be talked down from smithing her by Eshrael. Her route is equal part helping her relax, and distracting her from the whole "your charge is the Antichrist" mess.

Raziel, an angel in charge of keeping knowledge and secrets. They get involved at about the same time as Ariel, and Eshrael is able to swear them to secrecy (for now) in order to keep Carmel safe. Otherwise, they are a very reserved angel who knows how to be discreet, and their route is surprisingly relaxed compared to mostly everyone else's.

Haniel, a fellow guardian angel and old friend of Eshrael. Having just come back from an assignment done well, they quickly notice the strain Eshrael is under and decides to get involved, going as far as to move in with him. Even in routes where they aren't romanced, they're a great source of support.

Samael Lucifer Morningstar, the new Lord of Hell and the enemy of God. A proud and suave fallen angel who always insists that he's in the right. Eshrael catches his interest through her multiple interventions toward his child, and he gets it in his head to seduce her to the dark side. In return, Eshrael gets it in his head that she might be able to help Lucifer find forgiveness. Whether or not either of them succeed...

All love interests can also be pursued platonically, if that's more your thing. More than one can be pursued romantically at the same time with very little negative repercussions (mostly makes time managing harder), as angels don't subscribe to the same laws as humans.

Other characters of note include:

Eshrael, the player character. A guardian angel's who's shyness is only eclipsed by his desire to do right by her charges. His eyes are like mirrors, and mortals who look into them will come face to face with their innermost self. (Uses both he/him and she/her pronouns in equal measures)

Carmel, Eshrael's latest charge and the Antichrist. An orphaned girl with a talent to get herself in trouble. How she ends up otherwise is up to how well Eshrael guides her. Lucifer is her parent, in a sense.

Cupid, a love cherub who got it in his head that Eshrael wants to kiss other angels, and is blissfully unaware of the actual gravity of the situation. Extensive knowledge of how the heart works aside, he is very little more than a winged, extremely cheerful toddler. Seems to dislike God for some reason. Essentially the mascot.

Sandalphon, a angel who's close to Metatron as they have similar duties. Part of Metatron's route includes gaining Sandalphon's favor, as she's somewhat hostile to Eshrael's attempts to get closer to it. Otherwise, she's a cold and distant angel who likes making music.

The Lords of Hell, aka Lucifer's cohort. Five fallen angels (and one human) who reign over Hell after violently taking it over. Each reside over a Deadly Sin, with Lucifer being Pride. The other six are Azazel (Lust), Satanael (Wrath), Lillith (Envy), Sophia (Greed), Belial (Gluttony), and Nelchael (Sloth). All of them play an important role in Lucifer's route in helping him tempt Eshrael, but some of them play more minor roles in other routes.

God. Yes, the actual one. The Creator of all and everything. Difficult to read, no one is quite sure of what His plan is. Despite being omniscient, He doesn't seem to realize just who Carmel is.
