This raises so many questions.

Who gets top bunk and who gets bottom bunk? Does Time have to take the bottom bunk because of his old bones? Do the younger Links argue over who gets the top bunks? Do you think that when someone is wounded or has some sort of chronic pain flair up, be it scars or smt else, the others make them take the bottom bunk so it's easier to get up in the morning?

I don't really know if I'm the only one who's thought about this because I've barely seen anyone talk about it, I'm probably not but the impression I got from this scene right at the end of Murder of Woes is that as the Addams family car passes the armed truck, the reason why Tyler wakes and the Hyde emerges is because they can sense Wednesday close by. I mean, what else could be the reason? He wouldn't just turn for no reason and whether you'd like to admit it or not, Wednesday does mean a lot to Tyler, so...

Anyway, because of him being able to sense her being in close proximity, I'm sold on the idea of them having some sort of bond of their own that will only grow during the next season.

I won't lie, I've already made the two of them having a bond as my own little headcanon anyway...

It makes me wonder how the second season will start off, and if the first episode will start right where this scene left off.

I can't wait to see where season two will put the two of them.

I find it interesting that even though they technically have the same goal, they present it differently. ling is always presenting it as "I need immortality to become emperor" while mei presents it as "I need immortality to save my clan." the implied element behind it comes out to have the same meaning ("I need immortality to become emperor to save my clan" and "I need immortality to save my clan by becoming empress") but it's interesting to see the way they prioritize those statements. obviously ling wants to protect his clan, but he's approaching it through the mentality of "I will become emperor, and through that power I will save my clan," meanwhile mei's emphasis on saving her clan makes her situation seem much more dire, because she is focused on saving her clan first and foremost, and the leadership perspective comes second
