It's not even as a thing to seduce or flirt, it's more so a thing to do with temperature and maybe even a sensory issue.

They just don't like pants, they'll wear some super loose bootyshorts or just straight up underwear that are comfy and loose and free as much leg as possible.

They'll just rather be cold than hot, rather no pants than pants, they just really can't be wearing pants if they genuinely want to be entirely comfortable and relaxed.
