Well, I was on a horror audiobook kick for the past few days and I used the new Spotify Premium feature to listen to some audiobooks I was really excited about… well, of course, I ONLY GET 15 HOURS OF LISTENING TIME. WHAT AM I, A TEEN THAT NEEDS A CURFEW???? I was in the middle of a good one too!!! Well… back to Libby I suppose. There’s plenty of good books on there too. Last song I listened to: Frank Zappa's "Dirty Love." Some trivia was going around among my co-workers the other day and one of the questions was identifying the musician who said a particular quote, and one of the older guys thought I was too young to know it. Lol sir I may be a millennial but I am a millennial whose friends ask them to identify random oldies songs on the radio because It Is Known that I'm into a bunch of obscure shit, and you think I won't know who Frank fuckin Zappa is?? The funny thing is I had never actually heard the particular quote before, it just had his vibes so it was a good guess. But it was making me realize there's a good bit of Zappa I'd never really listened to. So!

Currently watching: In terms of fannish stuff, I'm sort of halfway through a Tour of Duty rewatch? Also waiting for moar Sandman and moar Iwtv, and living in blissful ignorance of whatever tf marvel is doing these days. More generally, the other day I found out that a few years back there was a show based on popular creepypastas, and I am a sucker for creepypastas. So I'm sort of watching that. (Also very curious how the IP issues were dealt with in a genre that so commonly has anonymous and communal authorship lol.)

Currently obsessed with: At Wondercon last weekend I impulse-bought a clear green acrylic contact juggling ball, because wouldn't that look cool for a Loki cosplayer to do? I do not yet rly know how to contact juggle, and it will be a loooong time before I can even think of doing a Jareth cosplay on the strength of those skills, but the damn thing is super fun to play with regardless. I'll just be over here, pondering my orb.

Hi!! Oh my goodness, thank you! I can put the ladies' ones here but if you or anyone are curious about more, I'm happy to answer!!!

Farina

- Loves some of the traditionally "less cute" animals the clinic gets in. Rats? Precious. Bats? So cool, they're rats that can FLY. That sharp-toothed thing with the fur? Would TOTALLY adopt if she could

- A little more of a quiet kid who read animal facts, facts about the universe. Got embarrassed for info dumping more than once, so stopped talking about it. One of the things she appreciates most about Nebula is that Nebula is a good listener to her, and can tell her surprisingly gently when they need to switch topics

- Also a bit of a star geek. Used to watch them from the balcony of her home when she was a kid. Also did this when she was with a bad ex and needed to get away for a bit.

- Unfortunately there's been more than one bad ex. She's learned to assert herself better though, and having her wife and the nursing staff there to back her up has been a huge help in this.

- She lets Nebula braid her hair! Nebula likes the novelty of it, and Farina likes the attention.

- Gamora still doesn't quiet get how jet dynamic works with Nebula, but loves the genuine smile Nebula has when she's with Farina.

- Really big on making sure Nebula feels included in things, and respects when she doesn't want to do something.

- Very much the "I'm not angry, just disappointed" type if fighting with Nebula. Nebula had one old-school tantrum during an argument between them, once, saw how shaken it left Farina, and vowed to be better after that. And she was.

- They've done more than one vacation to theme parks together. Everyone thinks it's Farina pulling Nebula along, but it's quite the opposite. Farina is a little more of a homebody, but loves her wife getting to experience the childhood she SHOULD have had. She's been terrified of every roller coaster she's ever been on, but her wife's maniacal laughter is just SO flipping cute.

- Big into pop music. Would play Harry Styles all day if she could.

- Identifies as a lesbian! She knew in grade school when she'd get WAY too emotional about friendships.

Now time for some Laroshi ones!

- The mom friend from a young age. Hosa and Meti were such airheads, somebody had to stop them from falling off a cliff. 🙄

- Loves numbers because they make sense! Whether it's cooking, working on alloy materials from her forge, or money, she's quite good with it all. She never really had an opportunity to spread her math wings on Fauntera, but can on Knowhere. Is the accountant for the Guardians.

- Has gotten them enough extra money they were due over the years that combined it could have bought another Knowhere.

- Comes from a large family. She had seven siblings, all who reached adulthood, got married, and had children of their own. This stung a little bit as she always wanted to be a mom and wife. It just didn't happen, though.

- Unable to have children biologically due to an illness she contracted on Fauntera during the uprising. This is why she was unable to reunite with Meti initially.

- Meti quietly offered to give her the money to have a baby like how he had Skye, and to pull strings to get her to the front of the lind. She would have taken him up on this, but she and Kraglin were too far apart genetically to have one together, so it just wasn't worth it to her. Her prayers were still answered, though, with Benji.

- She helped give Benji a Spider-Man-themed bar mitzvah without knowing what a bar mitzvah was or what a Spider-Man was.

- Practiced calling herself "Laroshi Geer" way too much as a kid. Would have had binders with their initials in hearts if she could have.

- Marrying Kraglin is literally the first spontaneous thing she's done in her life. She immediately fell for his kindness. She also loves that he isn't as proper as she felt she had to make herself be in order to help guide and protect her people, or to find a spouse.

- Loves going to bars with him. He gets her to loosen up like she's always wanted to, but never knew where to start.

- She, in turn, respects him from the get-go. He's never had to prove himself to her.

- She collaborates with Rocket a lot on creating things! She created all his mobility aides during his surgeries, so that they'd be portable for him, and has helped him mod some weapons.

- Loves jewelry making for herself. Kraglin brings her gems from planets, she turns it into bracelets, necklaces, etc for herself. Her favorite is a necklace with a gem that matches his eyes, and she wears this a lot when he's on missions.

- Big into punk rock.

- Is the neighborhood mom now. If there's a kid who needs something, they know they can go to her forge and she'll try to help.

- Learned English for her adopted son. It wasn't easy, but she loves Benji that much.

- She loves making knickknacks for the house. Yondu would have taken a shine to her.

- Intensely proud of her husband. Faunterians can be a little bit of a haughty bunch, so she brags about him a LOT. Kraglin doesn't get it, but he also doesn't mind.

- They don't get in blowup fights, but he knows she's annoyed with him if dinner is cold. She knows he's upset with her if he seems quieter and mutters about needing to look at something around the house.

- Has an iffy understanding of genders and sexualities, but is incredibly supportive. Most likely identifies as cis and hetero.

- Some of their favorite things to do as a couple is visit the beach, go to the farmers market, and making upgrades to their weapons. Ya know. Couples things!

Last song I listened to- Quietly Yours by Birdy…I’ve been working on the fourth part for Love on the Menu and this song has been the perfect backdrop and mood setter for this part.

Currently reading- RWRB fanfiction. I have some books on my headboard and bedside table, but firstprince has me in a death grip. I’m reading this one story that I’m not totally in love with because the dialogue and character interactions is a bit awkward and I feel some of the drama is manufactured, but I’m curious where the author is going so I’m reading through what’s there. One that I do love that updated yesterday is Finding Peace by devaderp. It has single dad!Alex who is being pursued by Henry instead of the other way around. It breaks my heart that Alex is on the outs with his family in this story, but the romance is so swoony and his daughter is adorable, I love it. Check check check it out!

Currently watching- Masters of the Air on Apple TV! I adore Austin Butler (shoutout to my Elvis girlies) and he is so gorgeous and talented in this show. Plus there’s Raff Law, Jude Law’s son, and he’s practically his dad’s mini-me. Also I’ve been rewatching this seven plus hours video essay on YouTube about Olivia Benson and Elliot Stabler from SUV. I’m gonna miss late Friday night Bridgewater podcast listening when this season is over. Can’t believe we’re already on S2Ep9.

Shelley immediately shutting down any convo with Anne, but then being very inviting to Jeremy. I really love that despite them not knowing that they always had a rapport and warmth for each other. 

Also, I really love that Shelley is still very angry, because who wouldn’t be. 

I do think Thomas’ perspective makes sense in saying they’re lucky...but it just can’t go against the emotions. 

“Alright...anyone want to order a pizza” - I love Olivia.

It’s so nice to have a Vipin and Jeremy scene again...especially because they’re both just geeking out about the supernatural and legends/lore and coming to the same conclusions. 

The whole Jersey Devil thing is funny to me because I’m from New Jersey. lol. 

Vipin just casually hanging out with Peyton and getting genuinely important info from her is so fitting. But also I’m so curious about why “she’s needed in the swamp” 

Glad to finally have Shelley and Anne talk. So important for them to clear that air and really talk it all out. 

Shelley just bringing it all out and what not knowing meant for her growing up and how it changed the relationship she had with Anne. 

Also Anne talking about what happened and how she lost Jeremy too. Ouch.

Vipin’s reaction to The Legend Tripper is basically me. He’s so immediately wary and suspicious. I love that he definitely picks up on how strange she is. The way he’s like immediately “where did she come from” and why is she just lecturing people on the supernatural while always claiming she’s never had any encounters or gathered real proof. 

Jeremy defending her and insisting she’s been helpful and not at all questioning how she just seems to know everything...or that he doesn’t know her name...

Like why would Peyton be wrong and not complete a rune? 

And then there’s the tattoo thing with the rune she “fixed” which definitely probably had something to do with them getting attacked...hmm. 

So yeah, I’m still not done being suspicious of The Legend Tripper...and we literally still don’t know her name and neither does Jeremy or Vipin...like way to not introduce yourself. Makes me think the reveal of her name will tell us exactly who she is.

Many common topics to discuss - tech and geek stuff - and I won’t mind his harsh words and rude behaviour (because I act the same often). EQUESTRIAN!!!!!! Horse riding is one of my favourite hobbies. I’d also consider joining science club, but given the opportunity to spend time with horses on a regular basis, I’d definitely choose that. And of course to spend more time with you know who………………………

Perfectly fine, just need a gun /hj For real though, it can’t be worse than here so I’ll live my best life. Would research how magic and technology combine and what can be created.

“I was never there” - Basically turning into an invisible ghost substance. Just…disappearing from this world. Nothing physical can affect the user in this state. Can walk through walls, punches don’t hurt the user, etc. However it works only 4 hours a day and the requirement to successfully activate it is…to have an empty stomach meh.

A/N: Thank you to the anon that sent in this request! It was soo cute, and I am so sorry it took so long!

Jason woke up expecting you to be there with him, but when he rolled over to pull you closer the bed was bare. Quickly, he sat up and looked around. You’re purse and shoes were still where you had left them last, but where were you? Looking out the window, he saw that the snow was coming down harder than it was before. Gotham was notorious for it’s winters and neither of you wanted to try and drive home in the middle of a storm so Bruce had Alfred set up a room for you and Jason to sleep in for the night.

Running a hand through his hair, Jason got up and pulled on a shirt before he exited the room looking for you. The Manor had always seemed big to him, even as an adult the halls looked as if they could go on forever. As he walked, he looked in various places for you the kitchen, the study, and even took a peak outside to make sure you didn’t get gutsy and take a step outside to watch the snow fall.

He was about to turn back to walk to your room to see if you had returned when he heard hushed voices coming from the library. Jason hadn’t thought to look there for some reason, you loved to read and thought you probably wanted to read something.

Stopping outside the door, he could hear your voice in soft whispers but you were talking to someone else.

“You’re too hard on yourself, what happened was not your fault.” You assured, whoever it was that you were talking to.

It was when the other person spoke, he realized who you were talking to.

“But I should have been there, he’s my son and I failed him.” Bruce sighed.

Tilting your head to the side, you crossed your arms and stared down Bruce Wayne. You knew that he still blamed himself for Jason’s death, it was something that no one really wanted to talk about. Even all these years later, it was still a sore subject for the family especially Bruce.

You weren’t expecting company when you arrived in the library, but it seemed Bruce needed to get something off his chest so you sat with him as Alfred brought cups of hot chocolate and you listened. He talked about how he felt like a failure of a father, if it was even a good idea to bring Dick into the life of crime fighting as a child in the first place. How he felt like he failed all of them in different ways, being too hard on Dick, Jason dying, Tim losing his father and not knowing Damian even existed for a decade.

Letting out a sigh, “You know, the two of you are more alike than you would think. Jason tells me all the time how he is worried that he will let everyone down. I guess it’s something he picked up from you, that and how to be a stubborn pain in the ass and suppress emotions like a brick wall.” You teased.

If you and Bruce hadn’t of laughed, you would have heard Jason’s own laughter from outside the door.

“He won’t admit it to anyone out loud, but he does care what you think especially of him. Jason doesn’t have to use words when I can see it in the way he acts when he is here, it’s like he is so scared of doing something wrong that you won’t love him anymore.” Bruce went to interrupt you, but you put a hand in the air and he halted.

“I know you love him the same as the others, and deep down he knows it too. But you have to know that Jason loves you too, again he may not say it but it’s there.” You explained. Bruce watched as you spoke, and you could see the slight glimmer of hope in his eyes. “Just don’t give up on him okay?”

Bruce gave you a nod and took the mug from you. “I never gave up on him, I just hope he knows that.”

You smiled brightly at his words. “I’ll make sure he does, now we both should get some sleep.” You yawned and made your way to the door.

Jason noticed that you were leaving and booked it for your room, barely managing to get out of the hall before you opened the door and started your walk back to bed. When you got back, Jason was in bed with his back facing you. Quietly, you crawled into bed and draped an arm over his side and hugged him from behind.

He leaned into your touch and placed his hand over yours as you both fell back to sleep, keeping each other close.

When you woke the next morning, Jason was gone. The bed was still warm so he wasn’t gone that long but you were curious to where he was. Pulling your robe over yourself, you walked down to the kitchen and saw that Jason had beat you down and was deep in conversation with Bruce and Tim over something. Damian was next to Bruce enjoying his breakfast and Alfred greeted you with a smile.

Jason heard and quickly got up and gave you a kiss. “Good morning, Princess.” He said with a smile. With a giggle you kissed his cheek.

“Good morning to you too handsome.” You smiled and curled into him. Jason seemed to be in a cheery mood and you couldn’t help but wonder why. He led you to the table and kept you close while you ate and talked with Tim about the latest thing that happened with Conner and the others.

Jason kept his arm wrapped around you while you ate, refusing to let you go. Maybe he had heard your conversation last night, but whatever happened it seemed to put Jason in a good mood and that’s all that you wanted. For him to be happy, and judging by the smile on his face he was.

He hesitated for a second before answering. He was caught off guard by her smile, and for a second he forgot he could speak, words piling up in his tongue, not making his way from his lips. She made his brain turn into mush, that was a fact.

- “I don't understand how germs could never be discovered”- Spencer murmured a few seconds later. 

Of all the answers he had in mind, which mostly referred to an endless amount of data and facts about germs, those words were the best he managed to say. (Y/N)'s smile had completely wiped off every functional brain cell he had.

- “Well, imagine all the things people haven't discovered yet”- she simply replied, and took a sip of her lemonade. Just like that, Spencer was left speechless.

All the things people haven't discovered yet. That was interesting, but though it was a thought Spencer could lose himself in for days and maybe weeks, at that minute all he could concentrate on was all the things he hadn't discovered yet, such as the taste of (Y/N)'s lips. Or how her warm skin could feel against his hand when he finally first touched her. He hadn't discovered how it would be to hold her hand. Just as simple as that. He lived in a world where germs existed, but all his dreams were a "what if".

- “That's overwhelming”- Spencer whispered, answering to (Y/N)'s earlier comment, and then looked down.

- “Would you shake people's hand if germs hadn't been discovered?”- his best friend asked, and her eyes didn't leave his. She felt how her whole body shook, staring at Spencer, but she couldn't stop doing it anyway. She didn't want to either, but it felt physically impossible to take her eyes from his. He was a magnet she couldn't move apart from.

It had been that way since day one, when the two of them started at the BAU, five years ago. They were both extremely young to be part of the elite of the FBI, but their abilities had put them where they belong. A few weeks into the job and Reid had finally managed to talk to her without stuttering. He wasn't good with people, especially with women. Least with a woman he found attractive. (Y/N) had no idea how to approach someone like Spencer. He had an IQ of 187, the guy could read 20.000 words per minute. She was dumb compared to him in any possible way. There was no way he could even notice her, so she did what anyone would do: she fell into the friendzone and stayed there for the next five years.

She was the girl he took to the museums every weekend, and he was the friend she crawled to random geek conventions. She loved to be there for him, even when it meant she was his best friend. (Y/N) knew Spencer had a thing for JJ when they first joined the BAU, they even were out on a date, but nothing came from it. It didn't matter to her anyway, she could see how Spencer looked at JJ, he never had those longing eyes when he talked to her. It was clear, she was just his best friend and JJ the object of his desires.

- “I don't know... I guess...”- Reid answered and (Y/N) nodded. Their food arrived and the two of them focused on their dishes for a few seconds. Silence fell between them, but it wasn’t awkward. It never was. They were perfectly comfortable in each other's company, being quiet wasn't something to worry about. They could perfectly spend a whole weekend in silence, reading, or watching movies.

Those were Spencer's favorite weekends, 'cos he didn't have to make his best effort to answer in a normal voice and like a normal human being each time (Y/N) talked to him.

Though he had managed to control himself and act normal when they were alone, inside Reid’s head there was in a deep and constant struggle. He knew he loved her. More than that: he was in love with her. And that was enough reason for him to act silly from time to time. Ok, all the time. He could ramble for hours when he talked to her, and it was worst 'cos she never cut him off, which meant he literally could go on, and on, and never shut up.

He was scared one day he could ramble for so long, he could end up telling her his true feelings. But he knew he was never going to have the guts to do it.

- “Why do germs freak you out so much?”- (Y/N) stopped eating. She was halfway into her salad, but she wasn't really enjoying it. The dressing wasn't real good. Besides, Spencer had gotten her a red velvet cupcake for breakfast, which had spoiled her appetite for the rest of the day.

- “We're estimated to have around 1,500 bacteria living on each square centimeter of skin on our hands, and although viruses don't set up shop on the skin the way bacteria do, the viruses that cause diarrhea and respiratory infections can hang around on the hands long enough to spread from person to person”

And Spencer hid behind what makes him feel secure the most: facts

- “It states that microorganisms known as pathogens or "germs" can lead to disease, they invade humans...”

- “But honey”- it gave him goosebumps each time (Y/N) called him that- “If you don't get sick from time to time, your immune system is gonna be as weak as the taste of this dressing.”

"Honey". It was just too sweet, too cute, too... endearing for him to handle. No one had ever called him a pet name before. Not her mother, not... anyone. Sure, JJ called him "Spence" from time to time, and some of her friends caught it as a BAU nickname, but it was nothing like being called "honey" by (Y/N). No, that was different. And when she used the whole "Honey bunny" surname to refer to him, he swore anyone could see him melt.

- “What if germs were the coolest thing on earth? and everybody was trying to get them?”- Spencer narrowed his eyes and made his best not to laugh. She was rambling on their way back to work, and for once he was glad to be the one listening to someone else rattle on.

- “What is it with you and germs today?”- he simply asked and chuckled lightly. He was happy that day. And he wanted to enjoy it before a case darkened his mind.

- “I don't know”- (Y/N) shrugged and smiled at him- “I guess I'm just... curious what is it with you and germs”

- “I just hate them”- Spencer answered looking at her, licking her ice cream- “You didn't finish your greens at lunch, you didn't earn that dessert”- he teased and she grinned

- “Want some?”- her words seemed to play with his mind, and make his cheek blush right away. He did, he wanted some. He wanted some so badly it ached him. So he didn't answer.

- “You didn't seem to be scared of Lila Archer's germs... we all saw you sharing your straw with her, among other things...”

- “(Y/N), that's...”- but he is flustered and his friend won't stop teasing him for it.

- “I don't have the cooties, but I know that won't make the difference 'cos she was half-naked and you were...”

And he snapped. He grabbed the ice cream cone from her hand and licked it all. His tongue traveled through every inch of sweet, tasting it and looking into (Y/N)'s eyes as he did. He had no idea what he was doing to her. She was having trouble keeping her thoughts in order, she had to remember they were on the street and that he was just her best friend in the world to stop herself from throwing herself to him.

Spencer had enough of the Lila teasing. It wasn't just this time, it has been years of listening to the same thing, over and over again. For a moment or two, he was almost sure (Y/N) was jealous, but after a few seconds, he remembered she was just his best friend having fun with him. That was it. So he grabbed the ice cream cone and lick it. It was his way to tell her he didn't care about her germs. In fact, he wanted to have her germs on him if it mean he could kiss her.

- “There! see? now we have the same cooties! end of the story”

(Y/N) held her ice cream cone again and licked it. Her best friend kept looking at her with the corner of his eyes.

- “So... germs exist, but you don't care about mine?”- she whispered after a few minutes. Her voice was almost untraceable, but Spencer knew that tone.

- “Germs exist and I hate them”- he explained and kept looking ahead- “But yours are ok...”

- “Oh...”- (Y/N) nodded and bit her lips, trying her best not to smile.

- “I mean... we've probably already shared them all, we've been friends for years, we can't keep track of everything we've done”

He can, he does. He knows. (Y/N) nodded her head again and continued eating her ice cream in silence until they reach the BAU again.

- “So my germs are ok then...”- she whispered and elbowed him as they waited for the elevator. Spencer chuckled looking down.

- “Yeah, your germs are alright.”

You laid down next to Noya on the couch with half a mind listening to LOTR theories on the television. He, however, was not distracted at all. His body was even leaning forward and you don't even remember the last time that he blinked.

You turned back to the TV, trying to remember how you first met him.

It was a bright Sunday morning, and unlike any other day, today was the only day of the week you could visit the bookstore down the street. It was rarely busy on Sunday's and it was the only day where you didn't have work.

So, clad in your gray sweatpants and university hoodie, you were searching through the shelves of the tiny fantasy land at the edge of your campus. Every once in a while, a straggler would enter the store, pick what they needed and soon leave with a hushed goodbye to the cashier. You didn't pay them much mind, most people nowadays didn't understand the magic of coming to a bookstore like you did.

All type of dream worlds could happen here, in a space that seemed to be protected by time itself. Forever again yet forever young in the eyes of the holder - you held the most powerful weapon whenever coming in here. A fresh mind.

"Aw yea, they got new posters!" a voice sounded from the other side of the bookshelf. You lifted your nose from the book in your hands and rose off of the bean-bag chair. That didn't sound like anyone you knew who frequented this place, and let's be honest. You were just a little curious to see who it was that silently yelled in a bookstore.

You set the book down and then started to look through the shelves of books that separated the aisles. There was no sign of any life before you saw something shuffle to your right and so you turned. Bent over and inside of a tub of posters was a man whose belongings were all over the ground.

"I wonder if they have-"

"Excuse me?" there was a loud thud from inside of the tub and hissed ow as the man retrieved his head from the tub. He wasn't much taller than you, far from it by the looks of it. When he turned around, you had to cover your mouth in surprise. It was an obviously photoshopped picture of him in Lord of The Rings facing against Sauron (one of the evil characters) on his mask.

"Ah, sorry did I yell something?" he rubbed his head a little, his hair bouncing back up straight from being pushed back by his hand. There was a thunder bolt of yellow in his hair amongst the other brown locks on his head.

You shook your head explaining to him that he sounded new here. He only chuckled at you.

"Not really, they have the best merchandise," he pulled down his mask now revealing his smile. And by the gods was his smile one of the most beautiful things that you've seen. It made butterflies zoom throughout your body at the sight.

"The name is Nishinoya, kind of a mouthful so people normally call my Noya," and he extended his hand out to you. It took you no hesitation to give him a handshake as well. Who would've thought that you made a new best friend that day.

"Oy!" a loud shout brought you back to the present and Noya's hand was shaking in front of your face. You had to bring your neck back as he was so close to accidentally smacking you in the face.

When he saw you react he leaned back to where he was sitting, "I'd been calling your name for a bit a time but you never answered," he sighed. You looked over at the TV, the show was paused and he was right - ten minutes passed while you were zoned out.

"Yea, sorry I was thinking about the bookstore and stuff," you crossed your arms underneath your chest. You thought it would be easier the longer you knew him, that eventually the feeling of being high would leave you alone. But alas, it never did.

You were hopelessly in love with the blind fool.

"Really, what about the bookstore," Noya got up off the couch and made his way to the kitchen attached to his small apartment. It's only been three years, but it can't help but feel like forever that you've known him.

"Just some stuff," you trailed off watching him. He was in a white tank top with low hanging gray sweatpants - AKA irresistible. It was too bad that he was leaving you soon, he wanted to travel the world and you never had the courage to ask him if he wanted to travel with you. He didn't know that you would leave things behind to be with him, to be with him just a little bit longer. You don't know how you'd feel if he saw some Italian babe and forgot about you.

Noya chuckled from the kitchen, "what type of 'stuff' is that then," he then slinked from the kitchen to where you were sitting, "c'monnn y/n I really wanna know!"

There's the childish side of him. He's 22 and yet still acts like his childish self that you've only seen in videos from his old volleyball days. You leaned your head back to meet him upside-down and smiling at you. His hands shot out towards your cheeks and then he proceeded to mush them together.

"Thash not going to-"

"Tell meeee y/n, please," he mushed your cheeks even more now and you tried to stick your tongue out at him as best as you could. But to no avail, he had you.

You went to grab his forearms and pull them off of your face, "I was thinking about when you were leaving," you put your head back up and could feel the navel of his body touch the back of your head as he came up closer behind you. This feels like an intimate position, but Noya was just a touchy guy you guessed. You heard about his endeavors with Kiyoko.

He sighed behind you and took one of his arms from your hands, you guessed it. He probably doesn't want to be depressed by your depressing thoughts right now-

You nearly sneezed.

Something underneath your nose was tickling underneath your nose and hastily pushed it away trying to see what it was. You sputtered the moment you saw them.

Two tickets to Italy, two seats right next to each other, two tickets with yours and his name on them.

"I was saving them till the day I asked you out, but I guess right now will have to do,"

You never tackled someone so quickly before that day.

The two of you would meet from his old job and you two started dating before his family went cannibalistic. At first, he kept to himself, only receiving small glances and grunts but that was enough for you. Plus, you were the first person who took their time to get to know him and be his friend. He didnt feel so alone anymore.

As intimidating as the man seemed, he is a big softie and you made the first move, asking him out and holding his hand, placing soft kisses on his mask where his mouth is. The more you two were together, the more you heard him vocalize how he was feeling and his responses. It soon became really easy to understand what he wanted and needed.

When you found out what his family was doing, you noticed he was scared of how you would react. He didn't want the one person he loved in a special way to leave him so he was relieved to find out that you wouldn't leave him.

You brought all of your music and interests with you, sharing some quality time with you man when you would listen to music and use some of the bodies he would being home to do some tests on. He was a little curious as to what the reason behind all of it was but it didnt matter to him much.. as long as you were happy, he was happy.

He plays basketball, he’s good at it too, and while he does well in school and everyone expects him to go into law, he has some totally different dream he keeps to himself for now. He kinda perks up a bit when in smaller crowds, esp with his cloest friends, but he still carries a lot of secrets that some time needs to come out.

I actually quite enjoy the jagged, tired Tweek, the one who with help from friends and family manage to get off the meth his parents feed him secretly, but who still struggle with withdrawal, dark bags under his eyes, kinda pale and with sharp features, but he’s still a sweet and kind boy, a boy who wants to make the right choices and change the world to a better place, but who still has a darkness he carries, and the fact that he never gives up that fight is what makes him so special

and okay I have to be honest, I do love myself some sunshine boy Tweek. This Tweek still has issues, he is maybe even more anxious than the last one, but he’s also just as vibrant and energetic as he is anxious! He is an artist, he paints with bright colors, he composes beautiful, hopeful melodies, he feels everything so much,  and he is a contagious and exciting person to be around. Cannot dress for the life of him. So much mis-match and odd outfits, but it kinda works?

The last one I’m gonna mention for this wonderful boy, is the more alternative Tweek. He writes obscure poetry, he watches too many conspiracy theory videos on youtube, he draws the monsters in his mind, and he writes the scariest, most hauntingly beautiful stories on the internet, and people online love him. He has no idea how to deal with being popular in that sense, because irl he is the type to not belong to a certain friend group, but he does go along well with most people on a surface level. Dark circles, shaky hands, crooked and cute smiles, baggy t-shirts and ripped jeans. When he first opens up to someone, he really, really does, and he will always support and be there for you. If you deserve it, that is.

I love nerdy Nichole who isn’t afraid to show it! Maybe she’s a streamer or youtube gamer even, I can def see her writing fanfiction, and being hella good at it too! Makes quite a name for herself online, and hangs out with the boys a lot irl, has game nights with the boys from Board Girls (even Cartman sometimes), is funny in a sarcastic way, but never mean.

Popular girl Nichole is also a favorite for me, but not in the “classical” sense. I imagine her to be a sporty, maybe on both the basket and volleyball team, captain for the basket one, she’s a born leader, she’s kind and fair, but can also be strict, and people always trust her to be honest and true.

Artsy Nichole!! I imagine her in bright yellow dresses and with her hair flowing and free, with flowers in her hair, freckles on her face, a big, genuine smile, a loud laughter that is so contagious, she loves spending time with Jimmy because they have a very similar humor, and she’s a theater kid, she sings like an angel and can act, oh boy can she act, she can make anyone laugh or cry in just a blink of an eye, she’s just a human sun-ray and I love her a lot

I love edgy Butters soooo much??? Like, he’s still a kind and bright boy, but he can also stand up for himself a lot more, he likes fashion a lot, he gets tattoos and piercings, he explores tons of ways to express himself, he’s a yes-dude, he goes out on dates a lot, but isn’t ready for a “real” relationship yet, but he enjoys meeting people and testing out himself around different types of people! Also he is a bi icon change my mind jk u can’t

I have a weak spot for the kind of soft and timid looking Butters too, who wears pastel colors and have big, innocent eyes, he is genuine and kind, but he carries something darker inside, something he isn’t sure how to deal with, something that scares him, but in reality it’s just normal feelings, anger, resentment and fear, but he’s lived his life ignoring them so much they catch him off guard at times. He learns to live with them slowly, and he does so with lots of help and patience from friends and loved ones.

Okay, last one, totally self-indulging here, but yeah, happy sunflower boy is also a big favorite. He is more confident than the previous version, but in a gullible way if that makes any sense? He believes the best in people, and if he is proven wrong, he’s willing to try to help them become better people, if they want to or not! This is honestly the version I love most with Stan, Butters being the ray of sunshine in Stan’s life and Stan being the realism to keep Butters grounded and them both supporting each other so much? Fuck yeah that’s the good stuff.

Himbo Clyde!!! Jock dude who genuinely loves sports, he’s a team player, and while he might not be super intellectual, he is very socially smart, he is kind and empathic, he is funny and likable, he always tries his best to make everyone feel included, and while he loves chicks a lot, and is a sexual dude, he does it with nothing but respect and admiration for the ladies!

First up I guess I should put my high school AU Kenny. I know it’s controversial, but I imagine this Kenny to be more on the quiet side, but not really in a shy way. He’s just a bit of an observer who doesn’t speak unless he really sees fit, and while he still has his crude humor and is kinda rumored to be sleeping around a lot, he actually struggle with intimacy issues. He never imagined them to include sexual stuff, but turns out they do, and balancing being sexually open and curious and having these issues ain’t easy on the boy, let me tell you that.

This one is kinda heavily inspired by Luces, but I love him as kind and loyal, but also a bit more chatty and charming, but not for his own gain. He wants others to feel good about themselves, in social settings, his friends, during sexy times, he is selfless and good, but he is also living for the moment, he is a likable and wonderful guy, but he does still only REALLY open up emotionally to people he really trusts. Not traditionally attractive, but interesting looking in a way. Lots of freckles, bit of buck teeth with a big gap between his front teeth, messy kinda curly hair, long straight nose. Always wears baggy hoodies and worn out jeans, shrugs and gives that lopsided smile when people ask him about anything personal.

Mysterious Kennyyyy. You think you know him, everyone does, but in reality, very few have seen the real him. He likes people, and he likes to help them, he’s always down to listen to people’s problems and help them, he wants to inspire kids like himself to never give up and think there’s only one path for them, because he knows there is not. Volunteers at the animal shelter with Stan, works part time at Tweek Bro’s and is good buddies with Tweek. Had a early sexual debut, slept around a bit and got his heart broken unexpectedly when he was a Freshman, so there are some walls there now, but he ain’t usually one to turn down someone who’s up for it and whom with he has good chemistry either.

I dare say that, despite being 61 years old at the time, this is the role in wich i felt Sir Ian Holm performed the most of phisical acting. Pod Clock is the patriarch of a family of people that are the size of little fingers, and to raise his family, he has to ride sinks, run away from cats and big birds and be carefull of mouse traps to borrow food and other needs. All the while trying to avoid being seen by humans. That’s what i call an action hero.

In this Kenneth Branagh adaptation of the William Shakespeare historical play, we see Sir Ian Holm performance as Captain Fluellen, a man that is a geek of military tactics history as he is proud of being welsh. Fluellen has a fun energy that makes him likable, at the same time that he is intimidating in his ruthleness in support a cruel execution in the name of military discipline.

VICTOR FRANKENSTEIN/THE CREATURE (MISTERY AND IMAGINATION: FRANKENSTEIN, 1968)

Before Benedict Cumberbatch in theater, there was Sir Ian Holm portraying both Doctor Victor Frankenstein and his Creature in this televised 1968 adaptation of Mary Shelley’s famous gothic sci-fi novel. His portrayal of the two characters is one of the most closest to the book characterization’s to this day: Victor Frankenstein as an ambitious and self-absorved student, and the Creature as a person who tries to be good, but due to abandonment and discrimination suffered due to his phisical appearance, becomes corrupted with an obsession for revenge against his creator. And Sir Ian puts those foil personalities marvellously.

LENNY (THE HOMECOMING, 1973)

The Homecoming is a 1973 British-American drama film directed by Peter Hall based on the play of the same name by Harold Pinter.

In a dreary North London flat, the site of perpetual psychological warfare, a philosophy professor , Teddy, visits his family after a nine-year absence, and introduces his father, Max, his uncle, Sam, and two brothers, Lenny and Joey, to his wife Ruth.

Sir Ian Holm plays Lenny, a pimp who only makes discreet references to his "occupation" and his clientele and flats in the city (London). He is the character with the most cynical lines and who start the sexual tension between the man of the family with Ruth, not carrying at all if she is married to his brother Teddy.

There’s a character that anyone will love to hate.    

PHILLIPE D'ARNOT (GREYSTOKE: THE LEGEND OF TARZAN, LORD OF THE APES, 1984)

A Belgian explorer who discovered Tarzan (John Clayton) in the jungle, taught him the way of man, and brought him to his family in England. Is Phillipe’s friendship with Tarzan and their eventual departure that becomes the emotional core of the picture.

LEWIS CARROLL (DREAMCHILD, 1985)

“Dreamchild” is a film written by screenwriter and playwright Dennis Potter. It was actually effectively a remake of an earlier project of his: the 1960s TV Play “Alice,” which had starred George Baker as Charles Dodgson, a.k.a Lewis Carroll – the man behind the “Alice” stories. But while “Alice” had been focused on Dodgson himself and his experiences with Alice Liddell (the little girl who inspired him to write the stories) and her family, “Dreamchild” takes a different approach. The 1985 film focuses instead on an elderly Alice Hargreaves (nee Liddell), who visits America to celebrate Dodgson’s centenary. During her stay, she has various nightmares, flashbacks, and hallucinations. Some of these have her seeing characters from the books, such as the Mock Turtle, the Mad Hatter, and the Caterpillar. Others are reflections on her childhood and the time she knew Lewis Carroll. Holm plays Carroll in these sequences, and the film plays with several myths and rumors about his relationship with Alice and her family…but it does so in a very clever way. Unlike the earlier TV play, which seems to treat these rumors and myths as fact, “Dreamchild” is far more ambiguous: nothing is confirmed or denied. It’s simply presented, and the audience is left to decide what is true, what is false, and how much it all really matters in the end. Holm brilliantly handles this ambiguity: in another actor’s hands, the character could have been perceived as thoroughly unsavory, but there’s such a gentleness, kindness, and overall innocence to Holm’s work that you can never really feel frightened or bothered. You feel for the man, no matter his flaws, and it makes his story just as compelling as Alice’s own.

RICHARD III (THE WARS OF THE ROSES, 1965)

The Wars of the Roses was a 1963 theatrical adaptation of William Shakespeare's first historical tetralogy (1 Henry VI, 2 Henry VI, 3 Henry VI and Richard III), which deals with the conflict between the House of Lancaster and the House of York over the throne of England, a conflict known as the Wars of the Roses. The plays were adapted by John Barton, and directed by Barton himself and Peter Hall at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. In this production, the major theme is how the dispute for the crown of king is an endless cycle of violence that traps people, and this theme is highlighted in Sir Ian Holm’s performance as Richard III. His portrayal is more humanized and tragic, showing he was first a loving son and brother, until the vision of his father’s death in battle and the mistakes that his older brother, Edward IV,  makes at the start of his reign, motivates him to become king, no mather if it is even at the cost of his relatives lifes. At first, Richard looks like he is in control of the situation, but later, as the final battle comes close, frightened by the ghost of the people he killed, he has to confront the harsh truth: Richard is only another pawn in the game of chest of a bloody History. Just like every other king that camed before him.

PUCK (A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM, 1968)

Sir Ian Holm played the character of Puck, a.k.a Robin Goodfellow, in a 1968 feature film adaptation of the play. The feature was poorly received at the time, but has gained a bit more of a following in recent years, particularly from avid Shakespeareans. Its chiefest pro is probably the casting of Holm in the role of Puck:  he’s quick-witted, curious, and just a little baudy, but with a sharp and slightly dangerous intensity to him. You’re never quite sure what to make of Puck, and that makes him interesting, as he leaps from scene to scene, spreading chaos everywhere he turns.

FRODO AND BILBO BAGGINS (THE LORD OF THE RINGS, 1981 AND 2001-03)

The most famous nephew and uncle in literature. He played the nephew in the radio in 1981, and the uncle in the feature films between 2001-03.

A lot of people were introduced to Sir Ian Holm’s work and becamed Lord of the Rings after being introduced to those performances.

In both roles, he was merry, he was funny, he was frightened, he was scary, he was brave and determined, he was sad. And all of us, listeners and viewers, related to those feelings transmited by his performances as Frodo and Bilbo.
