i'm kind of mulling over things because i am miffed that a quirk as fuckin cool as decay is getting sidelined and waved off as an overhaul byproduct (like cmooooooon a world that's forced to contend with a quirk like decay existing. so much cooler.), and i'm also miffed at the idea that chisaki at some point came around because deku was mildly stern with him, as fun as it would be to see him again.

i've heard about the theories about shigaraki develops the second half of overhaul, but overhaul just honestly isn't his quirk. you may as well just have done the story with the actual overhaul. idk i'm just riding the wave now.

realistically at this point of the story i could see shigaraki making a recovery if he decided to own the all for one quirk and turned it into the "kindest" power that yoichi wistfully imagined. which i can buy as it feels a bit more integrated, and i've overall been juggling thoughts about shigaraki using it to help the league (STARTING WITH. GETTING THOSE EXTRA QUIRKS OUTTA SPINNER). and i craaaaaaave him getting a hero moment that's predicated on what/who he values and cares about. it's just a matter of if that gets done in a way that's cool. you know.

Yesterday I was so fucking done that I tried to commit suicide but got stopped before I could. I did end up fucking up the wound tho so that doesn't really help. But before that I was watching bf and the first thing I actually did after that was starting to write a bf analysis so that surely shows my priorities. I could be dying but I've got more important things to do yk.

What if, like in the lost legends comics, Stan and Ford go exploring the multiverse for a bit, just to have some old man fun (and see how many dimensions they can get freaky in 😈)

And they end up back in the alien dimension, where Ford's alien mommy and daddy recognize him as their lost baby, who graciously brought home a friend that needed his diapers and stuffies too!

Ofc Ford, who told no one about it and has yet to broach the subject with his twin about just how much he enjoyed it, is freaking out. Like "omg, Stan's gonna think I'm a freak! He's gonna see me all cuddled up with my mommy and uuuugh I can't lose him again!!!" Cue tears and red faces.

Meanwhile Stan, whose been a certified diaper lover since he first lost Ford back in the 80's is like, "finally, some good fuckin food" and just relishes in the attention.

It just makes me laugh to think Stan was the fussy baby as an actual baby, and Ford was the chill one, but now the roles are reversed.

the discord i'm in for it is the highlight of my day and forms approximately 65% of my social life! who knew you could hyperfixate on some gay ninjas and as a result, end up visiting people irl and getting christmas cards and making incredible friends all over the world? pretty sure i have standing invites to homes in at least 3 different countries rn. incredible

fic quality is fuckin'. superior. and i'm not saying that because i write, i'm saying that as a reader. it's a smallish fandom and yet there's folks who can write full-length novels like @sagemoderocklee and @the-moss-project, people who can write every possible trope and au greyson's georg @ghoste-catte and @urieskooki and so many others i couldn't list them all. it's beyond obvious that the authors who write the gaalees are SO passionate about them. writers i lov you evryday

those who know me know that i strictly see leesaku as a brOTP, like those dudes are buddies to me. but that being said, i think leesaku as a romantic pairing is far healthier for sakura than her canon partner. lee is capable of so much love and forgiveness and they do parallel each other so much as the like... "underdog"/non-gifted member of their respective teams. she deserves love and support and understanding and lee would be genuinely ideal for it.

5. something you see in fics a lot and love

sunans (and team gai) being multilingual. oml one of my fave headcanons. you cannot tell me these different countries with different isolated villages are all casually speaking the same language when in big chunks of nart they didn't even like. get along properly. i loooove the concept of a shinobi common tongue and regional languages. further on that same thing, given team gai is pretty chinese-coded, i think it makes sense that they'd also be speaking another langauge, whether taught by gai or just because of their own independent histories or whatever. @sagemoderocklee has some truly stunning worldbuilding and it where i got my love for this hc from <3
