Here is my new oc Ash ! I did a random doodle of him once and decided to develops him a bit. This is the 1st doodle
And did a full body
Basically he is supposed to be an ex military now hitman (not really there with his mind)
This is supposed to be his mask, half angelic and half demonic since he is chaotic af.
A drawing of him with a “client”: even tho he’s a bit of a maniac, he doesn’t go after children (and gets really mad if a client asks him to and may even kill them for that) and usually also toward women, tho it depends.
The reference used for the last drawing found it on Pinterest uncredited (maybe from @mellon_soup on TikTok)

poll time! stewy is most often portrayed as an only child in fics, but i'm curious to see how widespread that hc is. the appeal of the only child hc seems to be making him more of a foil to kendall/the other roys, who are eternally caught up in their sibling war. but of course, in the sibling show, the other side also has stuff to offer to.
i've also noticed a smaller trend of fics showing stewy being raised as an only child, but technically having siblings that he didn't grow up with for whatever reason - age gaps, half siblings, family estrangement, or death of a sibling are some of examples i've seen.
so, time to share, and please feel free to add your thoughts/headcanons in the tags and replies:

long rambly annie appreciation post
i love my feral gremlin child annie SO much and i think something really fun about her is how she just... has no Need for relationships besides Dog?
she does seem to benefit from hanging out with charlie, and there's some potential there with irene. but she's stuck it out on her own so long she and dog can take care of themselves. she doesn't need to be nice and polite because she doesn't need anything from anyone else and even if she did she'd more realistically use force to get it lol.
and i mean, i can't even blame her because the first humans she came across in a decade shot at her best friend. besides the fact force is a solution she knows works and the fact she's been alone so long she's never HAD to consider any other solution, how can she trust any of the humans she just got thrown into these situations with?
we did see her actually develop a bit as well when she decided to stay with irene's camp, possibly showing a willingness to be open to relationships (or at least her knowing she and dog can't brave this one alone.) she had irene apologize instead of letting dog maul her. but i like that her personality didn't change all that much in the meantime.
i like that she's didn't feel pressured to start playing nice because like, she doesn't owe that to anyone. she has pretty much no reason to act nice and polite... i don't even think she knows HOW to honestly (see: her immediate "oh my god this coffee?? it's DISGUSTING" reaction in episode 1 instead of trying to pretend she's grateful for their attempt to warm her up j;lkLKJ).
and i particularly love how she didn't fall into the pitfalls of like, in stranger things having el see herself in the mirror and go "pretty o:" because... annie has no concept of society anymore. she has vague memories of a mom, she has a small child's understanding of the world she came from, but the only expectations she feels are 1) to survive and 2) to be dog's best friend.
i also loved that despite forgetting so much and adapting so hard, she DID still care that irene didn't find her for 10 years. she did love her dad. and so i have to wonder if that sense of betrayal, the impending doom of knowing someone you love will just die, is another factor in her being so Annie. she said it herself - any time someone had told her she's safe, they've died. people are weak and fragile and they're going to fail her, but she and dog are strong and invincible and that's Safe (i say, hoping dog survived that finale).
why change that now?

Going to preface this by saying I love Tailor Astarion, these are just some thoughts I'm having tonight
I don't think Astarion would be able to make garments, beyond eying something he owns and replicating it. I think embroidery served a purpose and it was an outlet that took up minimal space, plus easier to store in a chest. The room the...less favored Spawn share isn't that large. It would just feel smaller as more spawn were introduced to their corner of hell.
It's also one of those cases where I'm not certain if he would genuinely enjoy the craft or not, since it less seems a skill developed with love and more like a necessary skill. It doesn't seem he cares as much for it if he's adventuring (based on his doublet having paint instead of embroidery at the epilogue party), but that also checks out for needing a break from something you did that you enjoyed while in a traumatic situation bc it reminds you of that trauma when you try to get back to it.
But he absolutely knows he is not your guy for anything complicated but would want to pull an Emperor's New Clothes situation for anyone who tried to make him do work for them

WIP Intro but I have too much ADHD for this Edition: Of Sea Jewels and Great Lords
(Finally my favourite one!! (kind of))
---
About title: So, for this I wanted to tie the meanings behind the main characters' surnames into the title while invoking a sense of certain colours and adventure, kind of? It's honestly a bit misleading.. one main character's surname is Bijoux, which is literally just the French word for jewel, and I associate them with indigo, so I put sea jewels in the title. The other main character's surname, Meredith, means something like lord/great lord, so I threw that into the title, too. It's a fantasy adventure story, so I wanted that to carry into the title, and I think it does, but the characters don't actually encounter sea jewels, or great lords; it's mostly just mountains and learning to navigate each other.
---
About: So, in recovering bewitched lost villagers for the village of Nomen, magician Geo Bijoux is saddled with the responsibility of depositing Chad Meredith under a mountain in return for the missing villagers that the local dragon has been protecting. In their reluctant travels in search of a good, uninhabited mountain, Geo learns more of the reason for Chad's eternal imprisonment, and the two, against their wishes, grow closer through their adventures and the unavoidable shenanigans that come with a pair of young magicians traversing a continent.
---
Setting: So I lied when I said Giselle & Darius is chronologically the first story that happens on Dirt; this actually happens 200-300 years before that. (I don't have exact numbers yet,,) Also, it's set all over Astelle, but mostly south of the Heart of Astelle, which is a big mountain.
---
Featuring: the gays; healing from trauma; moral grayness; questioning morality, motives, and life choices; riyals to lovers (in a way); getting sick of the person you're roadtripping with, as is wont to happen; competitions of basically who can be the biggest asshole; lots of homesickness; learning to follow your heart.
---
Do I have a playlist for it? OH YOU BET I DO :)
