i’m sooooo fucking sick of my chronic pain rn. tried to stretch this morning to see if i could find some relief and i couldn’t !! even sit with my legs straight out in front of me because it hurt too bad! legitimately incredibly distressing considering i used to be able to bend over completely flat doing ballet and gymnastics! my pain almost never lulls at any point in the day now and my foot tingles and i have trouble feeling it !! walking is becoming more and more difficult ! it’s going bad !!!
