Hey friendly reminder that you can ask about the status of fics in a way that’s respectful of the author, and also friendly reminder that you’re not actually entitled to updates and information and you don’t need to come in with that kind of attitude. If a fic hasn’t been updated in a long time, you can assume there’s a reason for it, whatever that reason is, and you don’t need to be upset that the author didn’t give you the reason. You can just subscribe and wait, maybe even leave a nice comment if you want to offer motivation, but come on.

So… I’m back (and it’s been a while, I know)

just coming on here to say that starting next week I’m going to try and post something on once every two weeks - or as often as I can

i’ve got a lot of stuff planned/ in the process of writing and I’m excited to properly get back into writing again!

tryna psych myself up into writing again but as usual i’m on a down trend 🫠. think i need to read more honestly, get my mind working. trust me y’all I’ve been looking at all the ideas i wanna get done, it’s just getting the ball rolling without feeling like ass that’s the issue. well that and i’ve got some other writing stuff on the side that’s been taking up all my writing juice. might take a break with it, but i’ll see.

on another note my uni results are getting released this week. forgot to tell y’all that i finished my degree finally! so happy to be done. next is gonna be graduation and looking for a job — job hunting has been so hard lately, rejections left and right, and it’s been almost a year of applying for jobs. but yeah, that’s the life update 😂 aka just me talking into the void.
